One of my friends gave me a drawing tablet so to test it out I decided to use Photoshop for this drawing.
The character I decided to draw for this drawing is my Legend of Zelda OC Mela! I haven't drawn her in awhile so I thought it was about time I drew her again.
Anyways I'm really happy with how this drawing turned out!
I might decide to redraw her reference sheet sometime soon. :)

right so I haven't found kogha in the depths yet but have seen it ANY WAY does this mean he has known about zonai tech since botw because if so that means that he (and the other yigas) have studied the tech for like 5 ish years so no wonder he knows how to put it together AND people say the shiekah had much more experience but the yiga branched of to continue useing there knowledge after they were all exiled or something like that so no wonder they knew how to put it all together

Does anyone else wanna know what actually happened to the elemental arrows in totk/botw or does anyone know like did they just stop production of them after the calamity maybe some of them actually required a small amount of the malice in them or something

It had been one hundred years since Calamity Ganon had practically destroyed Hyrule. Infecting both the Divine Beasts and Guardians with malice. The Champions falling and the same fate seemed to take the appointed knight Princess Zelda.
Tales of this fallen knight were passed down throughout the generations that had managed to survive and re-grow. Also told were the stories of the princess who remained trapped deep within the walls of Hyrule castle. The young maiden trying her hardest to fend off the evil inside until the day her knight reappeared. The day the four Divine Beasts calmed and the knight drew the darkness sealing sword again - ending the calamity once and for all.
Just off the North-Western most point of the Tabantha region sat a quiet little village. One that managed to somehow survive the wrath of Calamity Ganon, the guardians and the endless hordes of monsters.
The residents of the village offered their aid over the years to those who needed it. Opening their homes to the injured and tired who found themselves there. Slowly building a reputation amongst the other villages and travellers alike. One every inhabitant prided themselves on.
Enough so to catch the attention of a traveller they'd never imagine they'd ever host.
A soft hum passed your lips as you walked around the shop, the basket resting on your hip as you checked the stock you passed, refilling what needed to be replenished. The past few days had been busy with merchants and travellers, and having a moment to finally be able to breathe and take your time felt like a reward sent by the Goddess herself.
Content in your own little world, you didn't even hear the movements behind you until it was too late, the basket at your side dropping with a thud as you knocked into a person. Quickly crouching down, you picked up the items scattered on the floor. āOh Hylia! I am so sorry~".
Your words cut short as you looked at the figure in front of you. Your eyes had to be deceiving you. There stood a doppelgƤnger of the legendary knight. You had to be crazy if you thought it was him, he'd fallen while trying to protect the princess. Then again, there was always the stories of him being placed into a deep sleep. One that would wipe all memories but repair his body, his wounds easing over the rumoured 100 years. The Sheikah presented him with a device to help him on his journey again if he was to return. "Are you okay there?".
The sound of a voice brought you out of your trance-like state with a confused blink. The room around you coming back into focus as you looked up again. The words processing in your mind as you caught up with what had been said to you. "Huh? Oh yeah, Iām okay. Nothing Iām not used to doing by now. Thank you for asking~ā.
Standing up, you lifted the basket with you and placed it on the counter beside you. Dusting them off on your apron before clasping them in front of you, a warm smile helping to greet your customer. ā~is there anything you would you like a hand with?".
For the best part of your day, you walked around your shop with the male, talking him through the various properties of the items you stocked and what went well together to create some of the tastiest food in all of Hyrule. Also what could be combined with certain weapons to add some benefits and make his attacks a little deadly to the guardians that still roamed.
With what he needed in hand, the young male paid in full before bidding farewell with a hand on the door as he pushed it open. This was your last chance, you had to find out if what you were thinking were true. You could be wrong but you wouldnāt know unless you tried. Taking in a breath, you placed a hand on the counter in front of you as you leaned forward slightly hoping your voice would carry loud enough for him to hear. "Thank you so much for your patronage! I hope to see you around again Mr~".
The male stopped in his tracks, hand still holding the door open as he thought for a moment. A smile on his face told you he trusted you enough with what he was about to say. Whether or not you believed him would be a different matter. "Link. Please call me Link".
With that, heād disappeared from your sight as you mulled over his words. The name seemed awfully familiar to you and as far as you were aware, no other Hylian had the same name. Only a few seconds later, realisation dawned on you. A small gasp passing your lips. āLink? As in the appointed knight? It canāt be, can it?ā.
You prayed to the Goddess that you were right but youād have to wait until he came back to find out, and that was sooner than you believed.

