A few months ago i made a post about Sansa and Arya and how their relationship is pretty normal for siblings (specifically sister) and how the rivalry their stans have is fucking stupid. No matter how people wanna spin it Arya and Sansa are literally children, they didn't even go through puberty before being separated, people cry and whine "Sansa did this" "Arya did that" but it's not really something i take seriously or which i blame either of the girls for and people are still under the fighting about who's more evil.

People want to make Sansa to be this evil woman who pushed Arya under the bus and got someone killed when the blame lies solely with Joffrey and Cersei or people want to act like Arya is straight up unfeeling that should act like a lady and everything is her fault. Sansa was a bully to Arya and Arya wasn't exactly nice to Sansa either, that's the truth they were children put against each other by societal norms, if you want someone to blame, blame their parents.

The author said that families don't always get along in the thing you linked which is literally what i said??? Families not getting along is normal 💀 siblings fight all the time over stupid ass shit most of the times??? There's nothing abnormal about their relationship "Sansa was created because the Stark's were getting along too well and families AREN'T like that" literally means "families do not in fact always get along in real life"

? I'm confused why you linked me this i know Sansa and Arya don't get along but I'm not talking about them i'm talking about their stans that are taking sibling rivalry too far. (I'm kinda of over sharing here 💀) Me and my sister did in fact wish death upon each other, maybe it's because where i live it's not seen as seriously when we were growing up the phrase "ma muori male" was quite the popular insult (means go die badly).

Actually as a child (i was prolly 7) i threw a knife at her and she almost broke my arm once when i was 11, those things happen because we were CHILDREN and didn't get along which is normal 🤨

Personally, I've always perceived Rhaenyra as an entitled brat. That was sort of how she was portrayed in the book. Daemon was pretty nasty as well, as he groomed Rhaenyra. He was teaching her "how best to touch a man to bring him pleasure," if Mushroom is to be believed.

I am inclined to believe Mushroom.

I think most of Rhaenyra's behaviors at Daemon's fault, but I do think that Rhaenyra is mad as she wanted to torture her little brother for calling her bastard children 'bastards'. That isn't sane behavior, and nothing really excuses it. Aemond really was defending himself.

Alicent should have asked for Rhaenyra's boys to be swatted on the hands wooden spoon a good few times, not an eye. (Lucerys should not have had a dagger. Why would a child need a dagger?)

In a monarchy, which Westeros is and has been for THOUSANDS of years the king's words is the law. Not that of his predecessors, but of the present ruling monarch.

Right, Rhaenyra insisting for Aemond to be questioned sharply is mad but Alicent asking for a five year old's eye to be cut out is perfectly sane behaviour, yes? Be serious right now. It wasn't just for the insults either, Luke's nose was broken, Jace was hit in the head. And Joff was thrown into dragon droppings.

Even then, if Rhaenyra is such an 'entitled brat' why would she want to please the son of a steward of a Lord. And that too, not even a major Lord. Why would she want to please a no-one that became a someone because of HER.

She was portrayed as spoiled, yes. How could she not be? She came after many miscarriages and stillbirth, many other losses in the family. To her parents she was their first daughter, both of them motherless on their own. To Baelon, she was his first granddaughter after the loss of this wife, son, aemon and the rest of his siblings. To Jaehaerys and Alysanne, she was probably the first great-grandchild they met, she came after they lost most of their children (+Jocelyn who was as good as daughter, Rhaenys and probably never met her children till the feast and tourney of 98). She was a light in a time where her family was sinking from the inside.

I don't know how fighting for something that is yours, and have been for over TWENTY YEARS is seen as entitlement rather advocating and defending her own right?

There is someone who is portrayed as entitled, however. Alicent Hightower. Who thought simply because she popped out the King's son, means he should become a king. And this son who thought simply because he was a man with a cock, he was more fit to rule than a daughter without a cock.

It's really funny to me how the OCs of 'anti-targ' fans are most likely ALWAYS Targs. Like they'll always have the purple shaded eyes, the silver/golden hair. The Targaryen name, it's most likely never Velaryons either, ALWAYS Targaryen. And of course, not to forget the DRAGONS. Most likely the Cannibal or Vermithor, because they're the biggest ones. You are literally admitting to them being the one of coolest house without admitting to it.
