“What are you doing in here?” you asked as you came upon your husband Taehyung by himself late one night in your newborn baby’s nursery.

His bare hands rested against the intricately decorated wood of the bassinet, adorned with tiny icy trinkets made by Taehyung himself with his magic, and he gazed thoughtfully down at your peacefully sleeping child. He started at the sound of your voice, turning around to face you and immediately locking on your curious eyes.

“Darling,” he smiled warmly at the sight of you, keeping his voice low and gentle so as to not wake the baby. “I was only checking on him.”

“My love, you’ve checked on him a dozen times in the past hour alone.” You let out a soft laugh.

“I know that, but I... I couldn’t sleep. I wanted to make certain he was all right first.” He said with a conflicted expression, casting his eyes back down to where your son lay sweetly dreaming.

“I know that face,” you tutted, recognizing your husband’s intricate mannerisms from a mile off. “What’s troubling you?” you asked him directly.

“Do you... do you think I’ll make a good father?” he questioned, his gaze returning to you at last, only now it was clouded with deep uncertainty. “I’ve been worried since I didn’t exactly have the best experice with my own father that... I just don’t want to make the same mistakes.” He couldn’t seem to look you in the eye as he said this, bowing his head in shame, and you made your way over to him without hesitation, gently lifting up his chin until his eyes met yours again.

“Taehyung, you are not your father,” you firmly reminded him, cradling his face in your hands. “You are going to be a wonderful father to our son, I’m certain of it,” you assured him without a trace of doubt in your voice. You had no doubt to be spoken. You loved Taehyung more than anything and you had steadfast faith in him.

“You truly think so?” he replied, his face lighting up adorably at the certainty behind your words.

“I know so.” You nodded, grinning up at him.

He beamed back at you, and it was only mere moments before he was closing the small gap between your mouth and his own, leaning down to steal the sweetest of kisses from your lips.

“I love you,” he softly murmured once you’d parted for air, resting his forehead lovingly against yours. “You’re going to make such an amazing mother,” he happily declared in turn.

“I love you too,” you replied without hesitation, gazing down at your slumbering bundle of joy. “I’m so happy to be starting our little family.”

“Me too.” He joined you in cooing adoringly down at your son. “We’ve only just had our first child and already I am thinking of how nice it’d be to have more.” He chuckled, a playful smile sitting upon his lips. “How does 10 sound?”

“10?!” you whisper-exclaimed, your eyes going wide at your husband’s cute but very ambitious idea. “Let’s take it one at a time.” You chuckled.

“Fine,” he reluctantly coalesced, wrapping his arms around your waist and holding you tightly to him. He brought his lips up to your ear, his breath warm on your skin as he whispered to you; “Why don’t we get started on number 2?”

He lightly sank his teeth into your lobe, nibbling at it teasingly, and making you struggle to hold back your squeal of delight which would surely awaken your sleeping child. You could already feel yourself heating up at the mere sound of your husband’s proposal, and your leaned into his tender touches, his wide palms rubbing tempting circles across your trembling back.

You looked up into his glimmering sapphire eyes, a fire burning in them that was reflected in your own. “I’d like that.” You coyly replied.

The two of you grinned at one another, giving your son one last good once over to make sure he was still safely slumbering before slipping out of his nursery, and heading back to your own chambers, giggling madly as you went.

The words on his book silhouetted as bright headlights passed over the wide windowpane glossing over the dimly lit room. The comforting whirling oscillation of the heater and the hesitant rain trickling outside became background as he zoned into the sound of a running engine. He sighed marking his page with the ribbon bookmark, then closed the book with a clap; it was just getting to the good part. Harsh and rapid knocking drummed at the door before he even had time to stretch his limbs. He yelled from his recliner setting his circle glasses and book down on the side table, “I’m coming, I’m coming!”

He rubbed his palms over his tired eyes before he bent down slightly with one eye shut to look through the peephole revealing the restless, tall figure pacing on the other side. The figure raised his hand again, ready to knock another radical pattern, “Jin, please open up!” Jin swung open one of the wooden, double doors to open to the drenched cadet. The glossy, doe look in the buck’s eyes barely peeked from under his shagging brown hair told him that, in fact, everything wasn’t alright.

Headcanon that the syndicate has one of those 3D map models that people use to strategise for battle and infiltration. They have one of every thing that pops up in the SMP.

Ranboo and Niki help shape the the little figurines and make little people model because they think its fun and end up customizing the characters with things (BASED ON FANON HEADCANONS TOO) Giving Tommy a new sweater, Tubbo gets a little bee plush to go with it, Niki dyes Puffys hair rainbow etc. (Ranboo makes sure Michael’s not in it, but secretly molds a little figuirine of Michael too :))

Techno makes Birdza go fly all over the map to tell him what things look like. Techno personally made each one of his pets, including best boy steve and also adds a bell for good luck.

Now Philza thought the idea was funny at first and there is no way they would make the whole thing- but HE ends up getting invested making the buildings. Classic dad move. He spends hours replicating Foolish’s builds and rages for a solid 5 minutes when someone canonically destroys something on the smp.

Somehow others get involved in the schemes- Tommy is confused when Ranboo asks him to knit mini clothes and Foolish is fucking terrified of Philza glaring down at him from the tower he’d just built.

