What are some of your favorite Headcanons for Donnie and Leo???

Donnie:

This boi definitely has cameras set up around the lair, and I can guarantee you he saves some of the footage. He has a video of Leo pulling a flaming piece of toast out of the toaster and flailing it around until it crumbled to ash in his hand. He has copies of that video, and he refuses to delete them.

He has a video of Mikey sleep walking and having an argument with the refrigerator while fully asleep.

Another thing he has a video of is from quite recently actually. A kitten had fallen into one of the drains during a storm and broken its leg. The guys found it on their way back from patrol and nursed it back to health before sending it to a home it would be loved in. The video he has is of Raph in one of his rare soft moments, smiling softly as he rocks the kitten back and forth before falling asleep with it on the couch. He treasures all of these videos and he watches them when hes sad or down.

Now for the crackhead headcannons.

Does a very good anime girl impression

Has shocked himself so many times on his right hand that his nerve endings are fried

He has walked into the kitchen with his hand on fire and not realized it

When he has beef with one of his brothers he is extremely petty

One time he put a bit of coffee in Leo's tea

He was too tired to notice

*cue Leo going on a two hour rant about the fighting style in Dragon Ball Z

No one even knew he watched it

Has tried to have a conversation with a turtle at the pet shop

Leo:

Mikey tends to sleepwalk when he's had a stressful day and Leo makes it his job to sit awake in the livingroom until his youngest brother wanders in before leading him back to bed. He has had some pretty wild conversations with him too.

We all know he and Raph tend to butt heads a lot, but I believe that after he blows off some steam, he worries about his younger brother. He will secretly peek in on him and if he seems extra angry he will go out of his way to do something nice. He will refuse to admit to it though.

When it comes to Donnie, he always wakes up earlier than his other brothers, and the first thing he does is peek into the lab. If Donnie is in the middle of something he will refill his coffee and leave it on his desk. If his genius brother is asleep at his desk he'll carefully help him to bed.

And now for the secondary crackhead headcanon.

He has definitely made coffee for Donnie before bed and laced it with something that will knock him out

Sometimes it's the only way the other turtle ever gets enough sleep

When he was younger he loved to watch Donnie work

Until he got electrocuted

He keeps his distance now

The Bay movies showed us that Raph likes to knit, but Leo likes to crochet

When he was like 8 he dropped his katana and cut off a piece of Splinter's tail

It grew back but he was too scared about hurting his dad and it took a week before he picked them back up

Cries when he burns toast

The only thing he can cook is sushi

Mikey once convinced him that he found a bag of rare tea

It was weed

He made it into tea and everyone was high for almost 2 days

Splinter was not happy

Has had an argument with Mikey about why Donnie is the antichrist, all while the other was asleep

One time he was so deep into meditation that he sneezed and scared himself

Talks in his sleep

Hmm… Reader is a sweetie pie who ALWAYS wears Turquoise. Leo has a huge crush on her. This can either be angst (Reader dies, blood all over Leo) or a fluff (Reader seeks comfort bc every happy person sheds tears too, and he figured out she was upset by feeling her tears?). Here Comes the Sun by The Beetles for the song, for sure. I really like this, I’ll probably write this too.

Leonardo would choke on his drink, off-guard. He thankfully saves himself by diving into the other room, heaving into his hands from the liquid going down the wrong pipe. Despite the attempt on his life, the tea slides down and he can breathe again. ‘Oh so SHE LIKES ME. Oh god she likes me.’

Raphael would ATTEMPT to play it off like he didn’t hear it, but in all honesty it both boosts his cockiness and the fluttering in his stomach. He’d start flexing on the low, making sure you’d see his muscles, except you don’t see it. Some of the time.

Donatello would flip shit. He’s not watching where he’s going and fucking flips over the back of the couch, tech and limbs clamoring everywhere as he squeaks. You question whether or not he’s alright, but his brother waves it off. “Typical Donnie.”

Mikey would be sooooo smooth with it. He loves that kinda slang, and kisses both his biceps. “This ain’t no snack, angelcakes! This is a full course meal! With fries!”

Then he’d hop onto his airboard and surf around, whooping and cheering.

I have an ask for a first time with Donnie that's been in my ask box for a few months, and I'm super super excited to write it. Unfortunately I lost someone very close to me recently, so for the time being I am unable to mentally handle writing. As soon as I'm out of this funk I will 100% begin writing, I already have plenty of ideas.

Ok so how many children do you HC each turtle having and what gender? Also would any have twins or triplets? 💞🐢

Leo:

Despite popular belief, I think Leo would have the most kids of the four brothers. So maybe four kids, though I don’t think any of would be in pairs (sorry SO, you gon be birthing Leo’s offspring times 4). Majority boys, so that he can teach them how to follow in their father’s footsteps to lead the clan, but he has at least one daughter that is the light of his life, and reminds him in every single way of her mother.

Donnie:

Two kids. Two. No more, no less. He doesn’t want any sibling third wheels, or A and B teams formed, or a lonely only child. And he’s in love with the idea of twin baby girls. Teaching them defend themselves, how to wow boys with their brains as well as their beauty. He thinks a baby girl is the embodiment of innocence, and he’d be honored to help raise such a little girl into an independent, intelligent young woman. Especially if he got to do it twice.

Raph:

Three, maybe with one set of twins. Maybe. But 2 of them are gonna be girls, and the eldest would be his son. The boy is the spitting image of his father - bright green eyes, a lady-killer smirk, and a slightly-better maintained temper. And the little heartbreakers? Carbon copies of their mother - strong-headed little girls with sass and spunk, that melt their daddy’s heart every time they give them those big ol’ puppy dog eyes.

Mikey:

One. The boy might not be able to keep it in his pants very well, but I think he’d only be able to handle one kid at a time when it comes to raising one. A little boy, that actually resembles his intellectual uncle. Mikey’s son is quiet and bookish, but when he’s persuaded out of his shy demeanor, he has the same type of addictive humor as his father. And once he learns to balance his quiet and belligerent sides, you can be sure he’ll stun any lady, just like Mike.

The only correct way to eat chicken nuggets is to consume as many as possible until your very soul is bursting with le nuggies
