• Varian has abandonment issues HAHA

• The gang sometimes low-key forgets that they're all only-children, like, they all adopted each other and forget they're not each other's real siblings LMAO

• Someone: So, your highness, as an only child, you-

Rapunzel: What-... but I'm not an only child tho :/ ....OH YEAH WAIT-

• For someone so small, Varian is able to buy a whole cake and eat it all by himself in one sitting

• Varian is very twitchy is the kind of a person that can't stand/sit still and has to at least bounce his leg or something or do something with his hands

• Arianna teaches Rapunzel french

• Maybe Raps even tries to flirt with Eugene in french GKGJFVJ

• Rapunzel: Tu est très béant :)♥️

Eugene, who knows french: ...What-

• She meant to say tu est très beau/You are very handsome and instead she said "you are very gaping" but she's trying her best okay :(

• Eugene hides his trauma and pain with humor (that's basically canon tho)

• Like, he claims that he doesn't want people to see him cry because he's an ugly crier but that's just a funny way hiding the fact that he doesn't wanna cry in front of people because he thinks it makes him weak :( I guess growing up on the streets just makes you have this mindset

• Lance loves braiding Catalina's hair (cuz he's bald HAHA)

• Rapunzel loves braiding her own hair too, but after she looses her hair, she can't braid it much, so she braids everybody else's that's longer than hers!

• So now everybody in the castle has little braids in their hair <3

• Rapunzel has a special pair of shoes that she wears specially for Varian's lab (cuz of broken glass ect.) so every time she's walking in the castle wearing them, everyone knows where she's going

• Cassandra sends everybody letters after she leaves Corona and they're usually accompanied by some cool thing she found on the road (usually some kind of a weapon tho lmao)

• Like for example a baseball bat with hammered nails in it that she sent to Rapunzel!

• Aka "ur gonna need better weapons that kitchen utensils to defend urself raps"

I was trying to draw Eugene and drawing a goatee without it looking like a barcode is actually difficult give Varian some credit-

(I made simple drawings of my comfort characters to try finding/refining my drawing style so I’m posting them as a series! Comfort characters part 1.) Rapunzel my darling girl, whom I love with all my heart and adopt as my niece.

I think Rapunzel will deep down always be my favourite Disney princess no matter what. I saw this movie in the cinema when it first came out when I was a small girl and was utterly obsessed. I remember I saw the movie in 3D and wanted to try grabbing one of the lanterns but knew I couldn't. I also drew a little picture book of a bunch of scenes from the movie and would tie scarfs to my hair and then stand by my window with the scarfs hanging out. I wanted TO BE Rapunzel so bad. Tangled will probably always be my favourite movie because all the memories it brings back. I've probably seen it 40 times but it never gets old. I know this movie word for word honestly. If anybody wants to start a chain in the comment section that's just the whole movie script that would be great.

Some sketches of Rapunzel, Eugene/Flynn and Pascal. 🫶 This movie is my childhood and actually one of the only Disney Princesses movies I got really into. (Others are probably Brave, Frozen and Princess and the Frog)

I absolutely adore Rapunzel’s short brown hair but I think long golden hair makes her way more recognizable. So for the sake of my drawings, I came up with a head canon that her hair eventually will grow back golden but this wasn’t discovered in the movie because Mother Gothel would repeatedly cut the small brown piece of hair behind Rapunzel’s ear so she didn’t have to look at it and be reminded that she kidnapped this poor girl.

Also ironically I really struggled to get Eugene’s nose right (iykyk)

Yeah when them Sleep Boys

I really love the amount of platonic love Tangled the series shows.. These three have my heart? Team Awesome of course includes Lance too. Who fell asleep first? Your guess is as good as mine.

I doodled this at 4am when I couldn’t sleep! So naturally made it into a full blown piece… Yes, I winged the background, please don’t mention it.