In the end Techno is the one using the map the most but not for strategy.

He uses it like a canonical barbie dreamhouse run with the power of Anarchy.

“So..” Jungkook presses for an answer. He’ll do anything to get you back at this point. “What’s your plan?”

Valerie is a little displaced, but she makes an effort to push her own issues to the back of her mind. She’ll work on herself in due time, but for now, she really wants to do something great for another person. She imagines it’ll fill her with great satisfaction — different from the satisfaction she feels after raiding a Gucci store.

“Y/N can’t resist a party, right?” She queries, earning a nod of confirmation. “Then that settles it. We’ll go to a party and catch her attention. She’ll throw a tantrum, realise how much of a bitch she’s been, and then you two can go back to normal. And, by normal, I don’t mean having sex in a car full of people! I haven’t forgotten..”

Jungkook agrees with another firm nod, but he doesn’t want to things to go back to how they had been prior. Your relationship was good, but it was far from great. The sex was top-notch, but sex can’t be the centre focus of a serious relationship. There has to be some changes, starting with him working on his communication issue, and ending with you admitting your faults and cutting your mom from your life.

“She’s the jealous type.” Valerie adds for comfort. “This is going to work.”

Her plan sounds great in theory; stick some fake fangs and blood on herself and on Jungkook, turn up to Taehyung’s halloween party, mingle, and make you jealous. Only, Taehyung cancels said party and instead invites the gang out camping at a campsite less than two hours away. Wonderful! The plan is put on hold before it even had the chance to start!

What could be worse? You, Jimin, Hoseok, and Valerie think to yourselves upon receiving invitations. Yoongi was invited, but he declined because he has ’other commitments.’ And, by commitments — a pretty, new girlfriend. He seems to be the only one with his head on straight and his relationships in good health.

What could be better? Campfires, swimming, water games, card games, and looking up at the stars. Jungkook and Taehyung are ecstatic. The pair of them are explorers to the core and would wrestle in mud for half of a chocolate bar.

It takes a whole lot of convincing for you to consider coming along to this camping trip. Valerie had told Jungkook to tell Taehyung to tell Hoseok to convince you. It was all very confusing and lost in translation, but you were ultimately convinced on the basis that there would be a chalet for you to stay in; running water, a bed with a mattress, and the luxury of privacy. That’s obviously a lie. Taehyung has three little tents that need building. That should be fun.

Aside from the fact that you hate insects and will dive behind the nearest person before a mosquito has the chance to look you in your eyes, you don’t own a single item of clothing sensible enough for a trip such as this. Tight skirts, fitted blouses, high heels, expensive lingerie, and high-end jewellery. That’s you right there.

“It can’t be-”

“Run for the elders! Quickly! 

“Red smoke rises from the Luna’s hearth!”

The red smoke was invented by the first wolf known to mate a witch. Legend has it that their bond lent him some of her magic and with it he created a mystical powder that unleashed bloody plumes like knife slashes in the clouds. 

It was a distress call. 

A wolf in danger or in need could throw the powder (usually into their fireplace) and the red smoke would rise - drawing others to their aid. 

No fire was needed and the strange shimmering clouds it produced could even be seen on a moonless night. 

“What happened? Where is the Luna?”

The chief elder was still out of breath, having charged over from his chambers to find Isa in hysterics. 

“She’s gone! Something scared her! It triggered a half-shift!”

His eyes widened in fear and alarm. 

“She’s too young to half-shift. The energy it would take-”

Isa broke into sobs again. 

The girl was only five years old. She and her wolf were too volatile to merge safely. The wolf would be frightened - it would run. 

Eventually the child might regain control, but she would have no way of knowing where she was or how she got there… 

And she would be weak. The effects of the shift were too much for a pup that age. 

The chief elder felt true terror grip his heart. 

“Call for the alphas - immediately!”

Although they were technically one of the oldest bloodlines in the village, Park Clan had only five families to its name - all betas. 

Except for one. 

Park Jimin was the first alpha ever born to the Parks and as such he became the head of his family on the day of his birth - officially the youngest clan leader in history. 

When the call for alphas spread through the village, nine year-old Jimin was roused from his bed to serve on behalf of his people. 

Clan alphas were required to report, regardless of their age. 

“I don’t have to tell any of you what is at stake. Our pack has been entrusted with the Luna’s bloodline. Her safety is our sacred commission.”

The woods were no place for a child. If fluctuating temperatures and possible starvation weren’t bad enough, there were wild bears, packless ferals, rogue witches, snakes, and worst of all-

Unblessed wolves—animals without a human heart. They were by far the most pressing danger to the little girl. 

“Surely young Park can remain at home for this,” Jeon Jinseok pressed. The boy was barely older than his grandson, Jungkook, and he was reluctant to endanger another pup needlessly. 

Some quiet murmurs of assent could be heard around the elder’s chambers, however the chief elder himself shook his head sadly. 

“I understand your concern… but the law is the law. Every clan alpha is sworn to such a task. He took an oath after his first transformation-”

“He was seven-”

“An oath is still an oath.”

All eyes turned to the gentle voice in the corner. The Park alpha looked impossibly small and soft. 

But his gaze burned with determination. 

“It is my right and duty to seek the Luna alongside all of you.” His round little jaw clenched stubbornly. “I’m not afraid.”
