But..the magic or well his power that he used when he was fighting the Jade Emperor is a bit of a different colour then the magic/power that killed the Jade Emperor....isn't it strange a bit-? I mean I might be just making something out of nothing but- I think that somebody must've interfiered in the fight and killed the Jade Emperor- and-

So we know that the first scene of TKEM is Lee Lim being interrogated by Tae Eul and Shin Jae.

He doesn't know them and it's all bloody (with his brother's blood). So what I think is that Lee Gon sent his uncle straight to the future after saving himself again. We also know that Lee Lim can't face charges in the Kingdom because the people from there can't know about the portal and the other world.

Then, we see Shin Jae holding his documents from the Kingdom:

And he doesn't seem confused about the symbol, which means he knows where it came from.

Tae Eul also says precisely that Lee Lim killed his brother, she's not even asking, just saying, because she already knows. And some may say that it's because he's drenched in blood, but I think she's the kind of person that would ask instead of accusing.

I can only come up with this: Lee Gon is working with Shin Jae and Tae Eul from "behind the scenes".

RWBY V7 THEORY (Spoilers)

Okay, so I am most likely look way to far into this but I realized something after episode 4. When Weiss’s father showed up he looked at her and said 

“You know your mother was devastated when you left, she didn’t leave her room for days. You know how she gets when she's upset.” 

I had always presumed that Weiss’s mother was dead (I don’t remember if it was confirmed or not). We have seen her brother, sister, and father but never her mother. Now, Jacques could be referring to when she originally left to attend Beacon Academy but one like stuck out to me “You know how she is when she is upset.” I thought about it and then I remembered

“And the Winter Maiden?“

“She is secure, and in stable condition.” 

That line confirming the winter maidens safety was from Winter. So my theory now is that Weiss’s mother is the Winter maiden. It would explain why we have never seen her (if she is alive). It would also explain why Winter knows the winter maiden is stable. This could also explain why Winter's name is Winter, too throw people off her tracks. This could be me looking way too far into what they said but honestly, it might not be so far fetched, speaking Yang's mom is Spring. Let me know what you all think.  

The Steven Universe fandom is dense af - The Series

I can give you so many reasons why considering past events but here’s one that just popped up- everyone somehow believing Yellow Diamond shattered Pink Diamond. First of all, I want to smash my head against a door. Second, the writers of the show made it clear that the YD had nothing to do with it. (If the diamonds end up having something to do with it then shit come back and roast me but I’d blame the crewniverse for their bad writing.) Any who, one of the first and only evidence you need for this is YDs actions in “What’s the Use of Feeling Blue?”. By the end of the song, the writers had the intent to establish her grieving and feelings for Pink were still enact, she just presents them differently. Y'all are over here acting like that never existed and now you’re saying how she was in denial of everything Blue Zircon was saying. Of course she was, but not in the way you think. She was in denial because she has her heart (gem?) SET on believing Rose Quartz did it. (For goodness sakes they bubbled all the RQs and she wanted to execute her immediately out of hatred and confidence that it was her) The truth is, NON of the diamonds were there at the scene, which was highly implied several times. That’s why they were so shocked when Zircon started saying all those things. Yellow Diamond didn’t want to believe anything else. She poofed her because Zircon accused a Diamond of killing another Diamond, that would make anyone angry…. Here’s the part that makes me mad at the fandom for the lack of acknowlegment: the recess scene and the ENTIRE fact that Steven is not Rose. I broke it down 👍. Steven doesn’t know how it happened because he is not Rose Quartz. Homeworld believes he is, but is shapeshifted. He told Zircon he did not know how it happened. Once again, he is NOT ROSE so he could never know. This lead to Zircon DOING HER JOB. She was nervous the entire episode for defending the guilty. THIS IS HOW SHE MADE LEEWAY. She had something to defend now. Does her argument make sense? Of course. But it implies something else. Something totally different that has NOTHING to do with YD. (In fact, maybe the writers even knew the fandom would fall for this although I can’t understand why literally the theory makes no sense.) It’s foreshadowing something. My take on it is pretty simple, I have a few theories but here’s an interesting one– the one who shattered PD was her Pearl? Think about it… She was close to her. She was allowed to be around her 24/7. No one would have saw it coming. Maybe it was even our Pearl, and that’s why she hates shapeshifting so much, as someone once theorized. I mean it still could be Rose but it’s now implied they had to do something evasive to shatter Pink, let’s not leave this possibility out.

