logan howlett
thats it. thats the post. i need him
Daddy🫶🏻
I feel like wolverine would benefit from those leather gloves that have holes in them.
like, how handy would they be? they're cool and practical, people need to draw him with them that'd be awesome.
kinda like this ^ but maybe for bigger holes for his claws.
in the comics, Deadpool has a daughter named Ellie Camacho. My idea, Poolvirne, but Deadpool has the daughter and Logan finds out about her because Wade was leaving and then coming back much later.
Like
Wade: *Comes home late for the 10th time*
Logan: WTF? Are you cheating on me or something?
Wade: NO-NEVER!
Logan: Why were you out so fucking late?
Wade: Okay so- IhaveadaguhterandIwantyoutoomeetherbutI'mneverous.
Logan: ...
Wip for an old ass trend :))
Im watching the x men movies rn, and it’s honestly concerning how often they get him to take his shirt off. Like bro u good? Aren’t you cold or smth?
I rewatched Deadpool vs Wolverine today and they had no business showing Logan oiled up 24/7, bro was glistening the entire time

FINALLY a Logan Evolution one. Might still use pieces of this to carve out the FBLAU.
The History of One James Logan Howlett
At Eight, it Happens.
The house had been decorated for a celebration. Even when he’s sick, which is often, his parents always try to entertain him, even if he’s stuck in a wheelchair so he doesn’t have to walk. He’s sick with the flu for the third time that year. He’s just standing up from bed to the chair when he hears-
BANG
And then a scream.
The fever makes the world melt around him as he breathes, but he stumbles out of his room towards the sound. He sees the groundskeeper on top of his father, and that’s it.
He killed two people that day, not one. His father, and his half-brother.
His babysitter, Rosie, whisks him away into the woods, names him Logan, but they’re both young, and the work is too heavy for a frail girl and her little brother. The worst happens to Rosie. She gets sick from all the stress and the snow, and by the spring, he’s with the wolves, learning how to live, forgetting his past by the day.
The government finds a little boy with blood still dripping down his mouth, deerskin as his only clothing. They send him to a home and he learns how to pretend to be a person, another animal pelt he slings over himself to appear less threatening.
Eleven finds him back in the woods, his most natural habitat. He sleeps in the trees, eats raw meat for the first time in years and feels alive. There is no need to pretend to be ghosts.
At thirteen, he begins to work with Wraith, Sabretooth, and is guided by a man called Maverick. (everyone knew Stryker was pulling the shots). They’re a team, and a good one. But something happens, and he starts to work alone.
Fourteen isn’t remembered. There is nothing special about the Wolverine.
Fifteen finds him isolated, in a little room in a little house. He’s on a mission he won’t remember, in a place that won’t matter. Somehow he gets a cupcake on his bed. He doesn’t know who it’s from, but he eats it anyway.
16 passes the same way. He is safe. He eats raw meat again. He gets another cupcake.
And 17 finds him running, running, running, running, no memory of anything except the pain and a blonde boy reaching out in fear and rage but everything seems wrong so he does what he does best and runs.
He’s all the way in the US by the time he realizes what he’s done.
General Lore (True for both AU’s)
Who wants me to do a Young Logan AU? So far, this is what my brain has dredged up:
16 year old Logan shows up the way he does in the 1st X-men movie, but without Rougue (this is still up in the air). It's probably more like a X-Men Evolution setting, but still, the X-Men movie meeting is feasible. This WILL be a Short King Wolverine (as all my Wolverines are), but him and Sabretooth are NOT related in this AU thank you very Little.
I'm probably not going to focus on Sabretooth a crazy amount, but this is Important for Lore reasons. So!
Basic turn of events:
Logan is 8 when his powers manifest (poor baby), everyone dies, he runs away and spends three years in the wilderness running around the borders of the US and Canada. Then he gets temporarily fostered by a nice family that he runs from after they realize he's a mutant, and is finally ""recruited """ to the Weapon X project. He meets Sabretooth there.
In this au, Sabretooth is 1 year older. He's 10 when he Loses His Mind on his POS father and also spends years in the wilderness! Joins around half a year before Logan. They become best buds, but Wolverine is firm on what he believes in and is essentally Sabretooth's Moral Compass. Not that they always follow it, the boys are Feral after all. So when 'soft little Lgan' is selected to undergo the Adimantium process, Sabretooth goes a little bonkers. He's the fav, the best at taking orders, taller, and they pick the runt?!
The process is actually (accidentally) interrupted by Sabretooth in this universe, also similar to the X-men movies, with Wolverine hearing his voice and the conversation he and Stryker have. He busts out and spends two more years in the wilderness before finally being captured by meeting up with the X-Men.
