I dreamt that I binged at my grandma's house behind her back while she was sleeping... What the actual heck.
1. Change ur mindset around f0od, it should never be the highlight of ur day and u should become content with eating boring ass me@ls. This will not only help u think about f0od less but also give u alternatives to do when u want to b1nge
2. Find something u love to do thatâs distracting enough to get ur mind off of f0od it can be anything for example I like to do arts and crafts, see, colour it can truly be anything but hobbies r sooooo important
3. U also need to stop approaching f0od like a scarce resource u do not need to e@t everything at once think how nice it would be to have a cookie today and a cookie tmw and be able to e@t it twice instead of b1nging and just ending up with a stomachache and regret. This honestly changed my life sm and now im able to keep unhealthy f0od like cookies and chips around without wanting to b1nge on the entire bag
4. However while it is important to practice portion control we def all have f0ods that more often then not lead to a b1nge (for me itâs industrial cakes and Nutella for example) and u absolutely cannot keep those in the house like donât shoot urself in the foot start by trying to be mindful around unhealthy f0od that u donât love love love first yk
5. Reevaluation ur c@l intake if ur stuck constantly restr1cting and b1nging its probably bc ur daily c@l intake is too low once i started eating 600 instead of 500 it literally helped me sm its better to eat a bit more everyday then to devour a 10000 c@l fest every weekend
6. Start e@ting more throughout the day itâs often bc u get this uncontrollable hunger at night that pushes u to b1nge but if u e@t throughout the day ull feel more satiated and r thus less likely to b1nge
7. If u feel like b1nging for comfort bc ur day sucked then go outside and take a walk im not kidding it will make u feel sm better and take ur mind off of f0od
8. It is also important to not cut out all the unhealthy stuff itâs ok to have a piece of cake or a croissant once in a while (key word once in a while) by allowing urself some treats u get to realize that it will always be available to u and ull get better at portion control
9. And just be honest with urself itâs not bc u didnât log the entire cake u just scarfed down that it wonât show up on ur b0dy like u need to learn to accept what happend and move on especially bc I find that logging and then finding out what the new goal w3ight date is really motivating to stop b1nging
10. If all else fails get n@ked in front of a mirror and then go to sleep
Thatâs all I can think of rn but lmk if it helps <3
I miss my honeymoon phase... Why is it so difficult to lose 3 kg now...
Did anyone else go through a random recovery where your mental health just improved in general which allowed you to kick your ED mentality to the curb and see through body dysmorphia but then gained a decent amount of weight making you unhappy with your body and reverting back to ED habits even though you donât have the same obsession anymore and now feel like you donât really have an ED anymore because itâs not that bad you just have disordered eating and also kinda wish your mental health would just fuck up so you could at least go back to being a real Anorexic/bulimic ect. Because boy this feels shit and confusing and I really do feel like Iâm faking it now.
Manifesting the honeymoon phase â¨â¨â¨
Your Ana guide of 2025
âWeâre all winter girls this year!â
Effective tips
- drink 500 ml of water before you eat (can be ice cold or warm)
- cut all your food into small pieces (half, then cut the half ibi quarters, etc)
- donât binge or purge, itâs worse than restricting
- donât do high intensity exercises because they make you hungrier
- avoid doing a keto diet,yes I know.