Anyone could have shapeshifted into Rose, by request.

Hell it could’ve been another Rose Quartz and we’d never know.

Whoever did it, was part of the rebellion but was not noticed at that time or place. One fact remains: All fingers are pointing to a figure shaped like a Rose Quartz.

It wouldn’t add up if YD did it because so many people saw Rose do it. Eyeball even stated it herself. The gems acknowledge Rose did it. Either they know something we don’t ,OR maybe they are in the dark along with us…Rose kept many secrets.

(Who really knows at this point the only reason why I made this is to show you that it could never be YD. Bye y'all)

Maybe they’re the good moments that Rick and Morty produce, but I wonder why Rick would erase those memories out of Morty? or maybe those Green and yellow ones resemble the dimensions they left?

So um, I have a theory..? This one is really late.

So Frisk, Chara (or whatever you named the fallen human), Asriel and MK (Monster Kid) all have striped shirts.

What if the amount of stripes represented the person’s ability to choose their own fate?

For example, Frisk has two stripes on their shirt. What if those two stripes represented the two true endings: pacifist and genocide?

This would also mean that Asriel (er, Flowey I guess) also falls into this category, because he had enough determination to control timelines and get different endings. He says this himself if the player does the genocide run, claiming that he had witnessed many endings.

So then, what about MK and Chara? What do the amount of stripes they have symbolize? Well, what if it symbolized their inability to choose their fate? Think about this:

Chara made a plan to free monster kind, but the plan failed miserably. If we think about this in the sense that fate is a thing, what if Chara was destined to die so the story could progress? What if that meant they had no free will in the first place? If that’s true, was the plan Chara and Asriel made bound to fail no matter what?

This could also apply to MK’s inability to choose what he does, because he is just an NPC programmed to do what the code wants him to do. He is simply a plot device to move the story foreward and help the player.

TL;DR: Frisk and (once before) Asriel/Flowey were able to choose their own fate, while Chara and MK never had a choice in the matter. All because of striped shirts.

Welp. I don’t actually think this is even a plausible theory, just something that I thought of at 12:14 in the morning. You don’t have to believe it, and you don’t have to like it. Just don’t bash other people for doing something just for fun. Have fun out there kiddos, have an open mind, and thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Earth formed 4.6 billion years ago and life on Earth formed 3.7 billion years ago so there was a point in time where there was no life on Earth so there was a small chance life could've never formed to begin with and we just got extremely lucky

You know the lyrics "Alone at the edge of the universe" from the song Dream Sweet in Sea Major by Miracle Musical? Well if you took that part literally about the edge of the universe, there is actually no edge/end of the universe due to the constant expansion of the universe

Most shows like Invader Zim or Star Wars for example have aliens that are around the same time the show/movie takes place in but if aliens did exist there would be barrier between us in time due to time not existing in space so if an "alien" did manage to exist and be able to come to Earth at the same time they wouldn't be here in the same time period as us, they would either be years behind or ahead of us

When Earth stops existing there most likely will never be another planet with life and we're a one in a lifetime thing

You know the Greek story thingy where humans used to have 2 of everything and Zeus split it apart and we have to find our other half, well there's a chance our other half could be years behind or ahead of us or could be dead at this very moment

I might write down some more on this post later idk, I know some of these aren't theories but it's a fun concept

GUYS JUST FINISHED S2 E1 OF SEVERANCE AND IM GOING CRAZY

WARNING FOR HUUUUGE SPOILERS:

OKAY I NEED TO START SOMEWHERE—(keep in mind these are all theories)

Helly— Did anyone else think she was off? My theory is that it’s Helena Eagan who’s acting as Helly. The way she didn’t actually rip Milchick into pieces on SIGHT. She didn’t tell anyone about what she saw (which seems like something she would tell them because she’s an EAGAN FOR FUCKS SAKE) and also that she’s been reaaaaly weird abt Mark having a wife even thought there’s much more pressing issues at hand. It’s almost like she’s acting, and all she was told was her cover story, that she and Mark kissed, and that she hates outies.

