Day (1/30) COLLAB CHALLENGE
3:38 hrs on ypt ;) + (~ 20 mins)
💤 Sleep ~ 4hrs + 2:30hr nap 💤
Today was BRUTAL y'all. Had double phy, chem, bio AND math. It wasn't like phy chem bio math phy— nah AH. It was BIO BIO CHEM CHEM MATH MATH ugh. By math I started to forget who I was. And these tr be giving barely any breaks 😭
Couldn’t revise the notes I made yesterday, so just went over Lec 1, but my focus was trash (less than 10 hrs sleep over the past days which is wild considering I was averaging 10 hrs/day during break). Decided to nap because I was absolutely useless by then. Planned for 1 hr, woke up after 2.5 hrs and turns out that’s my perfect nap length. I just auto-wake at that point.
Post-nap:
Dinner
Math hw
Watched a one-shot on Matrices for the test
Did extra questions tr gave us
Went through my notes + reader
Skimmed through Determinants reader part (till ex: 4.2)
Gt rev notes of determinants in the morning
Also,
Read till ideal & non ideal solutions in chem in the morning. I was planning on reading haloalkanes and halo arenes but my dum ass took chem part 1 instead of 2 so compromised.
Wanted to squeeze in a Chem lec, but I gotta sleep fr—can’t make naps a lifestyle. I ain't got time for that 😭
Until next time ~

Kind reminder that a degree will not get up one day and leave you, cheat on you, cut your funds, disrespect you or assault you. A degree will be worth a thousand sleepless nights and rivers of tears, because in the end it does matter more than anything else. A degree will make you an independent and undefeated woman, so stop belittling the importance of education nowadays. Every woman who studies is a woman who is ensuring a greater future for all women.

Day (25/30) DOP COLLAB CHALLENGE
There was no offline school today because of NEET (I have only a year left AHHHHH), but we did have online classes.
They started at 9, and I woke up at 9:05—but thankfully class actually began at 9:10. The teachers were struggling with the online setup and it totally took me back to COVID times lol.
Anyway, class ended around 12:40-ish, after which I procrastinated, cleaned my room (which was an absolute pig’s pen for the past week or so), ironed my uniform, and did other random stuff. I still haven’t even broomed my room yet—planning to do that tomorrow.
It’s almost 7 pm rn and these are the things I've still yet to do will have to end up pulling an all nighter just when I was planning to get my sleep schedule fixed wtf.
They gave us so much work just because we had Sunday, which wasn’t even technically off. Watch me as I die?
Also I’m most stressed about the speaking test in English which they count towards our internal marks so AHHHH.
Bio - test on reproductive health
Bio - record
Bio - notes +diagrams
Chem - haloalkanes and arenes test
Chem - notes
Phy - test on current and electricity
Math - relations and functions test
Math - hw
Eng - Speech
Update : Did the bare frkn minimum I had to for tomorrow. This weekend was a complete mess—so much unproductivity and procrastination. Studied some math but didn’t finish it, but it's fine so I’ll just go through it tomorrow. My brain was not functioning today. bich was so slow
Also, turns out my chem test is tomorrow, and I haven’t touched it in two days. Still have a few topics left I've to touch, so planning on waking up early to study. If I don’t go through the numericals, I’m DONE for. I seriously do not plan on messing up on ANY of my tests this year bc I was lazy. I'd rather die. Just finished my eng hw, some notes and my chem worksheet and it’s already 1:30 am. I legit started at 11-12 ish ugh Planning to wake up at 4:30 am (fingers crossed.)
But on the bright-ish side I did do all the imp stuff and clean my room so I'm already feeling better. Gt work on my procrastination and laziness i cuz I'd be damned if I do the same shit this year.
Also, I'm kinda craving coffee—haven’t had it in over a month. No clue if it actually helps me stay awake, but I absolutely love the taste.
Toodles ~~
(and have a good day/night !!)

Took another one, still felt like I was being ripped apart. I feel so much better now I wanna cry like that's all I wanna do I swear
On the bright side, my mom was the sweetest and took care of me. I love her sm 😭😭.
Also, tried to take a quick power nap after I was back from school since I was half asleep while trynna study and yeah, that turned into a 2 hr nap. Woke up 10 minutes late to class. Love that for me 😀

one of the biggest things I can advocate for (in academia, but also just in life) is to build credibility with yourself. It’s easy to fall into the habit of thinking of yourself as someone who does things last minute or who struggles to start tasks. people will tell you that you just need to build different habits, but I know for me at least the idea of ‘habit’ is sort of abstract and dehumanizing. Credibility is more like ‘I’ve done this before, so I know I can do it, and more importantly I trust myself to do it’. you set an assignment goal for the day and you meet it, and then you feel stronger setting one the next day. You establish a relationship with yourself that’s built on confidence and trust. That in turn starts to erode the barrier of insecurity and perfectionism and makes it easier to start and finish tasks. reframing the narrative as a process of building credibility makes it easier to celebrate each step and recognize how strong your relationship with yourself can become
Update: Change of plans—had to go to the doctors again (the waiting was like 2 hours, I swearrr). Ended up reading MRP, FRP, and gametogenesis because there was literally nothing else to do lol. And there were only 5 people before us??
Now I’ve got 30 minutes left of the chem lecture to finish, so I’ll wrap that up and then crash because it’s already 23:30 💀. I’ll do the notes for it tomorrow, I guess. Planning to do chem and bio revision for school in the morning.
Thinking of dedicating my mornings to school stuff (apart from homework, which I’ll do right after I’m home) and keeping the rest of the day for coaching/NEET prep. Let’s see how this goes :)
Gunnight ~~
