season 2 episode 7 LEAKED

Isha runs around giggling as her dog that she has bestowed the name of doggy boo-boo. Ekko and Jinx have been working on her speech. Ever since Isha went to them expressing that she wanted to speak the way they do. She may speak like a toddler at the age of 10 but, it doesn’t seem to bother either Ekko or Jinx. Jinx finds it adorable especially when the 10 year old just blew something up and rushes to her to tell her about it.

Doggy boo-boo has successfully managed to tackle a giggling Isha. Ekko is not far behind them. Ensuing that neither don’t get majorly hurt.

“Down prince.” Ekko says sternly. Getting a pout and grumble from Isha.

“No! Doggy boo-boo!” Isha exasperated as she clutches the dog in a death grip. “Papa! Name doggy boo-boo!”

“Sorry princess.” Ekko says picking up Isha my her sides. He sits her on his hip and walks over to the sofa. Isha lays her head on him while wrapping herself around him. “But your mama likes prince more than doggy boo-boo.”

Isha gasps at the response. Picking her head up to look at him.

“I know the horror!” Ekko smiles at the kids expression. Resulting in him pressing a soft kiss to her temple.

“Slander!” Jinx yells across the archway from the kitchen.

“Mama!” Isha yells while squirming out of Ekko’s hold. Ekko put her down to run towards Jinx.

“Your papa is a dirty liar. I love the name doggy boo-boo, princess.” Jinx says picking up Isha to put a kiss on her temple.

Ekko walks to the two. Wrapping his arms around Jinx’s waist to pull her close. Laughing into her neck.

Taco Pasta: Sammy's Version Part 2

Good morning, afternoon, or evening to anyone reading my post! Thank you for taking the time out of your day or night to ready my post.

A few days ago, I wrote a blog post about Big Ed's breakup taco pasta. In the post, I wrote the recipe for Big Ed's creation. However, my family disapproved of the recipe. As such, I created my own version.

Here is the recipie:

Formula:

1 carton of reduced sodium broth(I used bone broth)

1 box of pasta(I used Rotelli)

1 red onion

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

2 packets of taco seasoning

4-5 servings of a protein of your choice(I used seitan)

2 cups of whole milk or unsweetened almond or hemp milk(I used whole milk)

4 tablespoons of butter or margerine

2 cups of cheese or nutritional yeast(I used cheese)

Fresh cilantro for a garnish

Procedure:

Over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil, and add garlic to the broth

Add the pasta to the broth, and cook until al dente

Add leftover pasta broth to a separate bowl, and mix with one packet of taco seasoning, making a sauce

Coat the protein of your choice in the sauce, then bake it in an oven or toaster oven until slightly crispy.

Dice the red onion and any other vegetables(tomato, bell pepper, etc.)

In a separate pan, add oil or butter and fry the vegetables until the onions are slightly soft, but not caramelized

Add the butter, milk, and second packet of taco seasoning to the pasta, and stir until incorporated

Add the cheese and vegetables to the milky pasta mixture, stirring until incorporated

Assemble the bowls! First, add the pasta, then add the protein, and lastly, garnish with fresh cilantro

This recipe serves 3-5 people. Enjoy!

Breakup Pasta: Sammy's Version Part One

Good morning, afternoon, or evening to anyone reading my post! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my blog.

This evening, I made dinner for my family, and tried a new recipe: Breakup Taco Pasta(TLC)!

First, what is Breakup Taco Pasta(TLC)? First and foremost, it is "a tasty meal" that had "the opposite effect of 'Marry Me Chicken'", according to TLC. It is not Big Ed's original creation, but it is a popular weeknight dinner, as it is easy to make, tasty, filling, and relatively inexpensive. Many chefs, food bloggers, and home cooks have created and written recipes for their versions of it, as has Big Ed.

Next, why did TLC call it "Breakup Taco Pasta"(TLC)? According to Food Network, "In episode six[of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?] (“The Itsy Bitsy Liar”), Ed reveals that at a dinner with his family, Liz and her daughter Ryleigh, Liz “blew up” because Ed had made Ryleigh’s taco pasta “too spicy.” Days after the fight, Ed tells his sister that he has decided to cancel the wedding, but has not yet told Liz, days before their would-be ceremony. Liz learns of this news from a text message from their officiant, saying “how sorry he was that the wedding was called off.”(Wong).

Third, why was it so spicy? To start off, the formula for Taco Pasta: Big Ed's Version is 1.5 pounds of ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper of any color, 3 Roma tomatoes, 1 clove of minced garlic, a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, 1 packet of spicy ranch seasoning, 2 cartons of beef broth, an unspecified amount of cheese, and an unspecified amount of any pasta(though there are rumors that Big Ed used Top Ramen noodles). Lastly, how do you make it? According to TLC, you first heat up a large skillet, then add the beef, vegetables, and seasonings, and cook until browned. Once you have browned the beef and vegetables, add the beef broth, pasta, and cheese, and let everything simmer, stirring regularly, until the pasta is fully cooked. Once everything is fully cooked, serve.(TLC)

Last night, while I was watching 90 day fiance, I thought that if they were adults in teh modern day, Mirabel and Hiro would make a perfect 90 Day Fiance couple!
