A little bit more of Jack and Claire being siblings and going on hunts together
i know it's for the better
Please watch The Sea Beast
The Sea Beast is full of women characters, none that are reduced to be "the woman" pirate/sailor, the only woman in the gang (smurfette) or romantic tropes.
Normally these type of stories are composed of entirely male ensembles, but just look at this group shot where you can see how diverse the characters are. They all look different and unique, from design to voice acting.
Even small roles like the lady driving the carriage - these minor characters that are always male, or the person serving drinks being a man (yes I noticed it people who made this movie!! I see what you did there).
Great movie, can't wait to watch it again today
Thinking about the absolute banger of a line we are sure to get with Eddie's love confession.
That man is THEE sappiest, THEE most unabashedly romantic of all of them. Can you imagine what he's going to say to Buck when an unrepressed Eddie finally lets himself say the words? After everything he's already said to Buck? Even while he was repressed as hell? We're not just getting a simple "I love you," that's for sure.
I am vibrating out of my skin thinking about it...
I can’t even think about it too much because it drives me up the wall. Eddie has such a way with words. He says things with so much sincerity and so much love that’s it’s impossible not to melt.
My favorite thing, too, is that everyone thinks he’s more or less put together, careful with selecting his words, etc., but when he’s with buck exclusively, he also does this little rambling thing that’s so disgustingly endearing. We’ve only seen a glimpse of it when he was with Shannon, but it’s magnified tenfold with Buck.
When he removes his filter, though??? We are, without a doubt, getting a whole ass love confession for the storybooks from that man.
Weighted blanket is not enough I need someone to do this to me
Shouldn’t it be, when you’re at your worst, they’re at their worst, you have every reason to give up, and you still decide you want to try again.
Real question. Do the 118 know about what happened to Buck and Christopher during the Tsunami?!!?!
Like they must know the basics, the pier, the fire truck, them being separated.
But do they know that Buck saved other people? Do they know that he played eye spy with Christopher to cheer him up? And turned him away from the dead bodies in the water? Do they know he walked for hours trying to find Christopher? That he was injured will looking for him?
More importantly does Eddie know?!?!!
Cause we see that Eddie thinks Buck lost Chris, but doesn’t blame him. But does he know that Buck jumped into the water after Chris something that was damn near suicide?! Does he know the lengths Buck went to try and get Christopher back to him?!!
Cause we never see them discuss this or mention it?!!
And I need them to discuss this. For Eddie to see that Buck will and always has gone to the extremes for Chris. I need Eddie to realise that he made the right choice in putting Buck in his will. I just… I want them to discuss this (not just Buck and Eddie but all the 118)
People who criticize The Punisher for being “too dark and violent” are blowing right past the fact that every man on the show is canonically whipped as fuck and soft for the women in their lives.
I've figured out how 6.09 "Warning Signs" is going to be THE Buddie episode we've been waiting for -
literally the opening of "I Found" by Amber Run has the line - I'll use you as a warning sign - it's been used on the show already in 2.07 "Haunted" in the scene when Buck writes the goodbye letter to Abby and finally moves out of her apartment - but if you listen to the entire song, it literally screams Buddie -
And I found love where it wasn't supposed to be Right in front of me... Talk some sense to me
And I'll use you as a makeshift gauge Of how much to give and how much to take I'll use you as a warning sign -
they just need another opportunity to use the song again with Buddie this time around and hey maybe the title was inspired by it!
We are always told that fire is dangerous
And yet the most beautiful things are born from the ashes
My mind
i can't believe they did this in the loft kitchen. i can't believe eddie and chris brought home to buck