- eat your dinner late so you wonât binge
- skip breakfast
- avoid chewing and spitting ,focus on restriction instead
- have a long time before your next meal for proper digestion like 7-9 hours
- try to eat homemade food 80 percent of the time
- go on the 5 bite diet
- go on the treadmill 2-3 times a week and burn 500 cals or go every other day and burn 200
- always find excuses to not eat like âIâm not hungryâ,â I just recently ate lunch by thank you!â âSorry, I have a stomach weâ, âI feel sick, I think Iâm going to lie downâ
- always say no when people offer you food
- if you canât estimate the calories of it or donât know the exact ones, donât eat it
- drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water daily
- donât eat fast food, pizza, cookies, biscuits, chips, cinnamon rolls, cereal,Nutella,pb and j,candy, chocolate, fries and burgers (unless itâs homemade or air fried),cakes, cupcakes,
- eat\drink oatmeal,soups,rice cakes,rice,pasta,salmon,tuna,chicken,beef,bread,diet sodas,yogurt,tea,coffee,fruits,vegetables
- eat sometimes or rarely pancakes, waffles and pizza (1 a month only)
- eat in front of family so they donât get suspicious
- keep busy to avoid eating ; watch movies and tv shows, read books, exercise, stretch, draw, paint, listen to music,go on TikTok or tumblr, watch YouTube, crochet, talk to friends, etc
- do multiple diets so you always know whatâs your calorie limit or plan ; this avoids binges
- stop doing metabolism days, they are a myth and just an excuse to shove food in your mouth, just keep restricting even more once you reach a plateau
- do cardio first to get rid of fat, then Pilates to tone yourself
- skip as much meals as you can and replace them with drinks (tea, coffee, water, monster, smoothies, etc)
- if your stomach is really and I mean REALLY flat at ANY point of the day, not just when you wake up, that means youâve been starving yourself effectively so continue doing it UNLESS someone asks âdid you eat?â Then thatâs your signal to eat or drink something so they donât get suspicious
How to survive eating out or at restaurants
- share your food with a family member or a friend, let them eat most of it like all the fries and you can just eat your burger or cut the burger and fries into half
- NEVER say yes to dessert or if you donât,donât be eating a meal as well! Trust me,desserts are usually high calorie
- always order Diet Coke or water or any other diet beverage
- eat slowly and cut your food into small pieces
- sit up straight while you eat so your digestion is good and you can tell when your hungry
- use less or no sauces
[alternative* donât go out to eat and just air-fry a burger and fries (preferably 10-12 fries) at home, pick your lowest calorie bread and cut off all the crust, add some tomatoes, drink a Diet Coke or water with it and use less sauces! This will usually come around to 250-400 calories for everything which isnât too bad than an 1200 meal at a restaurant)
- drink lots of water before and after your meal
- ask your family and friends if they want to walk after eating (usually they would as itâs good to walk after eating) this will burns cals and help your digestion!
Getting into the honey moon phase
My method for getting yourself into restrictions of all types or a âhoneymoon phaseâ.
- drink tea right when you wake up
- 5 after after that, eat a small lunch. Preferably, home cooked food that either you or your parents made (like rice and salmon or some pasta and beef) Make sure itâs a SMALL meal
- donât eat or drink ANYTHING for the next 9 hours
- you should notice your stomach is super flat right now like REALLy flat as you only drank tea and has a very small meal for kind
- itâs probably late now, around 10-12 at night so grab a Diet Coke and whatever you want to eat
( hint: it CAN be something like fast food or not, if itâs pizza then grab the thinnest, smallest slice. If itâs a burger, cut it into half/a quarter and eat it,its fries only eat 5 of them)
- drink more tea then go to bed
- weigh yourself the next morning (youâll lose a lot donât worry)
- because you lost a lot,now youâll be motivated to continue starving and BOOm honeymoon phase is back and better than ever.
I don't even watch Demon Slayer but I was in awe when I saw him.
Heading to the bathroom to weigh myself first thing every morning like itâs Christmas
Oh honey... Did you forget? You're in control. Don't you want to see the number drop? Don't you want to feel your bones sticking out? Don't you want to be proud of yourself? Don't you want to get closer to your goal? Don't you want to be perfect?
I have a very exciting new discovery! Dance workouts! It might seem silly but they're actually making working out and burning calories fun and less torturous. I can burn 200 calories in less than an hour. They work much better than jogging in place. So very proud of that one, although... I did go over my 500 kcal limit today by a landslide, but I burned off all the excess!
P.S. Do you guys have any tips for any upcoming events? I have a party coming up tomorrow and a celebration the next day and I have not prepared at all. Should I try to adjust my kcals or just not focus on the food at all/avoid them?
Restrict now so you can maintain later
