So if I understand this correctly, if I manage to make it to 2038, I would be allowed to write and sell a legal Two-Face book, but it could only incorporate strict elements from his very first appearance plus just Batman stuff from before then? Because if so, that’d be perfect. Aside from his original name being Harvey Kent, almost everything I love about the character was baked right into his first appearance, including potential that subsequent writers neglected to embrace.

This episode wasn't actually so bad.

Despite the leaked story boards many months ago, the story seems to have changed for the better. Actually this feels like the best episode so far in season 2 imo. I'm actually glad we didn't get the Millie s*icide thing. Maybe they listened to the audience's critics on Millie.