Also, the reason Logan is so short in this universe is explained pretty simply: He was in the middle of puberlty when it was put on him. This also means he is a little lither than he is when he gets older, and I am keeping his OG kitty hair.
As for the X-Men themselves, I am debating if I want to make this a Reverse AU, where all of the X-Mmen are full adults and he's one of the only kids, or if I want them to be in highschool with him. (The high school thing comes with its own set of questions such as: do I want the X-Men to be older or younger or his age? Which X-Men do I want to be hanging out with him? Etc etc. All problems for a later date.)
Send asks!!!!! Please my brain is bubbling
another un-edited chunk, definitely gonna be a few more chapters into the fic but here yall go!
Feral Baby Logan AU
The first time they spar, though, it triggers a memory (and a subsequent panic attack). The Beast just holds his wrists, murmurs reassurances, and rubs his thumbs against the outside of Loans knuckles, uncaring of his claws. After that, they really do start to bond. So much so that it causes…some codependency issues in Logan when he has to be apart from His Person. But, that all comes later.
Wolverine manages to hound the Beast into (play) fighting with him. He’s been at the Institute for all of a week and already feels like he’s going to shake out of his skin from boredom.
Everyones treating him like he’ll break if he does any fighting at all, which is boring, and he has to eat all of his meat medium or more because everyone keeps staring at him and watching what he eats, which is annoying, and there's no one else in the building that's his age or anything to do, which is infuriating.
On top of all that, he’s been forced to meet with Jean Grey and Charlie every day for at least an hour. His head always hurts after, and the last few days have just been with Charle’s after Jean ran out to throw up in the hall bathroom. And that’s not mentioning the weird nightmares he’s been having these past few days, of people he doesn’t know holding him down, the loud cracking of the collar ringing in his ears even after he wakes.
All to say, if he doesn’t get this tension out soon, he's going to explode. Beast must have seen some of his distress on his face, because he sighs, takes off his reading classes, and nods.
“Alright boy, but you must remember some rules. One,” he holds up a large blue finger.
“If I say stop, we stop. Secondly, you may not use your claws. I know you like using them, but this is a spar, not a fight, and I do not heal as quickly as you do.” He grins. “But biting and your normal claws is allowed.”
Logan doesn’t waste a minute. The moment Beast steps into the ring, Wolverine pounces, a Feral grin in place as he jumps to climb the much larger man. He’s surprised when his weight topples the man, both of them sprawling into the mat. Beast huffs out a laugh, and then grabs him by his shirt and -gently- throws him over his shoulder onto the mat. Logan wheezes, but scrambles up, a grin on his face. This is going to be fun
It’s on their fourth round that it happens: Beast surprises him. He does something to quiet his steps enough for Logan to lose him as he jumps away to get some distance. He’s trying to locate him before he closes his eyes, and realizes the man is somehow behind-
Before he even finishes his though, he sees something blue and lashes out, claws immediately extended, managing to scratch Beasts shirt before-
Beast grabs him by the front of his shirt, lifting him from the ground. There’s a dangerous glint in his eyes, a rage. It’s now that Logan remembers how much larger and stronger this man is.
“Boy-”
A dozen voices overlap.
He’s not a boy, but everyone insists on calling him one. They love it in the lab, like he’s to stupid to understand what they're doing to him. Like he can’t understand when they rip his teeth out for attacking an essential catch, or fighting the doctors when they cut off his fingers and carve out his joints ‘for research’.
The man in front of him flicks through forms, brown hair then black then blond, hand growing larger and smaller, clawed-
And all Logan knows
Is a feeling of dread.
So he runs.
Claws retracted, he blindly swipes his arms, hearing a grunt of surprise as he's dropped like a sack of potatoes, and he's running off at a sprint before he can think.
He hears speech, more shouting, but it doesn’t matter. He has to get out.
His ears ring as he runs towards the only thing he can locate: his room.
He slams into door frames, shoves past a few taller kids, and launches himself into the most protected part of his room: the corner between his bed and his bedside table.
It's not until he's huddled in between them that he realizes he forgot to close the door
Fuck.
He’s dry heaving, trying to prevent himself from vomiting when he realizes it is his shirt that's choking him. He rips it off, the fabric feeling just like the collar-
no no he promised he could behave- they promised- please- he was sorry-
and gasps through flashes of pain, pressing his hands against his neck to prove it’s not there anymore, they didn't like to punish animals, weapons like that here.
