Being a semi-inactive (marvel) comics fan is actually the funniest thing sometimes cause like I grew up reading my dad's old comic books where the runs were like 75% complete (if i was lucky) so I'll be sitting here, assuming I know a decent amount about a character only to be BLINDSIDED by something everyone else seems to think is common knowledge

the feeling when your favorite ship is FINALLY the main ship of the show, but then you go online and it turns out NOBODY ELSE CARES ABOUT THEM???

thinking about how Bart probably doesn't see the point in texting or phone calls if he can just run over and have a conversation in person, so all his text threads are probably just messages to him without a single response

genuinely starting to believe my theory that being handed 'Batman' or 'Amazing Spider-man' makes even the best writers go insane with power and instantly start producing mid to terrible stories for the duration of their run

man i wish that robin having a hood started sooner, because like it’s so cute??? they can be trying to make damian crazy terrifying and i’ll just be like: ‘you’re so scary! yes you are! with your little hood and cape!’ idk dude im already so bad about dicks robin when he was small, but i could be soooooo much worse
