bruno madrigal headcanons
when bruno got his gift when he was 5 (at the same time as pepa and julieta), he saw so many different visions at once he almost collapsed.
alma didn’t notice because pepa had a thunder cloud over her head and it was raining, and julieta had no idea at the time what her gift was and thought she hadn’t received one.
it took a while for bruno to work out the kinks of his gift and to stop all the visions of the future happening at the same time.
it didn’t stop the visions from surprising him out of nowhere though, leaving a killer headache in their wake.
at first, all the townspeople of encanto were intrigued by bruno’s gift and they all wanted to know what their future’s were like. since alma had explained that they needed to use their gifts to help the encanto, bruno was more than happy to help.
he just wanted to make his mami proud of him
out of the three madrigal triplets, bruno was the one who seeked alma’s approval the most, especially the older he got and the more shunned he became.
when he tried to cheer pepa up on her wedding day and instead made things a thousand times worse, alma sent him away and when he got back to casita, that was when he discovered the hole in the wall.
when dolores was given her gift and she locked herself away in her room to drown out all the new sounds, bruno brought her a pair of earmuffs he used to help with his own sensory deprivation. she uses them all the time and never replaced them.
at first, the stairs to his vision cave/room weren’t steep at all, but the older he got and the more anxious he became, the steeper the steps became in an attempt to allow him time to calm down.
no matter how much he was struggling, he never let anyone see him cry.

The fact that Clint just brings people home and introduces them to his family and Laura's all "hi, I'm Laura and here's your room" is my favorite thing about the Barton family.
Laura immediately hugging Kate because she's important to Clint so she's important to Laura so she's part of the family now just made my heart melt.
The best part of the Hawkeye series was that Jack wasn’t the bad guy like everyone thought, he was just a nerd that really liked his swords

Creased at the fact that Matt Murdock is probs gonna come home from lawyering for spiderman to find out that 22 year old Kate Bishop on her first ever superhero outing nearly killed Fisk,,,,,,, and then Maya did! Like poor Matt that was his whole life's work and two barely adults finnished the job in one evening and went for christmas cocktails after. This is what can be achieved without angst
Ok so I haven't talked about Hawkeye or the recent Disney+ shows because uhhh reasons but I would like to point out that Clint's kids said they LEFT the Rogers musical HALFWAY THROUGH which means the "I can do this all day" musical number with the Avengers was likely the end of act 1 or 2 of a 3/4 act play. KNOWING THIS and knowing this musical is about Steve's entire life, what the fuck do you think they were singing about when they got to the Civil War mess.
Fighting informs character
One of things I loved about the WandaVision finale is that each character’s personality was revealed through the way they fought.
Vision talks his way into victory over White Vision because he’s intellectual and analytical.
Wanda uses Agatha’s vanishing technique and the woman’s runes to defeat her because Wanda’s a fast learner and clever.
Agatha uses Wanda’s kids against her and hits her in the back because she fights dirty and is villainous.
Monica would literally take a bullet for someone because she’s selfless and heroic.
Fighting should always reveal character and this episode did it so well!
Like Wanda Maximoff, I too create fake scenarios in my head just cause I hate reality.

what if the citizens of Arendelle all assume that Anna took the throne because Elsa died and all this talk of “Elsa lives in the woods now” is like the equivalent of oh yes we sent the dog to live on the farm upstate

Eleanor works for Kingpin and Kingpin tipped Ronin to kill Maya's father, they want to get rid of that lose end by having Yelena kill Clint, Eleanor probably killed Armand and pinned everything to Jack once Kate got to close to the truth, the final showdown might be Kate and Clint vs Eleanor and Kingpin but they won't take down Fisk since he's probably the big bad of Maya's series, plus, Matt Murdock is also entering the mcu and they will most definitely lowkey renew Daredevil so he'll stay I'VE NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED IN MY LIFE

