I recently saw a post here on Tumblr that said that when a fanfic gets deleted from Archiveofourown.com or Fanfiction.net (or any other website you can think of) you will never be able to find this again. But let me tell you… this isn’t true.
Nothing ever leaves the web!
I’m going to be using @jbsforever as example. Hope you don’t mind! And if you do just tell me and I’ll delete this post.
Anyway, jbsforever recently deleted all of her fics on Ao3. This is how her page looks like right now:
As you can see there are only 3 fics available. She had a lot more than that. Luckily for us, she’s putting them on again! (THANK YOU SO MUCH 😘). But there were still 16 fanfictions available that we can’t access through her page anymore.
All you will want to do is open google.com, type in the name of the writer (or the name of the fanfiction if you remember) + the website that their fanfiction was published on.
So for example: jbsforever archive of our own
Now you would have the normal search results appear, like here above ^^.
Normally you would click on the words that are in blue to go to their page. But this will bring you to how the page is currently installed. So we will be working with the words under there, the ones that appear in green. You can see a little arrow pointing downwards at the end of it.
Click on this arrow and a little box with the word “cached” will appear. You will want to click on this. Guess what her page looks like now?
TADA!!!!! 16 fanfictions and their names for you to enjoy. Unfortunately if you click on one of the stories while on this (rediscovered?) page, you will get an error:
But don’t worry! All you have to do, is take the title of the story you want to read. Go through the exact same process you just did with the author’s name, but just type their name and the title into google now (author + title). And you will have access to their deleted stories!
You will have to google each chapter individually (so type in google: author + title + chapter of choice), but honestly that’s a small price to pay for having access to a goldmine of fanfiction!
Hope this will come in handy for you! And thank you @jbsforever (ily ♥♥♥).
Have fun reading, everybody!
Looks like someone needs to call in "???" to school

Riza misquotes Shakespeare at one point in the manga and it got me thinking about what kind of plays they’d like
She’s in her Dostoyevsky era.
Sketchy manga redraw, I'll probably color it when I have more free time ^^

confession for mobtober
Grief is an interesting subject for depiction, because it isn't ever really just one feeling. It's a cluster of feelings, an array of very different, sometimes almost contradictory emotional states, which collectively we understand as expressions of that one underlying condition, which is grieving.
So how do you show that? How do you take that and make it visible to an audience? Many, many artists have tried, and their attempts are varied, fascinating, and very occasionally heartbreaking.
Let's take a little non-comprehensive walking tour of grief in art history, from the 1400s to the 2020s, from the religious to the cartoony, and get in our feelings a bit.