Ms. Casey/Gemma— WHAT WHY WHERE. Where is she? Still don’t know. Why hasn’t Mark asked Milchick about it? He was insistent on the “Where is my team?” stuff, why wasn’t he on the Ms. Casey stuff too? Also, is she dead dead or did they do something brain-wise?

Irving— IF something’s up with Helly, I think he noticed and that’s why he only told Dylan about what he saw. Also why didn’t he leave? Why (maybe) can’t he leave?

Outies— Why haven’t we seen any of them yet? From the little bts thing, we saw outie Mark and Mark S. switching—almost like Petey. In that case, does that mean they’ve all been reintegrated and side effects haven’t shown up yet? I think if this is the case—or not— whatever’s happened to Ms. Casey, they might have done to MDR.

Devon— If outie Mark is back and alive and well, what is Devon doing about it? She knows that Ms. Casey is alive (not who she is as an innie, but just in general) and she would probably tell Mark as soon as he was back. Also Ms. Cobel? She knows about that now.

Ms. Cobel— Where is she? Was she killed? Is she working from the inside? Is she really gone from Lumon, or is she some sort of acolyte to the board? Why does her name still show up on Milchick’s computer? Does that mean Milchick isn’t really the one who runs this whole thing?

Mr. Milchick— Why does Ms. Cobel’s name on his computer bother him so much? Is he actually trying to reform the severed floor or is he just bluffing? What’s his deal with the family visitation room? Why did he let the MDR team see them again? Is he like a puppet, or is he genuinely trying to do something?

Miss Huang— Apparently Miss Huang is supposed to be Mark and Ms. Casey/Gemma’s kid according to some articles my dad read (but also want the crash like only 2 years ago?) WHY IS SHE SO CREEPYYY? Does she have something to do with the control of the severed floor? She seems to know more than she’s letting on. She also seems to not like Mr. Milchick, which is similar to how Ms. Cobel didn’t really like Milchick. I think she might be an extension of Ms. Cobel of sorts.

General outside— At least with Helena/Helly, news has got to have been broken. What is happening regarding severance outside? What happened after Irving got switched back and was banging at Burt’s door? What happens with that pro-severance guy and his wife?

ANYWAYS, that’s some of my takes and questions on this. Can’t wait for e2 on Friday!

STEAMworks: Robotics Game Theories

Teaser trailer for the 2017 FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition for Science and Technology) Robotics Competition was released late September revealing a Steampunk theme. Now is the time for my annual game conspiracy post about what I think teams can expect based on nuanced clues and veteran FIRST experience.

FLYING MINI BOTS - "Prepare to take flight!" was the closing statement of the 2017 FIRST STEAMworks Teaser video. Could minibots be coming back with quadcopter features? Minibots was a successful and entertaining aspect of the 2011 FIRST challenge Logo Motion. At the end of the Logo Motion teams' primary 120lb robot deployed smaller minibots to climb a tower. A FIRST inspired robotics competition, Collegiate Aerial Robotics Demonstration (CARD), launched at the 2011 World Championship with the hope to start a College-Level FIRST competition. According to CARD's Wikipedia page the competitions were held between 2011 and 2013. In the teaser video the flying contraptions illustrated have circular quadcopter like rioters. With the growing interest in quadcopters, drones and other flying robots it would be easier FIRST to suppliers for teams' Kit Of Parts and easier to find mentoring help from college students and companies than years prior.  

STEAM (Science Technology Engineering ART and Math) - Within the past decade educators and professionals have realized that the arts do indeed belong in STEM education. FIRST appears to be adopting the trend by imagining STEAMworks. Even a paint brush is visible in the STEAMworks game logo. What would life be without music and art? (My father is a high school art teacher and both of my parents and myself play stringed instruments). The Beautility factor or engineering, when something is aesthetic while serving a purpose, is due to the blend of STEAM disciplines. FIRST could include arts in the 2017 season by adding a Beautility award, challenging teams to combine their brand with the game's theme, continue the team website competition and add scholarships to their ~200 already offered that include students in the arts.

