Originally, was just going to have the tentacle things (that are in place of her quill spikes) move when she was experiencing different emotions… but then I decided to add colors to it. May or may not change or modify later.

This one is by far my favorite. Didn’t want to draw over it with my pen for fear of ruining it.

I was thinking of Spider-Man while drawing these… if you couldn’t tell.

The only difference is that the one on the right is at 175% zoom instead of only 100% zoom.
I tried to draw Shadow…
(Ignore the fact that I didn’t draw his shoes. I suck at drawing shoes, the reference image I used cut off at his shoes, and I was too lazy to look up another reference image.)

She looks like she’s judging people. Honestly? I don’t blame her.
Onyx’s design is getting better and better.
And I’m finally able to draw hands more decently!

I decided to redesign Onyx after I made this ⬇️ and redrew her.
I was struggling to make the purple and black (or purple and really dark purple) work… and white (or really light purple) just seems to go a lot better with her.
…and I wanted to make them two sides of the same coin anyway: opposite, yet the same.
Eyes still look a little odd, but I’m getting better. And I’m so glad I figured out the shape of the quills (I was watching the Snapcube fandubs last night and got a good look at the shape of Shadow’s quills… soo… that helped).

tried to draw my Sonic OC again to get better with the anatomy
I think it went better this time. Still trying to figure out how to properly draw the hands, feet, and quills, but at least I drew them this time
(ignore the faded mushroom in the background; I drew that first and tried to erase it so I’d have space to draw my OC)
(and I was drawing in a dark room, so some of the stuff might look janky)
drew a flower on Wednesday with one of those pens that only has pink, blue, green, and purple colors on it
And I used an orange pen in the middle… but mostly just the rainbow pen (the pen that only has pink, blue, green, purple on it).

Got this yesterday. Yay!!

drew some more mushrooms with alcohol markers and outlined it with paint pens
The mushrooms with the pink outline and the mushrooms with the orange outline were already there. I just drew the mushroom with the blue outline.
The white outlines were a bit janky… but it was hard to see the edges of the mushrooms (since I used darker colors for the mushrooms and was drawing in a semi-dark room.
Otherwise, I’m really happy with my little mushroom drawing!

and these were the halves of paper towels I put under my paper while painting

you guys, I love seeing the “viewed” stat on my stories for Wattpad (despite it counting me as viewing a part when I just get done publishing it)
Because… other people have looked at my stories?? They’ve read them??
I know if I showed my stories to 20 people in real life, that would be huge. Seeing that people are viewing my writing gives me more motivation to write (I even have a rough outline of where I want the rest of The Tales of a Mermaid Princess to go!*) and create.
Even just showing it to one person in real life would be a pretty big thing for me (since I usually don’t share my art or writing).
And speaking of sharing my art, thank you to all who like my posts 🥰 It really means a lot to me that you’re enjoying my artwork!!
