And that was Art Fight! These were all a ton of fun to draw. I can only hope I can keep up the same speed for like. my own characters and projects. But ey regardless, good month! 40 attacks! And 27 back at me! WHICH IS A LOT! Thanks so much to everyone who attacked me- I am now stricken with the deep desire to print them all out and hang them on my wall. Some proper ref for my slugcat OC- The Dullahan (asw as a Rainworld style test). This was fun

She has the delightful ability to launch her own head off upon taking a lethal amount of damage, leaving her body to release pheremones that attract other predators to it. Creates a great diversion for her to get out of dodge- even if it leaves her with no limbs for a bit.

Rainworld is cool and slugcats are rad therefore OC. This gal's the Dullahan, a scug based on the elysia marginata slug (that one sea slug that decapitates itself when its body is infected with parasites). Her main gimmick is that when she takes a lethal amount of damage, she can projectile launch her head off of her body- leaving the decapitated carcass to produce hormones that attract all predators in the area and take their attention firmly off of her head.

As a head, she can worm about and do not a lot, but upon eating something she'll regenerate her body to the size of a slugpup for the rest of the cycle, and after hibernating she fully regrows. (Note: she can't eject her head off her body as a slugpup, that's a once per cycle skill).

This girl queen's campaign is just about finding somewhere safe to settle down and have some pups- as it's kinda hard to do that when your only defense mechanism is destroying most of your body, and in an environment as dangerous as Rainworld, you need to use any defenses you have.

Here we are going by them on the line Artificer is a Firewall. Gourmand is a Program. Rivulet is a Malware. Spearmaster is a Virus. Saint is a Spyware. And Inv/???/Enot/Paincat is a Scareware. [Enot gets their own separate image because the others are scared of them.] [Please click the images for a better look.]

Say hi to Barry! or The Worker! he's just a funny little guy, I absolutely love Terraria and Lethal Company, along with Rain World, I may have never played Lethal Company, but I hope to get it one day, but for now, watching clips of people screaming in that game is what I'll settle with, I think Barry would be able to trade with Lootbugs! and they'd probably be immune to Bracken due to their uh.. lack of a neck. They'd be slightly faster than the average worker, but cannot speak by normal means, they can get food by standing in the sun, the containers on their back have CO2 and water, due to the plant they have. So yeah! sorry about the rant, have a nice day! [They are inspired by the Floret Protector vanity set, as seen on the first image, the red flower was just replaced with a karma flower]

How could you not love a happy family? [Survivor and Monk's parents, or at least my versions of em, the only difference with the white one is being fluffy and albino, I made them fluffy to explain why my version of the third sibling is fluffy.]

Say hello to the Prosaic, or Pancake, they are the slugcat for a region concept me and a friend are making, as their nickname suggests, they can go flat, just like a pancake, they are too fat to glide [they couldn't glide anyways, it was never planned], they can wrap around poles and trees like the wrap-around spider, it is faster when crawling [I mean.. look at those legs], it can climb walls due to being stickier than it's relatives, they can also swim well, they have two extra food pips than hunter [7 to hibernate, 4 stored], so yeah! :D [Btw, their texture is similar to an otter or ferret, their main inspo was Paldean Clodsire]

Just my Nightcat design and a headcanon between my Enot and Nightcat, have a nice day! I guess.