One of the main plot points of MP100 is Mob’s aversion to using his powers. This was due to a number of things, but that main two being Tsubomi and a tragic event where he accidentally hurt his brother.
This, of course, eventually leads to Mob’s explosions or “100%.” But in theory, these explosions wouldn’t be nearly as bad if Mob wasn’t as powerful. Which begs the question - where did all of Mob’s psychic power come from?
We know he’s a natural born psychic. He’s had his powers since he was young - Ritsu confirmed as much.
But obviously being able to float dogs since birth doesn’t give you godly powers. There are at least four other natural born psychics in the show, and their abilities all differ.
We also already know that Mob hasn’t been “training” his powers or anything. He’s avoided using them at all cost. So why the strength if he’s not even training? Well, the answer is simple.
Holding back his emotions.
We already know from Dimple that emotions can affect your psychic powers, and from Ritsu’s “experiments,” we know it can increase said power.
So it’s safe to say that after years of stress and other floods of emotions (that Mob has been holding back,) his power naturally increased because of all his turmoil. However, this wouldn’t be bad if he were also using his powers freely like Ritsu did. But since Mob is still too afraid to do such, he was accidentally saving energy.
Saving energy is something that we know is possible due to both of the Suzukis doing it. You can still use part of your energy and save the rest. Kind of like eating one slice of pizza instead of the entire thing.
These two things are what makes Mob so overpowered. Whenever Mob goes 100%, he is using part of 10+ years of held back emotions.
But keep in mind that this energy isn’t being immediately replaced. When you eat a slice of pizza, another one doesn’t magically take it’s place. You either have to cook more or buy another slice. Both of which takes time.
So when Mob goes 100%, he is depleting part of the energy he has saved for so long.
This leads you to believe “Wouldn’t Mob eventually run out of stored energy?”
Yes, but when he uses ???%, this energy is replaced.
During his fight with Teruki, he absorbed the other’s power. (Along with everything else in the atmosphere.)
Luckily, ???% is much rarer than 100%, otherwise Mob would eventually take in more energy than he got rid of.
TLDR: Mob’s power is due to him holding in his emotions and if not for his 100% explosions, he could eventually kill us with a sneeze.
👍
original:
Throughtout the time Reigen knew Mob, he bought books so he could better understand him and be prepared to answer his questions/help him out(While maintaining the façade that he is the master in that field).
But it wasn’t only though books...
Reigen also trained his body so he could better understand/help Mob who was doing the same with the Body Improvment Club. Reigen maybe a con artist, but at the end of the day, he never wanted to be unable to answer one of Mob’s questions or be unable to offer him help because he knew Mob needed him and also that he thought the world of him. So much so in fact...
While it’s not exactly stated, but rather shown, Reigen is a smoker, something that he does his best to hide from Mob because he doesn’t want to instill such a habit to him. But despite the con man he is, and all of what I just mentioned
Reigen still wants Mob to be all he can be, his own man, away from Reigen.
Save him!
Some studies/redraws from the last ep turned into a comic.
Mob answers the web’s (mobgle’s) most searched questions!
the first one isnt a real search question, but the sentiment counts :,,,,)
now with part two :D
watching the emi episode makes me kick and giggle my feet
Ok so I just read your mp100 fanfic Faith and i know that it's an old fic (like 2016). But based on this fic and your perspective on mob and reigens relationship, do you think the mp100 ending and the reigen spinoff successfully ties up any loose ends and imbalances in their relationship?
I need to know bc the fic was so well done and i have to know what your perspective and thoughts are to the ending and mp100 in general now that it's finished. Ok sorry for asking so much!! Kudos for the fic btw!!
You read Faith? Man, that thing is old...
I do think the MP100 ending levels the playing field in a way that is appropriate, but I also feels like it does so by facilitating - um. Spoilers under the cut.
I actually think the MP100 ending is rather open-ended, but I also don't think that's a bad thing or unsatisfactory.
The MP100 manga ending facilitates their healthy separation.
Reigen telling Shigeo to his face about his biggest lie and insecurity - that he's a fraud - is the most important thing he could do. It doesn't even matter that Shigeo already knows he doesn't have psychic powers. It's that Reigen can admit it.
It gives Reigen a chance to say what has always been on his mind, gives Shigeo the chance to let him know that he admired qualities in Reigen that had nothing to do with psychic powers and that Reigen really did help him. Like, authentically, it did.
I don't know if you read all my BNHA meta as well, but if so, you'll know what I mean when I say that this moment is one of interpersonal intimacy where Reigen expresses his honne unobscured. In fact, I'm pretty sure that him taking off his shoes before running after Shigeo at ???% implies that he was ready to confront Shigeo even if it killed him. While this could be meant as something for the audience to perceive literally, you could also interpret this figuratively - that Reigen will be dead to Shigeo once he finds out.
Reigen is ready to admit the truth of himself to Shigeo and let Shigeo grow apart from him, which runs in stark contrast to the Separation arc - y'know, the one that ends with Reigen still unable to say the words "I am a fraud" to the general public or to Shigeo (and Dimple, who already knows) alone. It also signals to the reader (and potentially Shigeo) that Reigen doesn't need him (for emotional reasons) anymore. Reigen doesn't need to always call Shigeo every time he has a problem.
Why did Reigen choose to tell Shigeo a truth about himself during Shigeo's berserker psychic powers moment? I don't actually remember if he says it explicitly (it's been a while!), but it comes down to these two reasons, I think:
It's probably Reigen's last chance to tell him the truth.
It is the best way for Reigen to express that only Shigeo can stop himself. Nobody else can stop Shigeo from posing this kind of danger to others, and Reigen himself is there as a sign of trust as well as a stark illustration of what is on the line (Reigen's own life!)
It reinforces to Shigeo that he can connect with Reigen as a mundane kid rather than a kid with incredible psychic powers. He comes back to Reigen (and Dimple) after being rejected, cries like most people do, and is consoled like most people would hope to be. It is SUCH an ordinary exchange and I feel that is the point.
In some ways, the ending of MP100 enforces a boundary between them, as Reigen has his business and Shigeo has the rest of his life to live. But it isn't a bad boundary or unbreachable one. It's a more appropriate one that eliminates any codependency and insecurities they had in the past.
I hope that answers your question???
i love how reigen specifically picks on mob for being gullible and for letting himself be used by others – which is a BOLD MOVE for someone who is lying to and using him, but it’s such a realistic character trait that reveals so much of his inner turmoil. he resents how easy it’s been to use mob, he wishes mob would make things easier for his OWN conscience by calling him out on it, and of course he’s full of self-disgust over how he’s been taking advantage of mob’s good nature. he could alleviate the guilt by being honest, but he thinks that their relationship will end the moment he does, so he’d rather force mob’s hand than have to confess himself. and part of mob’s reluctance to accept the obvious truth – that reigen has been lying to him – has to be some shame over realizing that he bought the lie, hook line and sinker, for years! so hearing reigen constantly belittle him for being gullible? ouch! reigen is inadvertently pushing mob deeper into repression.
don't mind me just going a bit insane. anyway GREAT WRITING
I made an analysis breaking down the S3 MP100 OP! Thank you @russenoire for the translation and guiding me with them, I can’t thank you enough.
Also, please keep in mind that I am in no way a professional at this, I’m just a kid who likes mob psycho. It’s around 15 pages long and includes insight into the lyrics and visuals, though it might be a bit messy.
But anyways, please enjoy! This was super fun to make.
I offer… a post-canon comic i decided to start on a whim. will i finish it? hopefully. Part 1 - You are here! | Part 2 - coming soon..?
