Would you rather grow/make all your own food from absolute scratch or walk 10 miles to a grocery store for food?

i- i am so incredibly bad at exercise and physical activity in general so i think a 10 mile walk every couple days carrying loads of food (especially if it’s hot) might actually kill me so grow my own food definitely
