I decided to share to y'all something I personally do that helps me manifest absolutely anything that I desire. It's extremely simple, easy and fun! Anyone can try this and trust me, if you do it correct, you will get anything you want!
For this, you will need either a piece of paper, a notebook, your notes app, whatever you want and feels more comfortable to you to write on.
The first step is to think of your desire. Let's say that you want to manifest being extremely rich. I want you to think of yourself as the person who has their desire (in our case a rich person).
Now write down what an average day of your life as this person is like. What is the first thing you do in the morning? How do you spend you afternoon? Write any details you want, for example "I wake up, and go brush my teeth. I admire myself in the mirror while doing my make-up with my expensive products. I dress myself in this high-priced dress and go to eat breakfast in my big balcony of my villa where I can admire this scenery view of the ocean".
Think about, what exactly would change in your daily life if you had your desire? Even if it's the smallest detail, write it down.
Once you are done, you are going to read it. Think about how nice it is to live your life everyday in the way you wrote it. Now, you need to realize that this is your actual life. You are now going to embody this version of yourself because this is who you are. When I say embody this version of yourself, I mean in imagination. I wanted to note that because sometimes, people (especially beginners) don't realize that all of your actions are done in your imagination. LEAVE THE 3D ALONE. Your job is to change yourself in your imagination, not in the physical world.

My fav healthy meals/snacks for cravings🥗🥦🥥
These aren’t necessarily the healthiest meals but you can’t just eat chicken and broccoli your whole life so here are some of my favorite things to eat when I have a cravings.🥗🥥🤍🫶🏻
Drinks. I am the kinda girl that I need a beverage in my hand I do drink a lot of water but I also like fun drinks.
Smoothies (wide variety of flavors and with the right protein powder they can taste like a milkshake.
Matcha (I drink this when I want caffeine but know too much won’t help)
Kombucha (acquired taste but very good if you have a stomachache)
Sparkling water (gives that soda feel)
Water flavorers ( I like the crystallite ones they are low calorie and very good)
Snacks and meals
Dark chocolate covered fruit
Greek yogurt fruit and maple syrup (depending on how much fruit and yogurt this can be a meal or a snack it also is high in protein)
Chia seed pudding (I do 2tbsp of chia seed to a half cup of milk then I add a splash of vanilla and maple syrup tastes amazing)
Sweet potato fries in an air fryer (I prefer sweet potato but you can use regular potatoes too)
Toast with avocado and eggs
Frozen fruit with honey for a cold summer treat.
Pickles ( I am a pickle girl I love them so much)
Hummus on veggies
Really dark chocolate ( like 80% and up eat a piece when you have a craving it takes that craving away immediately great for pms)

🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!
Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.
First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!
Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give!
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place!
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.
🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

Love: I believe that Jisoo is still with the actor and that the breakup was just a media play (like most idols when they say they break up after 4 months and they don’t). She is mostly focused on establishing her image rather than concerned about her love relationship
Career: Currently she is really struggling with what she wants for herself and for her career. It feels like Jisoo has ideas that cannot be conducted which frustrates her a lot. Her relationship with YG isn’t on the best terms either
Self: She is overall happy with her life. She has many opportunities outside of singing. Jisoo is focusing on herself, on her image, on her relationship, and on her family as well, spending time with the people she loves
Love: Jennie is in a relationship but feels like the relationship is forced like she is being clouded by the other person and unable to express herself the way she might have wanted to. Jennie is slightly frustrated by how things are at the moment. I feel like she has to cut a lot of people she used to get out with, cut the people she is with
Career: Jennie knows her career is established and fans will support her no matter what she does. She is just overwhelmed by the choices she has since some of them need her to break some of her personal values. In any case, expect some projects done by Jennie next year
Self: Overall she feels frustrated by her current life and wishes she wouldn’t need to be this way. I feel like she has also brought some physical modification on herself (this could be from a simple diet or haircut to a plastic C.)
Love: As expected, Rosé is dating at the moment and things seem to be going rather well for her since the realtionship is flourishing into something rather stable and financially pleasing for her. I could be wrong but this feels like it is someone who works in the industry
Career: She is also dealing with some complications when it comes to her career, but Rosé has all of her affairs dealt with when it comes to YG. Her choice brought her more happiness and fans just need to trust the process
Self: Honestly she is in a good place, she is happy, she is financially stable and wealthy and all the career opportunities keep flowing as well. She isn’t worried about her future and enjoying her life after the complicated year she had
Love: Without much surprise, yes she is dating Frederic and things are going well If not better. There’s financial stability, there’s passion and there’s also authority. I feel like he is the one taking care of her and her career, and she is allowing him to sponsor whatever he wants
Career: As expected, fans shouldn’t be too worried about her career, since Lisa will keep doing what she does and pushing forward. I believe that her music will be the focus of 2024 but she will also appear on different shows and endorsements
Self: She is happy, she is healthy at the moment and Lisa has also been trying her best to spend as much time as she can with her family, and her childhood friend and just enjoying the fact that she is rather free to experience a good life
Be kinder to everyone. You never know what’s going on behind doors. Love your family a little more everyday and spend the most time with your friends because you never know. When there is love there is no darkness. May these angels rest in peace.
Please remember that kpop idols are humans and they go through tribulations. They’re not just machines, every mean word you say about them they hear it one way or another. Treat them with kindness.
Edited: Also, we also don't know what health tribulations they are going through (not just mental health). Just treat everyone with kindness and try to help people who are affected by this. Big or small, just try to help them out the best you can. Moonbin no matter what showed off kindness and held Arohas close to his heart. He loved Astro so much and always showed off his love to his members and to the fans. I'm still processing this whole thing and I sound like I'm rambling but I just need to get my feelings out because I'm having a hard time with this. I can't imagine what Moonbin's family and friends are going through. I kept watching Moon Sua with Moonbin and just how much she looked up to him and the love they shared between each other. The reason she became an idol was because of her older brother. I'm sending prayers and healing in this time to everyone affected and especially to his family and friends. Please just send love to each other
Reading. Reading. Reading. Being well-read is so valuable!! Get cosy, pick up a Jane Austen, Emily Brontë, or maybe a Charles Dickens and spend some of your free time indulging in literature. <3
Soft-spoken and kind expressions. No one likes being around rude people. Being a bitch doesn’t make you look confident. Instead, be kind, make conversation, pay attention, engage, etc… trust me.
Dainty jewellery. Find some high-quality signature pieces.
Think before you speak. Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts so you can speak confidently and with intent without stumbling over your words!! <3
Quality over quantity. Stop buying large amounts of cheap clothing; instead, save up and invest in higher-quality pieces that will actually last you. :)
Practice your handwriting. Having pretty and neat handwriting is a lovely little detail; extra points if you write in cursive. ;)
Drop the tiktok slag. “sticking out your gyat for the rizzler”… just stop, please.
Keep to yourself. Small circle, no bragging, gossips only with the closest, keep your plans to yourself.
Watch your posture. Straighten that back, honey. I see you. :))