I love this style! Could definitely read a whole comic in it 🩷

Apparently its Eugene appreciation week​, so good time to finish this au I’ve been thinking about forever

Au where Eugene stumbles upon the tower when they’re both a lot younger. Eugene is only a little hoodlum at this point, just starting his Flynn Rider legacy, and Rapunzel is still a child with full faith in her mothers words and no teen antsy-ness. Despite befriending Eugene, she refuses to leave the tower, so instead he visits her when Gothel is away and he brings her little gifts he thinks she’d like (that he stole because he’s an urchin)

Hello I am currently in class and bored out of my mind so here's how I think every tts/vat7k character would draw. Also I included my OCs cause they infect my brain

Rapunzel: Really good with both watercolour and acrylics (is it acrylics that she used? Idk historical accuracy is dead in this series and I don't know paint despite being an artist). She also occasionally uses coloured pencil. She sometimes does lineart, sometimes doesn't, and can draw pretty much anything! Also likes to draw designs for clothes or jewellery she can make.

Eugene: Cannot draw for shit, as seen in season 2, ep 4 (in what world was that a gopher, that was a dinosaur bud). Rapunzel does teach him often, and he is slowly but surely getting better! Whenever he draws himself, he makes himself look exaggeratedly handsome (which he is, but that's besides the point).

Cassandra: Also can't draw. Never really saw a reason to learn, but Rapunzel also insisted on teaching her.

Lance: Reeeally can't draw. Like worse than Eugene and Cass. He has fun though, and that's all that counts.

Varian: Good with sketching, but can't turn it into a finished piece to save his life. Great at capturing specific details in a persons face. He mostly draws blueprints and diagrams, but I once saw a headcanon where he draws team radical in the margins of his journal and I love that. He would def draw his friends and Ruddiger but he'd label them like diagrams because why not?

Angry: Can't draw. Tried and then ripped the paper.

Catalina: I really don't know. I feel bad for not knowing because I love her but I seriously can't figure it out.

Hugo: Self-taught, much like Rapunzel and Varian. He never grew up with many art supplies, so he learned to draw with charcoal, and grey lead pencils literally the size of his hand. He can also sorta culpt, and Rapunzel taught him watercolour, which he did like. He draws realism, but even more realistic than Varian. He only draws people close to him, such as Varian, Olivia, Donella, and Livvy (OC). Took this from a headcanon I found, but I don't remember who wrote it, sadly. Also he draws clothes to make, but he's not all that good at sewing.

Nuru: Can draw star charts, spell circles, and often tried to recreate/redesign old tapestries. She's not the best artist, but again, she has fun!

Yong: Draws straight on the paper with sharpies and highlighter. Eats the pencils.

OC time!!

Livvy: Would absolutely draw in a chibi style. Thinks Hugo's art is incredible (which it is), and Hugo would try to teach her some things! (I'm projecting here because I'm the artist of my family and my sister often gets me to teach her, and Hugo is literally me and my sister was a big inspiration for Livvy).

Melody: New dream kid #1, so she knows how to paint. Talented at drawing perspective.

Ryder: New dream kid #2, but this time he's a massive interior design freak.

Sofija: Varigo kid #1, and they both taught her how to draw. Despite how adorable and innocent she seems, she draws the most fucked up and gory stuff with a whimsical little smile on her face.

Niko: Varigo kid #2, but he prefers to write poetry rathet than create visual art.

Okay this was a lot but I'm done now :D This isn't EVERY character but no way I'm writing for every character (maybe in the future)

Working on a cute little Rapunzel sickfic that takes place within the six month timeskip in between Tangled and Before Ever After, in which Rapunzel gets sick for the very first time (cause the sundrop powers would give her like a superhuman immune system, but now that her hair is cut and her powers are very much weakened, she's able to get sick). Raps thinks she's dying, girly literally just has a cold.

Hi, genuine question, where did the piano hc come from?? Like how did someone come up with that? Also is there a specific canon we all agree on or just "Hugo dropped a piano on Eugene's head once" bc I'd love to write a fic if there isnt

Comic about sleep. I allow myself to do uncanonical characteristics of personages. Actually, i couldn't help, but draw.
