- All of them will scatter the second there’s a loud sound - Gentiana might accidentally jump against Nyx - The first seconds are chaos - They are tripping over themselves - And each other - There are cats meowing - Iris ran against a chair - Nyx got pushed into a cabinet by Gentiana - Ravus jumped over Luna and kicked Noctis in the head - That last part was intentional - Probably - Giant Gladio couldn’t act fast enough so he slid over the wooden floor like a black mop of fur - Ignis fell off the counter he tried to steal food from - Ardyn had no idea what was going on until Clarus crashed into him, sending him flying off the bed - Now he’s pissed - Meanwhile, Cor just stood still with eyes the size of plates and his heart running a thousand miles per hour - Prompto got scared so much he almost cried - Regis… just raised his head to see where the sound came from - Drautos went nuts jumping over the human to hide in the bathtub - Cindy was outside and came in to see what was going on - Aranea just stares at the others - She looks like she’s questioning how they’re even able to breathe - Poor Regis still has no idea why everyone is running while the human was on the ground, not moving

- It takes them some time to calm down - Ardyn fought Clarus in the meantime - Regis, Cindy, and Aranea come to see how their human is - They headbutt human to calm them down - Everyone else has to come out of their hiding spot first - After that, the human is allowed to get up and put a plaster over their scraped knee

Dia and romance

Dia doesn't understand affection or romance. She was a prisoner of Ardyn from age 5 to 10. She was beaten almost every day to the point she had to spend a month in a hospital after her escape and Nyx found her. Being raised by a curious and nosy Noctis, she was confused by his friendly attitude with her. Gladio terrified her to the point she would flinch and hide when he would touch her. It wasn't until age 15 and Noctis introducing her to Prompto that she began to understand since Prompto began to try and comfort her constantly

Poe: I had a nightmare that I murdered you and stuffed your body under the floorboards. Then I began to descend into madness as I began hearing the sound of your heartbeat growing louder and louder with each second!

Ranpo: You idiot. Why would you stuff a body under the floorboards?
