I aspire to be a woman who loves to wakes up early in the morning and loves what she does for a living everyday. Travels often, spiritually secured, and financially stable.

Hey real quick: kintypes are you.
If you have a kinlist with a lot of kintypes that you relate to or you connect to rather than those things being you, then you may want to look into otherhearted/fictionhearted or synpaths.Â
Another quick note: being otherhearted is not âlesser otherkinâ. Itâs just a different experience that some people have and can be as important in a person as a kintype.Â
Donât feel forced to stick to the canon.
If you want to take into account just one part of your f/oâs story, do it. If you donât want them to be dead, keep them alive. If they are married/engaged/whatever, make them yours.
Even if they are a villain who want to destroy or dominate the world, they love you. Even if they are a king/queen and you a simple civilian or servant, youâre their queen/king. Even if theyâre an evil creature, theyâll protect you.
Donât feel unworthy of their love and adoration just because of the canon.
If you want to mix different stories and universes, you can. This is all about your imagination. Do whatever you want. Create your own universe.
Can yallâŚstop antagonizing people for not being hyperaware of literally everything bad thatâs happening in the world.

please, keep writing. keep drawing. keep painting. please keep making your art no matter how many may try to push you down. the world does not have nearly enough artists.Â
I've discovered that I might be fictionhearted with a species of self-aware alien technology. I knew them since childhood, but for many months they come often to me in my dreams. I would enter their holographic dimension, and even shift as one of them in these dreams. As I am aware that I'm already otherhearted with faeries, they could share this similar energy; they're both entities whom are concerned with Earth's wellbeing. Am I on the right path of idea or just imagining this?

Just a reminder that I personally donât believe authors create (or destroy) the universes they write about. I believe that all possible universes are already in existence, and we merely write about existent universes because their infinite nature means we are unable not to.
However, some people believe that writers directly effect the universes they write.
The idea that people can be completely evil and have no redeeming qualities, extenuating circumstances, or core humanity at all ⌠That is the only place where true evil lies. The belief that some people are âevilâ makes it easier for us to write them off, dehumanize them, destroy them, cease helping them. The idea of evil makes misbegotten moral righteousness possible, and justifies all manner of aggressive and hateful acts.
Sociopathy and antisocial personality disorder are just a repackaging of the age-old concept of pure unredeemable evil. Itâs morality-driven dehumanization dressed in a clinical psychologistâs coat.
It is comforting to believe that people commit heinous acts because they are henious monsterous people. Such thinking protects us from wondering if we are capable of committing evil acts, if we are hateful and destructive. It also implies that ending suffering in the world is not a matter of slowly and constant reforming all our hearts and minds; itâs simply a matter of finding all the bad eggs and scrambling them.
The concept of sociopathic evil absolves us from doing the hard work of reforming criminals, remedying the precursors to crime, and examining the morality of our own actions. It is much easier to cast off the malicious as evil, disordered, defective, inhuman, exceptional, than it is to turn such a critical gaze upon ourselves.
By accepting the idea that âsome people are just evilâ, we resign ourselves to an overly simplified worldview where wrongs cannot be prevented, only punished, and where there is no broader societal responsibility for the sins of societyâs children.
Humans, for the most part, donât have a clue. They donât want one or need one, either. Theyâre happy. They think they have a good bead on things. Men In Black (1997) | dir. Barry Sonnenfeld
I had an epiphany
i loves stars
I personally believe that as a universe is written or created it comes into existence, and that time is fluid and non-linear and so all universes are always happening in the past, future and present all the same. This is why I have a hard time thinking my "kinself" is any different from me now, because I exist in the past, present and future. AUs and stuff are the same, in that they become a separate world with existing framework, just different. Just offering someone else's take on it. :3
Great perspective, anon! Very interesting.
A mental disorder (also called a mental illness, or psychiatric disorder) is a diagnosis, most often by a psychiatrist, of a behavioral or mental pattern that may cause suffering or a poor ability to function in life.
Identifying as otherkin is not, by itself, mental illness.
Identifying as otherkin is not, by itself, unhealthy.
Identifying as otherkin is not, by itself, a delusion.
HOWEVER
A person who identifies as otherkin may also have an unrelated mental illness.
A person who identifies as otherkin and has a poor ability to function as a result, may be mentally ill.
Identifying as otherkin is not an excuse for bad or anti-social behavior.
FURTHER
It is not okay to bully and harass people who are mentally ill.
It is not the job of random Tumblr users to determine if someone is mentally ill or not.
The stigma that âmentally illâ people are âbadâ or âcrazyâ is harmful and needs to end.
it honestly feels so hurtful & insulting to see people ID as fictionkin for "fun" when my experience with it is extremely personal & intertwined with emotional pain. these people obviously don't understand the unique experiences that come with being fictionkin, however this is tumblr so everyone is 100% "valid".
I tend to agree, anon. Sadly, not everyone understands how hurtful that can be.
How can i tell the difference between fictionhearted or synpath? idk which one i am...
fictionhearted: I want to BE that.
Synpath: I want to HUG that.
Fictionhearted: thatâs who I am in my heart, thatâs what I should be. #me
Synpath: I feel connected to that on an emotional level. I feel a strong sense of empathy for that. #same
Fictionhearted: Someone with a strong emotional or spiritual connection to any fictional character or fictional species, without believing that they are that character or species.
Synpath: Any creature, or fictional character that a person strongly identifies with or feels an empathic bond with.
-hearted is something you feel in your heart like you *should* be.
a synpath is something that you feel a connection with or empathy for, like youâre the same.
