The new feature, "Colored Light" introduced in the Season of Radiance, allows players to collect eight different base colors that will become available to gather from burning special Dark Plants in the realms. Use these base colors as their own dye, or mix them to create a total 72 colors!

The dye feature can be used with existing items too: Many of your capes, pants, tunics, and more have dyeable areas for you to customize! Preview possible color combinations as you select your favorites. Once you've decided and dyed your design, you can save up to two dyed versions of an item with the "Outfit Styles" option.

Additionally, dyes can not only be obtained by burning dye plants in realms but also from Season of Radiance spirits and future event guides

Ok, I am an avid Reddit user which I know must be crazy 😭 I also know about splatoon. I'm also gay! So tell me why there's a splatoon community fighting over the Valentine's splatoon art because it shows two gay couples and people are like OMG so cool splatoon is supporting pride. Which in my eyes is so obvious because splatoon is a very woman-centered lesbian game. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you. I've always thought to platoons for the gays, theys and women. There are people in the comment section of this Reddit post arguing how splatoon is an escape from the real world in politics and social issues and how people don't have to be shoving gay pride down their throats. Excuse me?? Splatoon? An escape from politics? Splatoon? An escape from gay people? This has taught me everything I have to know about splatoon fans which seems to be that they can't read or use their eyes?? Splatoon is inherently political in a more racism kind of way. That's super obvious. It's like damn near on the nose with Marina and Pearl. You know what's also damn near on the nose with Marina and Pearl? Them having feelings for each other!! Maybe even romantic?? It feels like these are either new fans who don't read the story and just play because ooh super fun shooter game on switch!!! Or these are old fans that have always had a problem with the gay parts of splatoon but still play it?? And that's even worse cuz like why even play at that point?? Btw the sub is called saltoon. From what I understand, it appears to be getting taken over by trumpies who are taking over the gayest game of all time for whatever reason? Stay safe out there y'all. People are becoming a lot more courageous and openly racist recently

For non-American tumblrians, four to five shoeboxes is about as tall as one couch

fucking insane to me that people can be mean to kids. this thing is four to five shoe boxes tall and youre shouting at it ?? ? what is your damage the mf just got here.

I still think the most devastating enshittification I've ever seen has been picrew. One of the few dress-up game websites left that's not flash-based and it's become DRENCHED in ads. You can't open the home screen without being blasted by at least three or four ads. You can't open two picrews in a row without watching a video ad first. When you have a picrew open the ads cover up the different options and sometimes even stack on each other so you have to hit like 2 or 3 different x buttons to get it to go away, only for more to appear seconds later. Evil world

if you're scrolling tumblr right now because you're struggling to complete a project or assignment, take a moment to do the following:

get up and grab a resealable plastic (ziploc) bag

fill it with warm water from the sink

it will probably be somewhat difficult to fill it with warm water from the sink. youre taking a break. don't worry about it. trying to fill up the plastic bag full of warm water even though it's silly and slippery and soaks your hands. it's part of the fun

when it's full, go show someone. tell them you filled a bag with water. when they touch it, they won't expect it to be warm, and they'll tell you "ooh, it's warm!" you know this though. it's a little surprise for them

enjoy the warm water bag with them. it's fun. it probably won't spill if you sealed it well. hold it with your hands. press it against your face-- it's relaxing. jiggle it around a little bit. feel the nice, plasticky-warm texture. it's the warm water bag. it's the bag filled with water and it's fun

when you're done, take a pin or other sharp object (a pen works, but pins are best!) and bring the bag back to the sink. poke a hole in the bag with the pin. the water probably won't come out very fast. poke more if you'd like. maybe try dragging the pin across the bag and see if you can make a cut. poke many holes in it. it's fun!

throw the bag away when you're done. youve just relaxed with the bag of warm water

congratulations! try to go do your project again and you might find it easier. and if not, you've made a few water-bag based memories, or at least had a laugh or two :)