PNEUMATICS - It would be disappointing if STEAMworks did not emphasize the use of pneumatic devices. Although water is a component that makes steam happen a water game does not seem feasible... I'm imagining teams trying to isolate electronics from water reservoirs... don't get your hopes up. Likely, FIRST will require teams to have at least one pneumatic device. In past seasons pneumatics have been used for championship winning actuators but primarily underutilized. In the teaser trailer a gauge showing 40psi was visible, a possible operating pressure for Kit of Parts pneumatics parts (that est. 1989 is the year Dean Kamen Founded FIRST).

Could dark energy be caused by frozen neutrinos?

“Since its discovery in 1998, the accelerated expansion has lacked a compelling, simple explanation that didn’t hypothesize a completely new set of forces, properties or interactions. If you wanted a scalar field — a quintessence model — it had to be finely tuned. But in a very clever paper just submitted yesterday by Fergus Simpson, Raul Jimenez, Carlos Pena-Garay, and Licia Verde, they note that if a generic scalar field couples to the neutrinos we have in our Universe, that fine-tuning goes away, and that scalar field will automatically begin behaving as a cosmological constant: as energy inherent to space itself.”

The accelerated expansion of our Universe was one of the biggest surprise discoveries of all-time, and something that still lacks a good physical explanation. While many models of dark energy exist, it remains a completely phenomenological study: everything appears consistent with a cosmological constant, but nothing appears to be a good motivator for why the Universe should have one. Until now, that is! In a new paper by Fergus Simpson, Raul Jimenez, Carlos Pena-Garay and Licia Verde, they note that any generic scalar field that couples to the neutrino sector would dynamically and stably give rise to a type of dark energy that’s indistinguishable from what we’ve observed. The huge advance is that this scenario doesn’t require any fine-tuning, thanks to this dark energy arising from neutrinos “freezing,” or becoming non-relativistic. In addition, there are experimental signatures to look for to confirm it, too, in the form of neutrinoless double-beta decay!

It’s Surprisingly Easy To Brew Something Like RNA In A Puddle 

One of the biggest mysteries in science is how you could get life in a place where it doesn’t already exist. Scientists have found some clues, though.

The latest is that Georgia Tech chemist Nicholas Hud was able to create something that looks a lot like RNA — a relative of DNA — using ingredients that would have been common on Earth when it was 4 billion years younger.

The study used two common chemicals left alone in what amounts to a mud puddle. The chemicals synced up and started forming that twisting ladder shape we think of when we picture DNA.

Scientists say this looks like a decent candidate for how simple organisms may have gotten started on Earth, and it wasn’t even all that hard.

Earlier studies have shown you can get some of the building blocks of life in the right situation, like extreme heat or lightning strikes. Some have even been found on asteroids.

The Georgia Tech study shows you don’t even need that much excitement. Swirling puddles could potentially have done the job.

(BTW the Whole point was that going to the future as the same outcome as going into the past and changing something, that outcome being that you 🫵, the one travelling through time, will always end up in a new timeline if you interact with ANYONE or ANYTHING in the past or future, {if it's a significant time jump, like 2+ years, if it's like a day or two I don't think it would cause much to change but who knows how the universe works, you travelling literally a day into the future could cause the world to implode for all we know :/})

I should probably add the fact that I'm not like this time scientist or whatever, I'm literally just a 17 year old girl who graduate high school last year, so don't take this too seriously (unless I'm absolutely correct, in which case I'll take my reward for figuring out a part about timelines and time travel 👀)

Update

I would like to amend my theory, just a little.

I have seen the theory all over the place that Jinx is still alive because you can see a little blur escape the explosion, and I want to believe that theory with all my being.

Sooo....

In the other world, she is just powder, not Jinx. In the real world, Jinx is no longer conflicted about who she is, firmly landing on Jinx.

So, one could argue that the identity of Powder is dead "Powder.. fell down a well" and that is who we are seeing in the other world.

our final clue is when Himerdinger (no way in hell I spelled that right) dies doing science shit right before Ekko leaves. He is the only other person in that universe that isn’t dead in the main one, but arcane writers made sure to clear that up.

