How it feels to be blocked by a scammer bot.
HE BLOCKED ME AFTERWARDS. I did not take it and I made another acc solely to spam. He bothers me, now I bother him.
(The link I just scratched through is an IP address tracker. I'm scamming the scammer back. He's located in Dallas City Hall, please go after him).
(I swear, there was this kid first year of secondary school that did drugs and he once tried to get my ip address (bc I annoyed him during arts) with that website but failed (fortunately). And I let my friend ask him for weed on whatsapp as a prank and he said she had to send a picture of herself with a note with the exact date of that day. He's so inspiring. I really shouldn't take inspo from him).

Additing to the artist's post, they also vary a tiny little bit, but it totally is a scam, I've got a similar one around a month ago. By that time I wasn't completely sure if it was or was not, so tried to reply politely, but I NEVER wish any of artists to get caught on that. Stay safe, art pals

I was diagnosed in February 2019 after being very sick and I weighed 88 lbs. For the last two and a half years I have had to inject insulin 4+ times for day every day, to stay within my blood glucose level.
In December 2020 I was hospitalized and had to have emergency surgery where I had to stay at home for the entire period of my illness without working, and I also had DKA aka Diabetic ketoacidosis is a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when your body produces high levels of blood acids called ketones.
Diabetic ketoacidosis develops when your body cannot produce enough insulin. Insulin normally plays an important role in helping sugar (glucose), the main source of energy for your muscles and other tissues, enter your cells. Without enough insulin, your body begins to break down fat as an alternative fuel. This process produces a buildup of toxic acids in the bloodstream called ketones, eventually leading to diabetic ketoacidosis if left untreated.
Three months later in March 2021 I finally got to see an endocrinologist, who specializes in Type 1 Diabetes. Who told me that an insulin pump would be a good device for me?
The device you see in the picture is much needed to control my diabetes.
I was recently approved for an insulin pump that will help me better control my diabetes. Although I am happy that I am approved the hardest part is coming up with the funds to pay for the pump and equipment.

Dexcom shown in the photos is way outdated! Meaning the photo has to be at least four years old, seeing as Dexcom stopped producing and selling the G4 Platnum Professionals in 2020. Along with discontinuing the app for them!

Op also claims that they were referred to this product in either in 2021 or 2024 both of which would be literally impossible since the discontinuation would’ve been well over 9 months with the former and over 4 years with the latter
A bit of background information on the next point:
When you edit a post it does NOT update the post shown on reblogs done beforehand!
Meaning if you reblog a post that is later edited, your reblog will show the pre edit post!
With that information down, You can see in multiple previous reblogs that the PayPal linked is changing near constantly.

Hey guys let me tell you about advance fee scams
I hope y'all are familiar with these in this day and age, especially my artists out there, because they're incredibly common.
About half an hour ago I posted a drawing and tagged it #artists on tumblr, and very quickly received this comment.
My scam radar went off immediately, due to the generic blog name and lack of any emotion in the comment, but I decided it might be an entertaining venture so I dmed them. They asked for a drawing "of these", and sent me a random selfie. I got the details and told them it would be $15, and they promptly offered me $300. At this point I know it's a scam, but I play along for funsies and give them my paypal. Shortly, they send me this image for "confirmation" (I blocked out my email)
And they began to insist that I checked my email. I looked in my spam folder and found the following email.
This is fake. This is not a thing. And the "you're to refund the $200.00 back" is the scam. They send vaguely official-looking emails at you to "prove" that they sent you the money, then have you send them $200 (or however much the scam is for). Then, surprise surprise, you're out $200.
I continued to play along for a bit, and in the second email "Paypal" told me that I had to refund the $200 before they could "credit the $300 to my account", along with these lovely threats.
And yeah, it's silly. But it's not silly if you don't know and get scammed. So. Spread, please! And thank you very much to @mlaurel for the opportunity to get these screenshots.
