Do you guys have any tweening tips for a beginner? Ive started tweening on alight motion but holy moly it looks so bad and not smooth at all, and her limbs keep getting disconnected from eachother when i have to move somthing, and it dosnt move together and i hate it. Tips? Advice? A sholder to cry on?

i wanna start using alight motion, and i wanna start making bodysheets and tweening. However, i don’t know how to import my drawings, if i use a screenshot, the canvas is in the background and i can’t find a built in way in procreate, does anyone have any tips
