Uhhhh, birds. The Tommy design belongs to @thechannelwithoutaname for their “Dear Wormwood” AU. It started out as just Tommy and branched out to a lot of goofy crows. My personal favourites are the very sad pigeon and the hopping crow.

TOMMY’S GONE CRAB RAVE!!
Me and the others on a discord server were in denial. I still think Tommy’s going to come back, it doesn’t fit Dream’s character to just kill him. His whole thing with Tommy was to keep him alive because he found it entertaining to ‘mess’ around with the poor boy. Everything he does seems to be premeditated and calculated. Tubbo’s character is currently deep in denial, something I can relate to in real life, that and he was tired and didn’t want to role play at that moment. Which I mean, fair.
But I quickly sketched up this mini comic. I might draw something more detailed later.
I forgot to post this too, this one was started at midnight and was completed at 3am. It’s fanart for a fic! The author is a really nice person and their writing is amazing, there’s so much world building. Me and some of the people on discord made an au where Sally was a pirate and she basically steals Tommy. Mum Pirate with raccoon boy go and sail the seven seas while Wilbur panics and tries to find him.
I actually sat down and thought about character design for the first time in a while.
Tommy has more defining details that stray from the original skin because of plot points or things that happened in canon. Like his hair should have grown and how he survived an extremely close explosion and walked through the tundra with no shoes, meaning that he probably got frostbite and didn’t treat it immediately.
I gave Wilbur different pins and patches that Tommy sewed on because he made the cape and coat. His design doesn’t stray too far from the original because I couldn’t find plot points that may have effected his appearance.
“I’m proud of you...” I hope they get to heal and be a proper family.
The stream was amazing, I’m so glad that it ended with a happy ending and I’m glad Wilbur and Tommy actually had a proper conversation.
Oh yea, they’re going to fail one way or another. I can feel the angst radiating off them from here.
Big T is finally living up to his title.
So about the new DSMP stuff-
Sure it’d be cool for an amazing tale of how democracy and order can flourish no matter what but that’s not the point, neither is Tubbo being the villain that will never learn.
Tubbo and Tommy are in-character and out-of-character, minors. C!Tubbo has had the weight of the world thrust upon them and they feel like it’s their job to fix everything, much like with C!Tommy. Tubbo, at the heart of it all, wants to keep people safe.
Day 16 and 17 together, underdog and history! Tommy is becoming a leader.
Also you can’t convince me that Tommy wouldn’t copy Wilbur’s hair poof.
Day 14, lyrics! These lyrics are from ‘Achilles Come Down’ by Gang of Youths. I thought it was fitting because of the recent developments on the SMP server.
I feel like the song could be applied to Wilbur right before he fully went off, Schlatt as the negative goading voice, the man Wilbur is trying to beat, a direct connect to Wilbur’s fall. Tommy as the positive hopeful voice trying to convince Wilbur to not do anything rash. Wilbur as a tired man with nothing left to lose.
Dream and Techno as the first French segment in the song. They are helping Wilbur, doing nothing to convince him this plan might not be a good idea.
And finally Tubbo and Fundy as the bottom quote. Wilbur’s ‘trust no one’ speech to Tommy. Tubbo and Fundy in Manberg, loathe what’s happening but love those you once trusted.
Idk why but Wilbur being angry and hurt at not getting a grave and Tommy being angry and hurt at getting a grave makes me feel some kind of way

Do you think he felt forgotten, jealous, annoyed, or he just doesn't really care. I think I'm reading too much into it😂
a lot of straight mcyt ccs are really good at how they interact with and incorporate their lgbt fanbases but personally nothing will ever top how one time in high school a lesbian told techno he was “actually pretty funny” and now the mutual appreciation between him and his lesbian fans is like a notable part of his brand

As the Overworld, the Nether have their own culture and believes, but sometimes the two cultures end up influencing each other, being one of the belief the “Corruption by eyes.”
The belief of the “evil” of an individual comes from their eyes, since they are the ones who interact with the “mortal world.”
While Eryn explains it literally (to the point of the idea to destroy the eyes to purify) it has a more philosophic meaning.
Referring to the ones who only life or are forced to one point of view, are doom to “evil”, since they aren’t able to empathize with others causing conflicts or fights between families, love ones or communities.
Being the phrase: “Eyes are corrupt by nature, they are evil, they only see the mortal world”
Translates to:
- Eyes are corrupt by nature, they are evil: We are born with a point of view, we only have our own experience to go on, and this experience may blind us to others.
- They only see the mortal world: We can be very easily influenced by own experience and hurt others / We are individuals, communities, families… We are mortals, and we commit errors, and fail, and we get in conflicts. But it’s okay, since we aren’t perfect, and that’s fine.
From here became the expression: “Clean your eyes.” As a “Get in my shoes.”
But as we can see, Eryn and Tommy take it literally… They’re like nine, so it’s fine.