“Logan?” Beast is standing in his open door
He wants to scream at him to go away, to leave, to get out of his room; this is the only place he’s safe. But all that comes out is a crackling whimper.
Hank sighs, and walks in.
Logan hisses, looking very frightening in the corner of his room. His hair is falling into his face, eyes flicking around the room, but only locking onto Hank as he crosses the threshold of the door. There’s dried blood on his neck, on his hands, on his chest. He hurt himself trying to get away.
Hank pauses, and then kneels. He crawls the rest of the room until he’s in front of Logan, who’s biting his lip so hard it keeps bleeding enough to drip down his chin.
Beast reaches a hand out slowly but steadily. He smells bloody. And nervous. But he doesn't smell mad. It doesn’t make sense.
Logan whines, eyes slamming shut as he feels his claws slowly pop out, trying to defend him despite his knowledge it would be useless. They scrape his neck, but he keeps his hands close to his ears.
Beast grabs his wrists firmly, and his blinks as he just
“C'mon son, you have to stop scratching, you’re just scaring yourself more” He guides his hands down. Once there in his lap, Hank scruffs him gently, one firm hand on his neck as the other one remains in Logan’s, thumb rubbing the edge of his claws.
It’s familiar.
Another memory, a breath whispered along the shell of his ear. A feeling of comfort
"C'mon runt, breathe.”
Hank echoes it, calling him son and counting out how long he's supposed to hold and then release.
He breathes
Hank's hand guides his face into the crook of his shoulder and something about the security, the safety of his room, the calm response of the doctor… the warmth of someone else cradling him.
Logan breaks.
His calmed breaths abruptly turn to sobs, and when Hank attempts to gently dislodge him (to see what he did wrong) he’s surprised by Logan clinging to him, hands shakily fisted in hims shirt, face smooshed into his neck, hard enough that Hank can feel the tears on his shirt.
And he does what no one else has done for him in years…
He stays.
He tells comforting lies, tells Logan he won’t be punished for hurting him, says they're never gonna put the collar on him again, that he’s safe, not just in his room, but in the whole mansion.
Even as Logan shakes apart, Hank's hands and breath stay constant, a lighthouse to Logan's hurricane.
When he's done crying, he pulls away, staring at the ground. He pretends like his nose isn’t dripping, and sighs.
“…Sorry.”
“It's alright, child. You are new here, and I know it is difficult to believe, but you are welcome to lean on any of us if you require assistance and support.”
In some part of his brain, Logan is screaming at himself
Child is even more infantilizing than a boy…there's no way he's going to let him call that.
But…
He noticed. He’s the first person to have noticed. And He’s the only person who hasn’t been scared of Wolverine the entire time he’s been here. So.. Beast gets a pass.
It takes a month or two for Logan to become attached to Beast. He’s a Doctor, and Logan Does Not like doctors. Seeing anyone in a lab coat means Experiments and Pain and Magnets. But when he sees the Beast destroying Sentinels to protects his students, roaring and baring his teeth and using all of himself to fight, well. Like recognizes Like.
Better yet, Hank is much more patient than any Doctor he’s had before. He asks before jabbing him with needles and cold metal stethoscopes and doesn’t even use the Collar to drag him around!
In case ya'll can't tell, I love de-aging logan. I think it's really interesting to play with a more emotional/ less bogged down Logan, and it's even more fun to throw him at the people he typically helps mentor/raise. Anyways.
Teen Dad Logan :)
Or, I suppose more accurately, Young Dad Logan. And by adjacency, Uncle Dad Victor.
This turned out to be one of my largest pieces of writing ever Bee-Tee-Dubs so its going to be under this to not Kill You All:
So in this AU they meet when they're 10 and 11, Jimmy just out of foster care after they found out he's a mutant, and Vic a few weeks after murdering his Father.
At first, it's honestly Jimmy showing Victor a lot of things. Simple things, like how to forage and how to scent, but it's all...quiet. Jimmy already carries a sense of shame for his ferocity that Vic never enjoys. So he draws the kid into fights, helps him laugh until his face is red with laughter instead of shame. He learns about him, and in turn Jimmy learns about him. Happy enough kids until things turned south. One was locked up and the other ran away. They escaped and found each other. It was meant to be.
Victor gives him his new name. Jimmy hasn't felt like His in a long time and the first time Vic calls him Logan, he beams.
Vic still calls him Jimmy when he's scared, but it's their little secret.