I have a theory… A RELIGION THEORY

okay, so to start this off, I’m not Christian. I do believe in a god or gods though, but I don’t believe in a specific religion - though - in a way - I do believe in MOST (not all) religions. I will also say that this is directed towards atheists who use evolution as a reason a god(s) don’t exist. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I won’t judge anyone based off their religion (unless it’s like some crazy cult thing, but I only judge if you hurt others for your religion - like killing them.) but anyways, on to the reason I’m making this. My theory, is that what if god(s) created evolution? (In using Christianity as an example bc I don’t know that much abt other religions) but in the Bible it says god made Adam and Eve. What if he makes all life and Adam and Eve were the first humans through evolution? What if god made every generation of evolution? Then he would, therefore, still have made Adam and Eve with evolution still existing. Please correct me if I’m wrong on anything, I’m not the most educated, but I hope this gets my point across. And again, I love you no matter your religion. (Or race, gender identity, sexuality, weight, height, looks, etc)

LOOK…. LOOk it’s all there, it’s right in front of us! Look!!!!!!

My guess is:

MC was some sort of spy or an undercover cop sent to collect information within the rebellion because they were one of the best spies/cops possible to send in (hence them having plenty muscle memory despite amnesia)

MC instead started to believe in the cause and ended up abandoning their original mission— and their bosses knew that

MC slowly climbed up the hierarchy, high enough to be handed sensitive, crucial information, and the bosses realized they could try to catch MC and extract all that information

They knew MC enough to form a successful ambush, kidnapping them while also getting to wipe out and/or arrest some important rebels, but they didn't realize MC would go as far as to erase/block their own memory just to keep important information away from them

However, because MC did it hastily, it was sloppy work and they ended up accidentally putting themselves in a coma that lasted two long years

MC was high ranking enough that capturing them was enough to make the rebellion wobble, but the loss of some other important figures and the bosses strategically leaking that MC was a spy that ended up demoralizing and distracting the majority: they believed it was MC who gave the intel that led to the murder and arrest of high-level rebels and leaders, and now they were hiding like a coward

Basically, MC was made out to be the scapegoat, a traitor to the rebellion, hence why the survivors hate their guts

After the incident, it was easy to wipe out the rebels, but still, some important people did manage to escape and lay low, people MC has information on

MC cannot be let go: they have important information tucked away in a dark corner of their mind that can still be extracted, they are too powerful and charismatic that they can end up forming a second group of rebels more powerful than the other should they bring back their memories, and other surviving rebels might kill them

And now... we are here at today lol MC in jail, hated by the population that remembers them both before and after the rebellion, under the close surveillence of their former bosses

OH LORD I WAS ITCHING TO ANSWER THIS ASK FOR A WHILE, BUT NOW THAT I CAN, CAN I PLEASE PLEASE TELL YOU WHAT A MAGNIFICENT WORK OF ART THIS THEORY HERE IS????

It's *multiple chef kisses* JUST.PERFECT. although not entirely correct, there are some part in this super long and deliciously juicy theory that I can't help but fear that you are some sort of telepath to closely guess the basic storyline I had in mind. I mean the part about MC being a spy was quite far fetched, however them being ambushed and used as a scapegoat to topple the rebellion and becoming the centre of everyone's ire is quite close. I won't say anything more for fear of revealing anymore sensetive information and possibly spoil the fun, but this is one theory that I can gladly read over and over and never lose interest in. It's that good.

Anon are you a telepath in hiding possibly? 🧐 How could you come up such an amazing theory that mindblew me so much.

Theory N1: First I thought mc was like a special forces agent but since you said they were a criminal from the beginning I guess not but! was mc hired to infiltrate the rebels and bring some type of intel? but maybe mc got too deep, or wanted to sell their info for a higher offer, or started to believe the rebel cause (but I guess not if they left pissed off rebels) and mc erased their own memories as a safe?

That's a very interesting theory i must admit! You were correct on the 'they started believing the rebels cause' part but unfortunately the rest is a straying away a bit ehe 🤭 but that's a very nice theory there and I quite like it! But it seems people have misunderstood when I stated that the MC is legally considered a criminal,I mean their past actions do make them one (or something even worse than that), but then again anyone who goes against the Hightable is one. I'll just say this, and it might be a little too spoilery, but the MC held a lot more power one could imagine before they were thrown off their pedestal for plotting against the Masters.

Over and all I really liked this theory and I hope that there can be more such theories! I love reading what you guys have thought about the MC's secret past
