Previous year I didn't really like how this art turned out and recently I decided to redraw it for fun to see how the style changes.
For all the new people here, that's my oc Mikhail (Misha for short) Dunlopov from 1920s, aristocrat, his roots come from Russia and Scotland. When he was 17, his grandfather picked him to Scotland. And in few years he ends up living in London, hanging out with bright young things and being besties with Miles Maitland! A photographer.
Also he has a dog, russian borzoi girl, called Belka (that means squirrel) 😌
When Jean learnt that Miles can switch between merman form and human form, his mind drew him the hottest dream he's ever had before

Especially those of @chernozemm, if I can mention... You art inspires me to finally learn how to draw people squishable, with folds and lil imperfections. Just because I never thought of it before within all the tutorials and things. So... first a liiiiiiittle squishy chin of actually thin boy!
You might know Miles Maitland and Jean-François Mercier. But have you ever thought of shipping them? That's the otp me and my bestie share since years ~
That's the characters I wish I could grab as my OCs, but I will always know that I grabbed them from films and books. Anyways!

So annoying, this is so annoying to live in a country, which aggressed to another one, two years ago, and gradually tries to block outside world since. Even through the social media, one by one, making it hard to reach. Okay, got used to use vpn for xitter and Instagram. Recently YouTube, now Discord. Church gains power as well, lol. Medieval. Yes, it's a minor problem, but all together, layering one to one, it becomes frustrating
I want to live in a happy open place, drawing fanarts and my silly little gays 😭

Additing to the artist's post, they also vary a tiny little bit, but it totally is a scam, I've got a similar one around a month ago. By that time I wasn't completely sure if it was or was not, so tried to reply politely, but I NEVER wish any of artists to get caught on that. Stay safe, art pals
