girls and guys who have an £d/4n4 like me listen up! We’re winter girls and winter guys this year!

If you want to lose weight FASt,use this post

The official 4n4 guide of 2025

- drink 500 ml of warm water before every meal

- cut your food into tiny bites (try cutting a cake into half, then cut that half into quarter, then cut the quarters, etc)

- drink at least 3 liters of warm water daily

- eat fiber! Forget protein (not really but I know people have been focusing on hitting a certain protein goal but fiber is often overlooked and you don’t want constipation or digestive issues, drink plenty of water to go with it though)and focus on fiber

- go on the treadmill either every day and burn 200-300 cals OR every other day and burn 400-500 calories

- do workouts you can STICK with! Not ones that burn the most calories

- I took this tip from a book (if you know you know lol which one) buy 2 scales, tamper with one to show you a fake weight (this tip is for if your parents are suspicious, pick a high weight like 55-60 kg if you’re like 40-45 kg ya know?)

- don’t purge! The only way to effectively get rid of all calories is to burn it all off

- always check your weight FIRST thing in the morning

- distract your self as much as you possibly can

- do omads

- follow diets like the ABC diet or the 5 bite diet

- read books focused on anaorezia for motivation

- put your legs on the wall after eating for about 15 minutes (you can read it go on TikTok or tumblr while waiting)

- choose your fruits WISELY! Avoid high calorie ones like banana(100) and mangoes (200) and focus on low calorie ones raspberry and blueberries (one calorie each)

- always cut your crust of bread ( I didn’t know this b it before I got an ed I always cut it and I realized it reduces cals by 40/50 percent!)

- try to have a type of workout ritual like maybe 100 jumping jacks right when you wake up or sit-ups

Let’s talk safe foods

Raspberries, blueberries, oatmeal (made with water),teas, coffees(without milk and sugar),bread without crust, low calorie energy drinks, ice water or cold water, halo top, soups of all kinds really(just try to use 5-10 spoonfuls of it only),tuna fish, salmon, chicken breast or leg, popcorn, carrots,Diet Coke, yogurt, strawberries, watermelon, rice cakes,et. Anything low calorie, easy to make, higher in protein and fiber but lower in carbs and sugar!

So try to only eat these foods

Danger foods !

Mangoes, fast food, ice creams like Ben and Jerry’s or non low calorie ice creams, non diet sodas, all fast food chains,Starbucks, cakes like carrot cake, chocolate, etc (all types),cupcakes, cookies, all types of chips, frostings or creams, pizza if not homemade, burgers if not homemade,pb and j sandwiches, cereal, protein bars, all types of chocolate, noodles if they are higher than 200/300 calories, waffles, biscuits,

Grey area foods

These foods can be high calorie OR low calorie

Rice,pasta,macaroni,pancakes,fries,etc

How to avoid getting caught !

-Try to eat in front of your family

It doesn’t need to be a lot no just show people your are eating!

(If it helps try to schedule your meals AROUND the time you know your siblings or parents will be at the dinner table or kitchen)

- make food, learn how to bake because people assume that if you make food then obviously you ate it! Plus if you have cravings you can smell and touch and look at the food but know how in control you are by not eating it even though people around you are! Total power move

How to avoid binging

Go on the 5 bite diet I promise you it made me lose 5-7 kg in one week! It works by shrinking your stomach! If you guys do it then your stomach is shrink so much that you will barely eat and then you can’t binge!!

I am stepping into this new week with a clear mind and a determined heart. I refuse to let last week’s struggles hold me back. Every challenge is just a stepping stone to my success. I am focused, I am strong, and I am capable of handling anything that comes my way. I choose discipline over doubt, action over excuses, and progress over perfection.

2025 : #1 be disciplined

2025 : #1 Be Disciplined

Motivation feels amazing, doesn’t it? It’s like a spark—a burst of energy that pushes you forward. But what happens when the spark fades? That’s where discipline steps in. It’s the routine you build, the habits you cultivate, and the consistency you stick to even on days you don’t feel like it.

So, instead of waiting to feel ready, discipline says, ‘Let’s go, regardless.’ It’s the engine that turns dreams into reality.

"Ask urself right now: What’s one thing I can commit to daily in 2025? Write it down. Small steps lead to giant leaps."

1.Building Your Disciplined

How do u stay disciplined? Start with these three small steps:

✒️.Growth is not supposed to feel good. You’re going to hate it. You’ll feel like quitting more times than you can count. That’s normal. Growth is built in the moments where you want to give up but don’t.

1. Create Clear Goals: Be specific. Instead of saying, ‘I’ll study more,’ say, ‘I’ll study history for 30 minutes every evening.’ BUY A SMALL NOTEBOOK AND WRITE ALL UR GOALS WITH SMALLER ONE TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE

2. Track Progress: Whether it’s journaling or using an app, tracking helps you stay accountable.

3.Master Your Mindset: Stop waiting to "feel motivated." Understand that motivation is fleeting, but discipline is reliable. Every time your brain tells you to quit, remind yourself: your emotions don’t run the show—your goals do.

2.Excuses Are Lies

Excuses are lies you’ve sold yourself to stay comfortable. 'I’m too tired.' Lie. 'I don’t have time.' Lie. 'I’m just not motivated.' Biggest lie of all.