I feel like there are two ways to interpret botw/totk link and they are:
a very dedicated, intelligent young man who has taken a vow of silence to ensure he emulates the spirit of the hero the people claim him to be, no matter how unsure or scared he truly is.
or
an adorkable idiot who is sturdy enough to make it through life *mostly* unscathed, but stupid enough to always end up in some wild scenario with naught but a soup ladle and the clothes on his back, chasing after his girlfriend who just so happens to keep getting herself in increasingly confusing predicaments. He does not know what is going on, but by Hylia, he's gonna get his woman back.

Yiga slashed, their blades cutting through the air like it was nothing more then paper. Guards yelled, some fought against the horde of ninjas, despertely protecting their princess.
Zelda watched in horror at the sight of the solidrrs fighting. A gentle hand came to her shoulder, shoving her back as a yiga suddenly appeared in front of her. She glanced up, seeing Link drawing his sword and slashing at the yiga.
Zelda gasped as the yiga cut across the hero, leaving blood staining through his clothes. He slashed the yiga down, and the yiga disappeared in a puff of smoke. Leaving behind a handful of rupees and bananas in their wake. Link bent down, offering his hand to her and Zelda took it.
Zelda offered to help support Link, but he refused. She stared at the castle as the yiga swarmed it, as she and Link ran.
Collasping, she stared at the ground in front of her, glancing up, she stared at Link sorrowfully. She could feel sobs forming in her throat. They were painful and raw.
āDo not worry.ā Link said, his voice confident as he clasped his hands between hers. āWhy?ā

āBecause I am here.ā Link whispered quietly. Holding Zelda tightly in his grasp.
Wisps of malice floated through the air and faded. The bow of light felt heavy in the heroās hands. His sword and hylian sheild clung to his back. He heard his horse huff, her white coat shimmering in the rising sun.
Zelda breathed in quietly, and together they stood up. Both, together again. They rose, and held each other tightly.
After all, its been 100 years.

"No, Your Majesty... it has only begun."
He sat on the throne, watching guards rush around. They hurried with purpose, intent. Ready to fight the guardians that came to their doorstep.
Blasts of explosions rocked the palace, the king raised his spear. Ready to defend his home.
Zelda, I'm sorry my dear daughter. I could not protect you. Please Link, I pray that you can save my child. He thought, as the doors were blasted open and malice started to craw inside. Guardians rushed in and blasted everything. Monsters swarmed like a pack.
It was only them. A king and a god.
Standing across in battle. You know the outcome perhaps, and so did the king. He prayed for the hero, wielder of the master sword, so he may protect his daughter.
He protected his castle, and ultimately, died within.
But it would not end. His courage and confidence allowed him to await for you, dear hero.
He has protected this land for a hundred years. Waiting until you awoke in that small room.
The malice knew, once they saw the girl. She had awakened. It knew it had to get rid of the dangers. The champions, the king, the guards.
So it did. It didn't expect for them to continue protecting the land, however.
It was its ultimate downfall.

Lynels are scary. Ones with shock arrows even moreso.
Link paused, touching his writing untinseal to his chin as he thought what to say. He hummed, glancing up at the cackling campfire that spat sparks into the wind.
I met an odd man. He likes monsters. I think he insulted me by saying I smelled like a hindox, but I have no clue.
I still don't know anything. I can't remember much. Hopefully when your free, you could help me? I like my new life, but I also want some help to recall my previous.
Link sighed, glancing at the goddesses statue next to him. He was in Tarry Town, writing a letter to a princess trapped in a castle.
"Hey Link!" Hudson called out, stopping and starting to sit down next to Link as he wrote.
Link smiled, meeting Hudson's eyes for a moment.
"What are you up too?" He asked, glancing at the piece of paper he was scratching on.
A letter to a friend of mine. I haven't seen them in a long time. I was just thinking of what to say to them. Link signed, ink splattering his fingers.
"Do they ever write back? Maybe you could ask some questions about them. Like maybe, 'anything new happening with you?' or 'What have you been up to?'" Hudson explained.
Link sighed. I would, but I doubt I would get a response back. They've been busy a lot of the time. Plus, I doubt they even could respond.
"Oh," Hudson cleared his throat. "Maybe then, you could take about something you enjoyed? Like you saw a beautiful sunrise the other day or you survived a monster attack?"
Link nodded thoughtfully, scratching the back of his neck as he pondered Hudson's words.
"Hudson! Come on its almost midnight!" Rhondson called from Hudson and her shared house.
"Well, I have to go to sleep. I wish you luck in your writing!" Hudson called, getting up and strolling over to Rhondson.
Link smiled, watching the married duo retire into their house. He turned his attention back to his paper.