“That was amazing!” Kate yells as she throws her bow and arrows to the ground at her aunt’s apartment. “All those trick arrows, where did you get them? Are there more of them?”
“No.” Clint grunts, sitting down to the couch and putting the TV on.
Kate sits next to him, continuing on her rambling about the day they had and all the cool arrows she got to shoot. Clint doesn’t really listen to her, more engrossed with the show on TV. Pizza dog is sitting next to Clint, enjoying the head pats he is getting from him. The joyous mood gets cur down quickly, when harsh knocks can be heard from the front door.
“Are you expecting someone?” Clint asks, already on the edge.
Kate shakes her head, looking at the door as the knocking continues. She gasps. “Shit!” Patting all of her pockets, she looks for her phone. Finding it, Kate sees all the unanswered texts and calls. She runs to the door and opens it. “I’m so sor-“
“Tell me, why did I hear about your apartment burning down from your mom?” Y/N steps indeed the apartment, slamming the door shut. “You ran out of our date, ignored all of my messages and then suddenly went AWOL for two days.” She lists on while walking further into the apartment. “And then I find ou-“ She stops. “What is the Hawkeye doing here?”
Kate stands next to her sheepishly. “Y/N, meet Clint. We’re partners.” Clint shakes his head at the comment. “Clint, meet Y/N. She is my girlfriend.”
“I’m starting to doubt that.” She glares at her.
Kate cringes at the tone of her voice. “I really am sorry. If we could just go,” She points the kitchen so they could have some privacy. “And I can explain everything.” Y/N hums. With a last glance towards the Avenger, she walks to the kitchen. “Just a second.” She whispers to Clint and goes after Y/N.
“Do you understand how worried I was?” Y/N starts, keeping her gaze on the floor. “I thought you were dead! Or or kidnapped or maybe you just decided to break up with me and not tell or-“
Kate puts her hands on Y/N’s cheeks and kisses her. “I’m so sorry.” She mumbles, holding her close. “Jack was acting weird in the charity event, so I decided to follow him. I found a secret auction. Then some people attacked it and I found Ronin’s suit and used it to fight them and then Hawkeye found me and we became partners! And now we fight crime together.” She rambles a slightly simplified version of the events that happened after ditching Y/N at the charity event. “I got so busy that I forgot to tell you I’m okay. Besides, I’m never breaking up with you. You can never get rid of me.”
Kate grins when she hears Y/N giggle quietly. She moves a strand of her hair behind her ear. “Why do you always get yourself into these crazy situations?” She mumbles. “I don’t want you to get hurt.”
“I won’t.” Kate assures, giving her a one more kiss. “Come on. You need to meet someone else.” She takes her hand and leads her into the living room where Clint is with Pizza dog.
Y/N gasps. “You got a dog and didn’t tell me.” She kneels to the ground and starts petting Pizza dog who walks over to her with a wag of his tail. Clint watches the two. “I’m sorry Mr Hawkeye, you’re very cool as well. I just really love dogs.”
“Clint is fine, kid.” He chuckles, shaking his head.
“See how easily I get her forgiveness.” Kate looks at Clint smugly, wanting to boast herself, and her relationship, to Clint. “I’m the best girlf-“
“I have not forgiven you yet.” Y/N grumbles, keeping her attention at the dog. “This dog is just more important right now. Aren’t you? Yes you are. Such a good boy.” She coos at the dog as if he can understand. He wags his tail and snuggles closer to Y/N.
“Oh.” Kate mumbles, kind of jealous of a dog right now. He glances at Y/N before turning back to Clint with new determination. “I’m still a very good girlfriend!” She assures him, though he really doesn’t care. “This one time, Y/N almost fell and caught her. And then-“ She continues rambling every single time she somehow saved Y/N.
Y/N rolls her eyes with a grin on her face as she sees Clint nodding along. “She really likes you, I’m sure you’ve noticed by now.” She mumbles to him as Kate continues with the stories. “She wants to prove herself to you.”
“Oh, I’ve noticed.” Clint nods. He watches Kate pace around the room. “She is a good kid.” He whispers quiet enough only Y/N hears.
Y/N moves her gaze to Kate. She smiles, feeling full of love towards her. “She really is the best girlfriend.”
Kate gasps, stopping. “I heard that! You forgive me!” She hugs Y/N tightly, squeezing the living out of her. Y/N laughs, falling to the ground with Kate as they loose their balance. Pizza dog starts licking their faces. Clint smiles at the sight. As much as he wants to be with his family right now, this isn’t too bad. He really is warming up to them.
I'd say another scene with a lot of flashing lights to take note of is part of a fight scene near the end, so stay safe everyone :)

I saw No Way Home early and it’s just a small scene so I’m not sure if they’ll put a sign out for it, but the first scene with Electro there are a LOT of flashing lights so if you usually need to take heed of epilepsy warnings please be careful!
Christmas headcanons pjo edition
cause it’s just the right time for it!
all year campers got lots of Christmas activities (everyone’s free to join! If they choose not to it’s totally okay). The most fun is baking Christmas cookies with a big decoration contest! It’s always a close call between the Aphrodite, Apollo and Athena kids.
they also have the whole Secret Santa thing going on, which is a big event and most of the time everyone participates (who doesn’t love getting presents right?)
the gingerbread house contest is almost always won by the Athena cabin. They lost once to the Hephaestus kids cause the Hermes cabin pulled a prank to destroy their house
the seven plus Reyna, Thalia, Will and Nico baking cookies together with Sally
Percy insisting to have at least ONE baking sheet full of blue cookies
him decorating the other with blue sprinkles and icing
Will burning some cookies (will was in duty to check on them) cause he was joking around with the other. Nico making fun of it
singing Christmas songs and drinking hot chocolate during the campfire (and eating the backing contest cookies)
Percy forgetting his gloves so Annabeth needs to warm his hands
Nico forgetting his gloves (on purpose of course) so Will needs to warm his hands
Leo being a human radiator for almost everyone with his powers
at least one trip to the Christmas market with camp half blood
Frank shifting into different cuddly, warm animals every night to keep Hazel warm
watching Christmas movies and eating cookies at Percy’s place (obviously with Sally)
Annabeth absolutely hates Christmas, cause they never really celebrated it at home. She loves the whole feeling of it tho (going to a Christmas market, backing, all the fun stuff to do yk)
The first Christmas with Percy and his family was her best one so far. She knows why everyone loves it so much now
everyone showing their different traditions (cultural or just “home” traditions)
the week before Christmas no fighting in the arena allowed, cause Christmas is the time of peace and showing love
the Apollo kids missing the sun so they installed uv-lamps to get their sun in some way
Annabeth gifting Percy gloves in case he got cold hands and she’s not around to warm them
Hazel gifting everyone selfmade jewellery out of the jewels and metals she’s able to bring to the surface
Frank gifting the most wholesome presents to everyone (he thought about them a lot)
Piper sneaking away from Christmas charity events she had to attend with her father to meet with her friends
Sally inviting everyone to a Christmas breakfast
Will and Nico gifting each other the cutest stuff ever and totally blushing
Leo gifting selfmade animals or other little gadgets
Nico pretending to hate everything but telling Will later that he absolutely adores Christmas (Will totally kept this a secret…)
snowball fights, which are absolutely insane in camp
just basically everyone having a good time
