your subconscious will believe anything you tell it. your subconscious doesn't have any eyes. it doesn't know whats real and whats fake.
if you have acne, and are manfiesting clear skin, your subconscious won't know that you have acne. so whenever you're affirming "i have clear skin", your subconscious has no choice but to believe it. which will then manfiest and show in the 3d.
use the fact that your subconscious doesn't know what's real or fake, to your advantage.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!! It speeds ur m3t4b0l1sm 🤞🏼

Follow the rules and do the daily challenges all of June and we will have a great healthy girl June!!!

Make green smoothie to sip on during the day (try and get as many vegetables in as possible)
Day 3
Do five mins of stretching every time you take a break from work.
Go on Pinterest and find healthy recipes for all your favorite foods.
Day 4
Active rest day do a yoga routine for your workout.
Go on a walk mid day
Day 5
Do 30 mins of stretching right when you wake up.
Drink a protein shake along with your breakfast.
Day 6
Do mobility work for 20 mins
Make a delicious meal filed with protein and fiber.
Day 7
Active rest day go for a long walk.
Meal prep lunches for the next week.
These are your challenges for the first week of June. The point of these are to give you examples of healthy habits to see which ones you enjoy. If you find you really enjoy how some of these habits make you feel I encourage you to incorporate these into your routine for the rest of the month. But don’t feel bad if none of these work simply try them and listen to your body. I made sure to put active rest days so the workout I give you there is the workout you should do unless you already have a workout plan that works for you.
Let me know if you guys need more tips or anything during this week my inbox is open!!🥰🩷🫶🏻
✨How to become a it girl✨
🎀 Take care of your health
Avoid junk food. Poor diet tragically affects your skin, body, health, sleep and your well-being. Replace junk food with fruits, vegetables. Beef and pork replace with chicken and fish. Sodas replace with water. Healthy diet has positive influence on your hole body and mind. It increases focus and energy during the day.
🎀 Mental health
Spend less time on social media. In the stressful situations stay optimistic and do things which calms you down. Read, spend time with yourself, meditate, write in your dairy, take a deep breaths, do yoga. This things will help you clear your mind and increase positive energy.
🎀 Beauty
Take care of your beauty. Do a skincare, haircare. Wear clothes in which you feel confident. The same with your make up. This things help you incease your self-confidence and make you feel comfortable.
🎀 Take care of your body
Do sport. Yoga, pilates, gym, walks any kind of physical activity will give you a boost of positive energy. Sport will incease your dopamine levels and it will lower cortisol level so it help with stress and lower mood. Also it will make your self esteem go higher.
🎀 Personality
Be kind. Treat others like you want to be treated. Smile often and spread love and positivity. Good personality attracts people even more then looks do. Also be kind to yourself. Its good to make a misstakes, do not put to much pressure on your self it isn’t good for your mental health
XOXO
PS. Sorry for any language misstake. I’m from Poland and my english is not very good 😔
Hi thank you so much for making a Blair Waldorf guide for me , please do on how to study like Blair Waldorf as well 🥺
time management
prioritize effectiveness. work smarter. make a list of your daily tasks and simplify from there. which tasks absolutely need to be completed today? do them first. how much effort does each task require? do the high effort, longer tasks first.
persevere
don’t be afraid to admit when you don’t understand something, but don’t give up either. always be willing to learn and have an open mind to new ideas or ways of thinking. even if it requires extra time or effort, do everything you can to be the absolute best you can be.
stay prepared
research and study the topic at hand precisely. study what is given to you, but don’t be afraid to look deeper. expect the unexpected.
keep going no matter what
we all know what it’s like to know you need to study but you’re feeling tired, sad, stressed. while it’s important to give your brain and body time to rest and recover, sometimes it is best to stick it out. get what you need done, done.
use all resources given to you
i know it’s easy to only do what is asked of you (like assignments and modules), but if you are given extra resources, use them! whether it be text books, extra videos, etc., chances are you will need them at some point or wish you had reviewed them during an exam!
confidence
sometimes confidence is half the battle. you’ve done all your readings, assignments, homework, etc., but you’re still feeling like you haven’t done enough or don’t know enough. trust yourself. if you’ve done the work, no one can take your knowledge away from you.
take breaks when needed, but know when it’s time to come back
don’t be afraid to pause your studying for what you need. food, a power nap, more coffee, a walk, a stretch; all these things may be needed during a long study session. pause, but don’t stop. don’t get too comfortable and stop way before you planned. take what you need and keep going.
Blair's aesthetic is dark academia. She loves classic books, pays attention to details, prefers classics and luxury and respects the rules of high society. Its look symbolizes refinements, culture, elegance and classic charm with a chic and timeless touch.
Blair's style oscillates between light feminine and dark feminine depending on the occasion. She likes dresses and skirts, light prints and delicate textures like lace or satin. But she also knows how to adopt a more sophisticated attitude thanks to materials like tweed or leather.
Forget boys. As Blair said: “You need to be cold to be a queen.” Forget the boys, keep your eyes on the prize. » Romantic interests are just distractions and will waste a lot of your time when you're not where you want to be. Work and ignore the noise. Blair's wisdom extends to his approach to education. Follow his example by having clear goals from a young age. Turn off distractions (yes, that includes your phone!) while studying and get your homework done quickly. In doing so, you will be well prepared for success, just like Blair on his path to Yale Law School. Don't fall into the trap of emotions, use your mind. Use your mind, not your heart. "She likes to see the best in people. I like to see the truth." Exactly, you need to start acting according to logic. Set clear goals. Maintain discipline in studies and personal life and radiate elegance. As Blair herself once said: “I am not a step on the path. I am a destination. » Focus on your goals and avoid distractions. Believe in yourself. You must believe that you are capable of doing anything others never underestimate you and always try before giving up. Once again, the world will prove that it can do anything it can. You can do better, trust me.
Blair's hobbies and talents are numerous and reflect his social status:
Fashion and aesthetics: this has always been a clear passion for Blair. She loves creating sophisticated looks.
The organization of events: Blair excels in the art of hosting. She organizes large social evenings where all the details are thought of.
Foreign languages: she speaks several languages fluently, which she learned during numerous stays abroad.
Politics: Blair is interested in world affairs.
Reading: Blair reads a lot and likes to educate her self.
