So I've been thinking...

Lackadaisy. Zombie. Au.

Just imagine... In an apocalyptic 1920s St. Louis, a mutant disease is rapidly turning the American population into ghastly flesh eating zombies. Among the decline of population, gangs of cats are popping up everywhere around the country, taking in survivors deemed worthy for their operation.

In spite of this, the gangs turn to rival each other, fighting tooth and claw for the one thing able to drown them of their sorrows... Alcohol. One of the primary gang leaders of this now not so secretive operation, Atlas May. Yet after his mysterious death, which was rumored to be a strategic zombie ambush, Atlas's legacy is left in the paws of his widow, Mitzi. Though with the zombie populace gaining more and more each day, Mitzi, and the Lackadaisy as a whole, must defend the once glorious speakeasy from ruin. Despite the ever increasing threat of the zombies, including the various rival gangs, and crooks, dotting the surrounding St. Louis area...

I suddenly wanted to draw horseman! Peter - something for a story where Apocalypse manipulates a depressed Peter, forcing Erik to desperately fight in order to get his son back. I'd like to see Peter being too afraid of becoming alone again, already responsible for mass destruction and further spiraling down into a darker path prompted by en sabah nur. Esp inspired by this fic by @fouralignments, was really fun to draw.

The storyline I had in mind when I drew this was this: Peter lived an isolated life until the events of Apocalypse, all alone and depressed. He did find Erik but felt betrayed that he started a new family, sad and jealous of Nina, watching the happy family from far away. At some point Peter loathes that he's born a mutant because he can't seem to fit in society or his human family, and blames Erik further. Anyways Apocalypse finds Peter and sees something different and unique in him, decides to recruit him. He gives special treatment and acts possesive and loving to Peter. Peter loves the attention and is finally happy and feels like he's worth something after years of grief. Even if Peter didn't start out as a horseman I thought he would volunteer to do the hard work because some people who grew up unloved can't handle unconditional love- they believe they have to prove that they deserve it.

So Peter feels debted and works for Apocalypse, causes destruction which makes Erik confront Peter to protect his new family. Peter gets furious that Erik came because of his new family and not for Peter, spills the beans and beats up a startled Erik. (Maybe the golden tear marks can emerge at this point)

His mother and sister terrified of him and having nothing left to lay back to, Peter spirals further down into an apathetic darker path and grows closer and closer to Apocalypse. But at some point he finally notices how much blood he covered his hands with and collapses, suddenly hollow and aimless, losing who he is and overwhelmed by what he's done (Which is why in the drawing Peter's arms are covered in blood). He's ashamed, sad, panicking and doesn't know what to do- he hides in a cloak and wanders around.

Meanwhile Erik and Apocalypse is desperate to find Peter first, fighting each other to lead Peter towards the 'right' path they respectively believe.

That's all I thought but to add one more- despite painful and hard, Peter taking agency and making his own path regardless of what his influencers want would be nice to see. Also want to see Peter healing his wounds and taking responsibility of what he's committed.

He in here has 11,his parents are dead,has a little brother of 5 years and just joined a group of 4 people of 14/17 years old,he has survived alone for 1 year protecting his brother

(I probably make a bot of that or a fan fic JAJA)

When the antichrist, the devil’s child, is born, the devil feels something, they haven’t felt in a very long time: love.

So instead of starting the apocalypse (like they are supposed to do), the devil takes their kid to earth, where they live a happy (albeit not really normal) life.

If only the angels would stop trying to fight them...

Years ago, children with animal characteristics began appearing on Earth, causing panic around the world. The government's idea of exterminating the mixtures sparked a revolt that ultimately contributed to the collapse of civilization known to humanity, leaving behind only a post-apocalyptic world straight out of a movie.

Now, years later, people living in small camps try to survive and avoid contact with hybrids at all costs, blaming their appearance and the naivety of their ancestors for the fall of humanity.

Hybrids, living on their own terms, do exactly the same thing, avoid humans.

Unfortunately, you're too curious to stay away from them. By getting into the middle of a trap you become trapped in the human camp, but even in such a situation you cannot stop your fascination with people...

Luckily for you, your guard is just as curious as you. <3

If I wrote a zombie apocalypse story, guns and ammo would be hard to come by, because all the gun nuts and survivalists and preppers looted them first thing, and hoarded them.

Most of the guns and ammo that remain are rusting away in the zombie-infested ruins of these people's compounds. Most of them made up their own little stories about where the zombies were coming from, and paid the price.

My favourite part of Excalibur Vol 4 #1 is Gambit’s constant suspicious glaring at Apocalypse

I did a bunch of Sam and Max sketches. One of those being an idea I had rattling in my brain for a while, that being the “Max Apocalypse” scenario. I guess I could have just did the alternate timeline from The Devil’s Playhouse considering the many Maxes, buuut, my brain thought that making them “zombies” that turn others they bite into strange rabbity things would be cooler.

I guess I’m also making fun of that this frickin Lagomorph is consuming my very mind XD I’m so fucked aren’t I? Might as well enjoy the ride while I’m on it!
