Advice plsss
I overate a lot while on a mini vacation with my grandma I prepared and fasted around a day and half and doubled down on restriction week prior too (+made sure to get 10k steps in everyday) it but that dosen't feel like enough </3 especially with how bloated and gross I feel now anyone have any diet plans/meals I should do for this week or should I just try to fast for a day or two then go back to how I normally eat??

Clean your room.
Get busy and focused.
I just remind myself how I’ll feel after and then I don’t have a desire to eat anymore
I have the best days when my diet is fully clean
