So I have a funny au idea… In which Stan may or may not have been temporarily bought by the AXOLOTL (Under the guise of Mx. Lottie) in order to run some entirely ordinary errands… Ford is very confused as to why nobody is totally concerned about his brother’s whereabouts and intends to figure out what happened… Which may or may not involve making a deal with a weird triangle thing. There’s more to it, but that’s basically the gist of it. I think it’s pretty silly. Might make more stuff about this lol. It came to me in a dream lol-

*Ford looks sheepish, if not grateful for his twin’s support*

Time skip: Later

*Both Stan and Ford look on at the scene blankly, as 3 soot silhouettes paint the gym floor- Marks of an explosion causing the waxed wooden court to be burnt.*

*Stan and Ford gaze at each other with equal looks of shock and horror*

*A small pile of ash seems to stand for a moment before blowing away. Nobody speaks- Until Stanley breaks the silence. His voice is shaky and hushed- Panic ebbing into his words as we pan to the ashy scene.*

Stan: “The socks are still on, Ford. The SOCKS are STILL on…”

*True to his word, alongside the 3 victims shoes- 3 pairs of white gym socks lay dormant inside of the footwear- And practically unscathed.*

I head canon that Mabel studies Psychology at university, and ends up getting a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

After she gets her PhD, Ford is SO PROUD (so is the rest of the family lmao). He calls her ‘Dr Pines’ when they first see each other. Mabel finds this HILARIOUS, and they both call each other ‘Dr Pines’ constantly. To the point it starts to annoy Stan. That just makes them do it more.

Dipper sometimes uses her as an ‘Expert’ in his ghost hunting show. Mabel does ghost therapy, and gets LOADS of clients through it.

I noticed a correlation here, and maybe I’m looking too far into it- But listen. In the comics, it’s revealed that Stanley once wanted to become a comic book author, having made what is known as “Lil’ Stanley.” However, as we learn in the comic, his dreams were crushed when his comic was turned away and he gave up on his dream. Now in the present, he sees the comic he once made as a reflection of his own disappointment and shattered dreams- Selling it for 3 bucks on sale. NOW HERES THE THING. In Stanley’s Lowest Moments it’s listed that his dad tried to pawn him off for- How much money? 3 BUCKS. Ima reiterate. Stan sells Lil’ Stanley- The comic that he put his heart and soul into and was seen as unsatisfactory- For 3 bucks. Filbrick Pines tries to pawn Little Stan off as punishment for a bad grade- And by extension his inadequacy- For 3 bucks.

Yeah. This means nothing, but I’m still gonna be sad about it.

*Slaps comic onto table* “Here she is, ain’t she a beaut?”
