Saturday:

Breakfast-

frosted corn flakes

calories: 110

Dinner-

Hot ramen and a tortilla

calories: 360

Exercise-

12 minute HIIT

calories burned: 130

Total Daily Calories-

calories consumed: 470

calories burned: 130

net calories: 340/200 

tomorrow’s caloric limit: 260

kinda annoyed i didn’t meet my goal but i’ll make up for it tomorrow

Sometimes my mouth gets like bored and all it wants to do is eat smt

Whenever I try to resist it i literally get so tense and irritated it’s unbearable

I try to keep myself busy but it just doesn’t help
