dont constrain urself and dont be in a rush all the time. luxury is the leisure to do what u want at ur own pace. dedicate time for relaxation and remind urself that theres no need to rush! ur in the race but you've already won β¨

i found that my femininity was strengthened when i allowed myself to express and be creative. doing things like dancing, song writing, journalling, keeping a blog etc has just been so good for my girlyness as a whole.

dont consume that toxic alpha male content π, or content with "pick-me's", stay away especially from those videos where men and women go in front of a camera to be rated. like, thats the most brain rot shit u could do. be careful of what u consume and make sure that u dont over-consume social media.

it's not that you are lazy or don't know how to do it, you just don't know how to organize your time well, stop telling yourself that you don't have discipline or that's for other people and take action now!
start by organizing your current life
what are my goals? what would be my ideal routine? where can i start? what habits are stealing my time or are harmful to me? am i satisfied with my current life? what should i improve? what can i do now to improve?
after answering these questions yourself and having a clearer idea of what you want, write down your short-term goals (for example to become more disciplined in one month by creating small routines) and start organizing yourself, again ask yourself, what can i change right now? and for sure you can improve many things, you can start exercising, have a day and night skincare routine, go for a walk every day, write a diary, whatever you want! and propose to do these new things for at least a week every day, take it as a challenge, even if it is 10 minutes a day, but make a space in your agenda for this new thing you want to start, this is how you will start to create a discipline.
find your motivation
what are the long and short-term benefits you will get when you start this habit or routine? how will you feel when you get what you want, no matter how small? what improvements will there be in your life during and after this?
little by little
as i explained before you can take this as a small challenge, choose a new "harder" habit and another smaller one like drinking water several times a day, and to remind you of this you can carry a bottle of water with you (and i recommend this habit to everyone). if you want to start exercising and you always end up leaving it, propose to yourself the challenge of doing every day 10 minutes for a week and this way you will get used to it (it can be any task that you want to incorporate to your life) and enjoy the process, write or talk to someone how you feel, it may be hard at first but you have to get used to it, do not put too much effort during the first week, maybe there are days that you do not feel like it, but remember better little than nothing, but remember always do it for your well being and improvement, that is the biggest reason you will find.
it can also help you to keep a record of what you do during the day, you can write it down or use an app called daylio, by seeing your progress will keep you motivated.d
some ideas to train your discipline
wake up one hour earlier than usual and go to sleep one hour earlier
organize yourself every day with a planner as soon as you wake up
know your goals for the day
control the time you spend on social media or watching tv
don't give up!
after you have achieved your goal, for example, to lose weight, don't give up the habits you created, you have to keep them in your life so you have to create a routine that suits you and makes you feel happy and motivated at the same time. you will always have more goals to achieve. when you create a routine and a plan of action everything will be much easier for you.
I decided to share to y'all something I personally do that helps me manifest absolutely anything that I desire. It's extremely simple, easy and fun! Anyone can try this and trust me, if you do it correct, you will get anything you want!
For this, you will need either a piece of paper, a notebook, your notes app, whatever you want and feels more comfortable to you to write on.
The first step is to think of your desire. Let's say that you want to manifest being extremely rich. I want you to think of yourself as the person who has their desire (in our case a rich person).
Now write down what an average day of your life as this person is like. What is the first thing you do in the morning? How do you spend you afternoon? Write any details you want, for example "I wake up, and go brush my teeth. I admire myself in the mirror while doing my make-up with my expensive products. I dress myself in this high-priced dress and go to eat breakfast in my big balcony of my villa where I can admire this scenery view of the ocean".
Think about, what exactly would change in your daily life if you had your desire? Even if it's the smallest detail, write it down.
Once you are done, you are going to read it. Think about how nice it is to live your life everyday in the way you wrote it. Now, you need to realize that this is your actual life. You are now going to embody this version of yourself because this is who you are. When I say embody this version of yourself, I mean in imagination. I wanted to note that because sometimes, people (especially beginners) don't realize that all of your actions are done in your imagination. LEAVE THE 3D ALONE. Your job is to change yourself in your imagination, not in the physical world.

before we start: one thing i like to do while manifesting is to pretend to be blair waldorf from gossip girl while repeating affirmations (if you don't know who she is, watch this). now, i'm not romanticizing arrogance or self-centredness, and i would NOT advise anyone to do so. however, i feel that embodying blair's confidence and persona really helps me get into my abundance mindset. this is what i do, but feel free to proceed as you wish!

Edited: Also, we also don't know what health tribulations they are going through (not just mental health). Just treat everyone with kindness and try to help people who are affected by this. Big or small, just try to help them out the best you can. Moonbin no matter what showed off kindness and held Arohas close to his heart. He loved Astro so much and always showed off his love to his members and to the fans. I'm still processing this whole thing and I sound like I'm rambling but I just need to get my feelings out because I'm having a hard time with this. I can't imagine what Moonbin's family and friends are going through. I kept watching Moon Sua with Moonbin and just how much she looked up to him and the love they shared between each other. The reason she became an idol was because of her older brother. I'm sending prayers and healing in this time to everyone affected and especially to his family and friends.
