So, unhinged weight loss idea. Eat and exercise like we did when we were in elementary school. I am 201 lbs and I have been dieting for 3 years. I have tried keto, Mediterranean, and intermittent fasting. I have tried apple cider vinegar and Alli orlistat pills as well. Nothing I have tried seems to work. If anything my weight keeps going up. 201 lbs is the heaviest I have ever been. I am at my wits end. I have been tested for a thyroid condition and I have been given the all clear. I have chronic pain in my lower back but I also have scoliosis in the form of spinabifida and I struggle to do daily tasks like cooking at the stove, doing laundry, cleaning the house, and even getting showered. I know my weight greatly impacts my overall health and wellbeing. So, this is my last ditch effort to do something productive about it. My goal weight is 120 lbs. I guess we will see if this works I intend to start at the first of next month.

You know I’d actually watch these if they were actually produced. Am I the only one?

Can I just say, The one thing college is good for if nothing else Is how humbled you become when you get an assignment or assignments thinking “oh I know this! this will take me what? 30 minutes or an hour max!.” lol R.
