I'll be doing a small birthday arc for Mei to take my mind off things- in the meantime, questions for Ebonlace are also welcome! She's the Rarity of this universe, as y'all prolly noticed.

I just wanted to say that this blog is NOT dead – I'm just focusing on one thing at a time! Although I have several ideas, I can't give them all attention or I'll end up doing none of them. :')
As of now, I'm focusing on my Hivebuster AU! You can take a small check on it by visiting my other ask blog; @askhivebusterbloom !
After I flesh out the general idea a bit more, maybe I'll open a new one focusing on Mei's mother – It's one of the ones I'm most excited to do, but it still needs a good polishing before I toss it into the rails. I'll get there sometime!
But yeah... I don't have much free time thanks to work, as I always make clear here, so sorry for always taking so long with the asks. 💔 But with our heads held high we go!!

“Hello, Nairobi!” – Based on a dream. A story that revolves around Fluttershy in her younger years and an injured sparrow she finds in the forest, that she calls “Nairobi”.
Valley of Echoes – Expanding on the universe of Dreamtide through the eyes of Alpaca, who fights through new dangers and creatures with her newfound friends and rediscovers her memories and purpose! What begins as just another adventure becomes a terrifying search for the truth.
Rocket to Insanity: Yesterday Forever! – Let's say it would be a retelling of the original story, but delving a little deeper into Rainbow Dash's mind; Something that progresses more and more as the story rolls over with me trying to play with the psychological horror bits. An idea that suddenly came to me that I really want to develop somehow! The name may change, though.
“Play Dead!” – A story that revolves around Marble Pie and her child, escaping a little further from psychological terror and entering into ACTUAL terror. Marble and her child are being chased by strange creatures, and this mother needs to find a way to keep her little girl safe; one way to do this is by teaching her to "play dead". Another story based on a dream, and which may also undergo name changes!
Ideas for art and more will be thrown into the sketchbook for further elaboration. Character references and the like will be delayed because there are SO many and I don't have the patience to draw that much and come up with clothing and whatever-- sucks to be me, I guess!

Okay! Lore time with Tipsy!! ✨
First of all, I'd like to make it clear that the Valley of Echoes, my AU, is mostly based on dreams / nightmares of mine (shouldn't be a surprise, they all live in a place called “Dreamtide” after all hsgshsh)
Third, this AU isn't all about roses and friendship – There are many topics that can be sensitive to some people. Violence and gore are quite common; And it continues with mental illnesses, domestic abuse, mentions of depression, etc. etc...
This creature here is based on a dream I had about FNaF! In the earliest version of the story, there were originally three guardians to look after the children of Solveil: Alpha, Beta, and Charlie (This one rabbit up here is Charlie, yes). My brain was becoming a mush trying to think of a new design for those three, and then... BAM!! I already like to reference other works in my stories, so why not? If you see something familiar in the future and think "Hey, I think I've seen this somewhere before-” Well, maybe you're not wrong! This time, I based the design of this monstrosity on one of my favorite artworks – The Drawkill series.
So, here’s a glimpse of the Chimera Initiative! A project created by Solveil and Twilight to hunt for shards of the Elements of Harmony and the like. Again, if you are sensitive, I suggest not paying too much attention to the smaller details – There's a lot of dark stuff behind this tale!
There is still SO much I still want to show here! The girls' mother, some Dreamtide specific events, the new Cutie Mark Crusaders-- whoah! I've never felt so inspired!! 💪🦈✨

Nightmare Night is a pretty crazy event on the islands below, especially for Dreamtide’s Extermination Team!

Some characters have stars in their eyes, and it's not just an aesthetic choice- It's something I'm planning for the future!

Coming back to this art style after so long feels like a regression; not because I dislike it, but because it's basically the starting point of my arting journey. It's possible that I'll stay in this style for a while, until I can find a better way to evolve. Even then, thanks to all of you for following my little blog!!

When an echo grows too strong, it ceases to be just a repetition and becomes a new voice.
Even though I don't share much about it, my Valley of Echoes AU grows a little bit more everyday! I have a lot of characters that I want to give an official design to for the story (or at least try) and of course I couldn't forget one of my favorite gals; Suri! Alpaca's echo appeared a couple times before when this blog was still a draft, and only now I'm getting to draw her a proper reference of my own!
This little troublemaker takes a very important role in the story AND on Little Paca's development, so I obviously COULDN'T leave her out. I'll make a small biography for her later on, and then I'm sure y'all will understand why I appreciate this gremlin so much!!

But anyways, time to yap about my universe a bit!!
Mei's entire family deals with something called Echo Syndrome. “But what's that?” You may ask- it's not a very difficult thing to understand! Think of it as a want / desire that is not actually desired by someone; Here, unwanted desires are like echoes, that reverberate until they form something new. Hence the name. ✨
So, Meet... “Hunger”! Mei's undesired echo. This is all hereditary, so maybe it helps to imagine where, or rather, who, the girls actually came from!
