This is hard. Because of crows weren't already out of the options crows/ ravens would be the animal I'd pick.

My favourite animal is wolves but all werewolves adaptations I saw so far are extremely bad adaptations of wolves.

This is extremely random but I'm an autistic person with special interests in animals so probably some sort of Indian exotic small cat. They have a lot of extremely exotic cats I really like them even though I'm more of a dog person. I'm actually huge on dogs I'm just obsessed with India's cats life.

And this show seemed to be worshipping cats anyway.

So yeah, any type of lynx, Caracal, leopard cat, Rusty Spotted Cat, or any of the other tons of cats types they have. Just some sort of an exotic Asiatic cat, one you don't usually see. That's what I want.

(but also a unicorn so it could spray Charles and Edwin rainbows and make those old timey boys embrace their gayness and get together already/j)

Long time headcanon of mine:

During the super sons era Damian turned Jon vegetarian. He lectured Jon the farm boy that he is that he's eating his animal friends and terrify Jon.

"What do you mean I'm eating a cow?! I have a cow in my family farm I know😭"

"Yeah by eating that stake you're eating your Nancy! And also Batcow!"

Damian would definitely use Jon's big heart and his shared love for animals to get him stop eating meat (good for him!).

On one hand, I love Crystal my girl and she deserves to appear in my case fic.

On the other hand, if I'd let her appear she would've defeated the villains in 2 seconds and take away all of my excuse for angst and Charles gay panicking over Edwin fencing, and then I'd have no plot.

If you were a psychic, what do you think you would like least about your powers?

I recently saw a post that said Charles doesn’t have anger issues, just trauma, and something about it rubbed me the wrong way. The point they were making was valid-ish, how anger isn’t the core part of his character and his anger comes from how messed up his childhood is, but the way they said it painted anger as this evil and vile thing, which is incredibly harmful to people who do struggle with it.

No, Charles’ trauma is not his core, but it does make up a large part of how he interacts with life (death). Anyone who has been through a lot of trauma will tell you that it colours every aspect of your life, and it takes time to work through it. Charles’ anger is not a bad thing, he should be allowed to be angry to let out everything he keeps inside, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t struggle with that anger.

He grew up in a violent household, that affects someone. He has a complicated relationship with anger, and that means he pushes it down until he snaps. That’s an anger issue. That doesn’t mean he’s a bad person, he’s probably the kindest person in the show (besides maybe Niko).

Anyway, I mean no hate to the person whose post I saw, I just felt the need to address it. Our society treats anger as if it is an evil trait (see Edwin’s reaction. That was extreme, he says. That’s how people view anger, and it’s wrong), and to see Charles struggle with his anger issues but ultimately be such a good person is very gratifying for those of us that also struggle in similar ways. Maybe someone smarter than me can put it better, but I needed to get this out.
