he canonically practices what to say so he can sound cool (both 2009 and 2020) So it wouldn't be above him to be lowering his voice till he sounds like nic cage. one of my favorite moments of 2020 noir is when Miles asks him how he always sounds so cool, and noir cuts him off saying his ride is here.
