I find it heart-clenching that Neil 'I've been lying about my parents since my mom died' Josten actually has a caring family on his mother's side?! Yes, I'm talking about his uncle Stuart Hatford. Of course, that family is equally fucked up as his father's but at least they would Protect Neil instead of cutting him in two halves. not to mention at the last match of TKM when every fox was meeting up with their families, Neil (admit it) being a little sad that there wasn't anyone for him to look up to, Stuart comes into the picture. Tell me Neil wasn't a bit happy then! Tell me he was trying to act so cool as to not care. well, he knew there was a fifty-fifty chance of staying alive after the match BUT he trusted his uncle enough to assassinate Proust and keep Andrew safe. Neil is actually aware of the little mafia/family power he holds! Neil Has a real Blood-line Family out there. maybe he won't be part of it but little did he know, they'll always want to protect and keep him safe.

AU where everything is the same except Andrew has been flirting with Neil from the very beginning but Neil kept misinterpreting it for threats, whereas Andrew kept thinking that Neil was flirting back and not realizing that he’s one wrong move away from getting stabbed in his sleep. this miscommunication isn’t realized until after they hook up for the first time

Neil: does this mean you don’t want to kill me anymore?

Andrew: what do you mean?

Neil: you’ve been threatening to take me out for months

Andrew is always resentful but still wears these jewellery because a) it’s Neil’s gift b) Neil gave this c) it’s none of your fucking business

and he puts on himself these countless necklaces and beads, puts on rings and some strange bracelets. and he absolutely everything changes. one day Andrew wears gaudy yellow beads made of artificial shells with rings with black stones. then he will put on emerald choker and beaded rings. However, there’s a bracelet which Andrew will never remove. smooth pebbles hanging on green algae. they are not as smooth as they were then Neil found them but Andrew doesn’t care. It is unique bracelet. Andrew will put it on until his death. and even after he won’t do it.

hc: there are no big spoon or little spoon only for them bc they switch during the night. jean is used to sleep curled up like a cat since the nest when he supposed to sleep through the pain after training or just trying to protect himself in his sleep from his nightmares. kevin is usually a big spoon or the one who just laying on jean to hold and hug him, stroking his back, to give him comfort and the feeling of protection. sometimes its kevin who has a nightmare, so its jean the one who hold and hug, running his hands through kevin's hair to calm him down. they switch between a lot of poses while sleeping, but one thing never change: they always hold and touch each other.

I disagree. Gender does exist. Gender is a social system that exists, like money on a bank account exists and has very real implications, even though it's just numbers on a screen.

We live in a patriarchal society and gender is a tool patriarchy uses to uphold itself. It's a set of social expectations and ways of moving through the world that accumulates power to males. Deviation from this norm is punished as deviations are a threat to the patriarchy.

I find people who claim gender non-conformity doesn't exist to lack feminist consciousness.

We're all women, yeah. We have a lot in common. Being GNC doesn't make a woman to become non-woman.

GNC is a term that describes the position a person has in relation to her social environment. There are gendered expectations and it has tangible consequences if one doesn't conform into those expectations. We need to be able to talk about that.

headcanon that whenever they have to sleep in a bed that isn't shoved against a wall (usually in hotels during away games), Andrew makes Neil be the big spoon.

He might not always have a wall to guard his back, but at least he has Neil.

Hc that once the Foxes really realize that Neil and Andrew are actually in a serious relationship and not just a fling, they're all weary of it and don't bother hiding the fact.

One day, they all happen to be in the lounge without Neil and Andrew, and the Upperclassmen are talking about the fact that they're kind of worried about Andrew and Neil being in a relationship, and Aaron agrees, and someone says something like: "I'm surprised you're worried, I thought you hated Neil. Although, I suppose you'd know Andrew's violence better than any of us since you've spent more time with him." And Aaron just scoffs and says, "I'm not worried about Neil at all. Anyone with half a brain cell can tell that Andrew would never hurt him. No, I'm more concerned about what Neil could do to Andrew." And the Upperclassmen just. Stare at him. Minds blown.

From that point on, they're forced to reevaluate everything they thought they knew, and they pay more attention to every interaction they see between Andrew and Neil, and they're forced to realize that- Aaron's right. Andrew wouldn't hurt Neil, and they're a bit ashamed of the fact that it took them so long to realize.
