Because it’s been 2 years and nothing has changed in my shifting journey and I really have to shift tonight. I don’t have enough power to stay here anymore. I attempt to shift EVERY SINGLE NIGHT and even if I want to take a break, I cant. I have to shift so bad. I’m not good. I don’t feel good at all. I’m so tired. Please someone help. Please. Please. I know you all will tell me no one can help me because shifting is something that only I can figure out what works for me. But I can’t anymore. Idk maybe something will click and I will shift.

I don't remember most of it (as one usually does) but what I do remember is putting on my roller skates... and in the [I think] school I was in, I somehow had the determination and confidence to actually skate really fast...

Like I did such a sharp turn and even jumped and I remember that part so so vividly I felt so excited !
