I'm so late as always but togachako as caitvi, huh... (I wanted to do more concepts but no time no time sadly) (and Ochako going though her edgelord phase is too hilarious to me lol)

And Vi doing her back tattoo to mourn the loss of her family give me an idea of Himiko mourning the League, so I needed to design it specifically (but while Vi's tattoo said her family is the mechanism which makes her work, I think Himiko would think the League is her heart and basically the thing holding her together (not sure if the symbols of each member are recognizable tho))

I just had some rest and studied a bit

I mentioned that my ear drawing skills suck so I practiced a bit, my skills still suck but at least I understand how the thing works

It looks silly, btw I wrote about it a little, here it is:

ears! so delicate, whimsical, with thin ridges and fascinating shapes! how intricately light catches on them! I personally find ears one of the most fascinating and aesthetic parts of human body. and everyone has their own unique shape of ears, it sooo intriguing to study photos of different people. you think some for works like this, get used to the idea of drawing it one way and BAM – some actual person has it not like this at all

And! I did a little expression drawing experiment, of course with my baby Toga

The first attempt was with using manga panels as a reference, the second one (the pic on the right) is fixing what I had (proportions mostly) without using references at all. So I figured out my problem with references – when I use them I tend to just copy what I see, and when I don't my brain starts functioning and thinking about the structures finally (but the features become realistic and lose part of the intended emotion)

This Himiko is my favorite, she reminds me of myself (goofy-mischievous-plotting)

Vampire dark magic Himiko cuz I wanted to render this for 10 hours

I can't keep myself from thinking that at some point Himiko practiced acting like her loved ones cuz we somewhat forgot about "loving is becoming who you love" thingy

Look at the prev versions and cringe with me cuz I'm dying here they're so wonky

Couldn't get the idea of vampire toga and werewolf ochako ever since @dailytogachako made a post about it so I did some sketches of them.

What is hardest part of drawing for me? Fucking ears and coming up with clothes. I'd draw em nude all the time if I could (as if I'm not doing just that haha)

Btw, the Toga-snakes dynamic is saving my life a bit. I've been giving her more snake-like features (thin nose, the EYES, and in this piece THE Smile etc.) (Voldemort???) since forever even if she reminds me more of a rambunctious kitten haha. My mind works in strange ways (◍•ᴗ•◍)

In my version where Himiko is alive and grown up she actually has this old hairstyle from middle school cuz

1. It's gorgeous and underrated

2. I think it'd be a part of her accepting her past and disentangling from the toxic need to be perceived as "cute" all the time
