Sorry pics a little blurry but I made some pasta with konjac noodles and shrimp earlier for dinner total dish calories is 201 calories here's what I used
Great value cooked small shrimp peeled and deevined tail off (84g)-70 cals
Bertolli d'Italia Cacio e Pepe Sauce (60g) or 1/4 cup (45 cals per serving but I used two servings so 90 calories)
It's Skinny pasta Fettuchini - 9 cals for entire bag) (I saw on another mealspø post to rinse until smell goes away and microwave in intervals to get most of of the moisture out before cooking it in the pan)
One triangle of garlic and herb laughing cow- 25 cals
SEASONINGS FOR SHRIMP BEFORE COOKING AND AFTER THAWING
Onion powder

I put about 1 1/2 teaspoons (which is about half a table spoon) of spice world minced garlic (estimated 6-7 cals i just counted it as 7) on the pan after spraying the pan a little with spray avocado oil (can says 0 cals) then put your now seasoned shrimp in the pan on low to medium heat after heating up the garlic a little while I was doing that I had the noodles in the microwave then once I felt they were dry enough (don't over do it) I added it to the pan and added the sauce I had weighed out earlier I carefully sliced up the laughing cow and added it in and stirred until it melted and mixed in with everything else (I find cutting the laughing cow up before adding to the heat helps it melt and mix)
I found it quite delicious and because it's konjac noodles it keeps you full for longer