Here’s the truth: You’re scared. Scared of failure, scared of discomfort, scared of how much effort it takes to change. But let me tell you something: Fear is temporary. Regret is forever. Which one do you want to live with?

No more excuses. You don’t need more time. You need more discipline. You don’t need motivation. You need action. Stop talking about what you want and start doing the work to get it. Right now.

3.look at yourself in the mirror

Look yourself in the mirror tonight and ask: Am I proud of the choices I made today? If the answer is no, fix it tomorrow. And if the answer is still no, fix it the next day. Don’t let yourself off the hook.

2025 isn’t your year unless you make it your year. Stop expecting change to happen to you. You are the change. Get out of your head, get off the couch, and get to work. The only thing standing between you and the life you want is your own laziness. Crush it.

4.Action Plan for a Disciplined Life

Stop acting like you’re doing enough when you know you’re not. If you want that dream college, that perfect GPA, or that career you keep fantasizing about, you need to stop wasting time and follow a real plan. Get up the second your alarm goes off—no snooze, no excuses. Tackle the hardest, most uncomfortable task first thing in the morning because procrastination is for quitters. Create a non-negotiable schedule and stick to it like your life depends on it, because it does. Eliminate every distraction: delete the apps, unfollow the nonsense, and stop treating your phone like your best friend. Hold yourself accountable—write down your progress every day. If you didn’t do anything to move forward, face the fact that you’re the problem. Plan your next day before you sleep, so you wake up ready to win, not wander. And for the love of everything you want in life, stop choosing comfort over progress. Your excuses won’t get you that GPA, that acceptance letter, or that dream job—but discipline will.

breaking this into chunks

1. Kill the Snooze Button: Get out of bed the moment your alarm goes off. No "just 5 more minutes." Those 5 minutes are the difference between starting strong and losing the day.

2. Start With the Hard Stuff: Tackle your most challenging task first thing in the day. Procrastination is your enemy—eat the frog and move on.

3. Create a Non-Negotiable Schedule: Block out specific times for studying, working out, or any critical task. Treat these blocks like appointments with your future self—don’t cancel.

4. Cut Out Time-Wasters: Delete apps you waste time on. Unfollow distractions. If you spend hours scrolling or binge-watching, you’re digging your own grave.

5. Build Accountability: Tell someone your goals and have them call you out when you slack. Better yet, make it public—you’ll hate embarrassing yourself in front of others.

6. Track Progress Daily: Write down everything you’ve done that day to move closer to your goals. If you haven’t done anything, face the hard truth: you’re slacking.

7. Plan Tomorrow Tonight: Before you go to bed, write out your next day’s schedule. If you wake up without a plan, you’ve already lost.

8. Say No to Comfort: Skip the cozy excuses. If it’s not pushing you closer to your goals, it’s holding you back.

Discipline is the foundation of every success story. It’s not about luck, talent, or fleeting motivation—it’s about showing up, doing the hard work, and making the right choices every single day. If you want to achieve your dreams, you need to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start building habits that get you closer to your goals. Cut the excuses, own your failures, and take control of your life. The road to greatness isn’t easy, but every sacrifice, every uncomfortable moment, and every disciplined action will take you one step closer to the future you deserve. You either make it happen, or you watch someone else do it. The choice is yours. The clock is not waiting for u !

How to learn from mistakes

How To Learn From Mistakes

“As long as you’re not dead, your life isn’t the end.”

- Jay Park

How To Learn From Mistakes

Mistakes happen It is inevitable and it is part of life We will all make mistakes and it is important to learn from them so that we can improve and grow. so in this blog I will talk about how to learn from mistakes and get ur life together !

by: 𖧷´ bloomzone 𝅄 ׂׅ

There are various steps to learning from mistakes. first it is important to acknowledge the mistake and take responsibility for it. This is a crucial first step to truly owning and learning from the mistake next one must take a moment to reflect on the experience and try to understand why and how the mistake happened and what could have been done differently. This is all about self-improvement through reflection and understanding. Acknowledging and reflecting serve as a basis for the final step which is to come up with a plan to avoid making the same mistake in the future. This plan can involve coming up with some rules and strategies to ensure that the mistake is not repeated. It is important to put these strategies into action. Additionally, it is important to keep an open mind and remain willing to learn and accept that making mistakes is an inevitable part of life. It is ultimately important to remember that it is not the mistake itself that is important, but how one learns and grows from it as a person.(This is a hot girl thing )By recognizing the mistake, reflecting upon it, and putting in the effort to learn from it, true growth and understanding can come about.

The most important thing to remember is that everyone makes mistakes. We are human. It is how we move forward after those mistakes that counts. Instead of dwelling on the mistake, learn from it and move on. Take what we’ve learned and apply it to future situations so that we make better decisions. Remember that life is always learning and we are constantly growing and changing, so there is always something new to learn!

put the fork down, and look at your thighs. Look at how large they are, how big they look when you sit down. Look at your stomach, pay attention to the rolls. Every bite you take is covering that beautiful waist of yours. That’s disgusting, you really wanna live like that? because personally, i enjoy being skinny, i enjoy looking at my collarbones.
