It'll have pages with the entities of Journal 3 we know and love, yes, but it'll also be a personal journal for myself where I talk about my own experiences. This is exactly how they were finally able to pass the tiktok ban after trying for 3 years. And this is exactly what I was worried about them trying as a result.
