Using the Hammer Strength Incline machine as a 1 armed row, slowly lowering the weight on the eccentric phase, then moving to behind the back cable curls, with a external wrist rotation/squeeze at the top of the movement. July 17th 2015 at World Gym

Did 225 for 2 sets of 3 Reps and did 230 for 3 reps on the decline bench. Used the Hammer Machine for Incline and did 145 on each side for 6 reps. Most ever on all 3.