Anyways, they stay rough and tumble until The developers in the Weapon X project find them, aged 14 and 15 respectively. It's Victor's idea that they stay. Logan, for all his desires to settle down, feels chafed by the military, but Vic sees through that, see's what they could be, in the future. See's him and his Runt living free after serving, what's a few years as lab rats if they get all their adult life? What's being looked at like a monster when he's allowed to be a monster and still get schooling? Logan doesn't think any of these things, but when Vic nods, he does too.
They're only allowed to be together for the first three months, and then their forced apart, to 'reduce codependency'. They last two years without each other, and when they're reunited...things are different.
Creed has grown into his role, with each murder proving that his dad wasn't special, he's always been meant for this, how dare Anyone Try to stop him. He's become an Animal. Sabretooth.
And Wolverine....is Wolverine now. But it doesn't take long before Vic realizes something is wrong. Wolverine glances at him, but there's no glint of recognition in his eyes. As Creed starts to question him, he thinks it's a clone. So he Kills It.
Its only the third time Logan revives and puts his claws through Creed's chest that Creed realizes it's his runt. Still, being forgotten stings, being ignored stings worse, and there's a lot more blood shed before the guards are able to separate the two.
Safe to say they butt heads a lot more. Vic goads him often, word for word the way he used to, and like a house of cards, Wolverine always folds. The only times he seems to come back to himself for a moment, are the moments after Creed's killed him, and he's just waking up. He'll get a look on his face, one Vic recognizes. He's seen it a hundred of times before, even if the runt always tried to hide it:
Fear. Exhaustion.
They never talk. Victor pets his hair as Logan's throat is rapidly sewing itself back together, or Logan rumbling under Vic's body as his puncture wounds close. In those moments, Logan Remembers.
...
It all starts to fall apart when one Logan Howlett, at the fresh age of 18, is chosen to become Weapon X.
Creed sees red. This was HIS goal, His to earn, that stupid brat doesn't even want to be here, Logan doesn't even remember why he's-
He doesn't even remember why he came here in the first place.
But Sabretooth is smart. He figures out when, and where, they're going to do the operation. And obviously, he bursts in.
As he does, he overhears a Commander noting that they should 'wipe wolverines mind clean one last time, to make sure he's only obedient to them.
And that is First Strike.
Victor lashes out, taking down a doctor and a guard before anyone can blink. But his noise distracts the surgeons and other doctors carefully monitoring The Wolverine's Adamantium intake, and one of them nudges their controls in their scramble to get away, pushing significantly more onto his skeleton than originally planned.
Victor stops when he hears screaming.
Logan hears....nothing. He knows the procedure is going to begin, but he doesn't know when. When the burning starts, he goes to that little place in his head he pretends he doesn't have. He sees flashes of Creed's face, snarling and smiling, and he feels...safe. He sees white, and red hair and...hears yelling. His eyes open, and immediately close as salt water rushes into them. He breathes unsteadily through his
The water stops draining but the burning doesn't stop. Worse, his head feels like it's being torn apart, a feeling he remembers but can't name. And suddenly, nothing matters because,
Sabretooth is calling him Jimmy and why why WHY DOES EVERYTHING HURT OW OW OW OW OW OW Victor help please please plEASE PLEASE VICTOR VIC-
...
Safe to say the adamantium causes even more psychological damage to them.
There is one single benefit: The Memory Adjustment failed. In fact, it failed so bad that Creed, for three whole days, get's Logan to himself.
They don't do much. Logan wakes up and launches himself at Vic, legs collapsing as his ligaments struggle to accustom themselves to the weight of his new bones. He's in constant pain, mostly just looking at Vic with big, sad brown eyes until he lies back down with him on the shitty Hospital ordered bed. It creaks under them, but thankfully never gives.
When they do talk, they don't talk about the memories. About Wolverine gutting Sabretooth to prove a point, about Sabretooth biting out his spinal chord, about Wolverine ripping out his teeth in claws. None of it matters. They know it can't last. Creed didn't plan, and Logan is too weak to think, not that he does much of that in the first place.
After those days of clarity post operation, Logan is wiped clean. And for the next year, it's back to normal. For Wolverine at least.
But of course, Logan has to beat him to the punch. Literally.
Around a month after the one year anniversary of his Surgery, Wolverine comes Bursting through the training rooms, with twenty guards hot on his trail. Sabretooth, a Predator, Obviously follows. Logan runs and runs and runs, and eventually rips the door of a particular room, to reveal...
an eerily large room filled with tubes. There's wires and things being suspended in liquid, and at first, Victor can't comprehend what he's looking at. By the time he reads 'X-02', Doner Wolverine, Logan's already broken three of the tubes with his claws, uncaring of the thick glass cutting him open in retribution for being shattered.
people go flying, and as they hit equipment the room itself begins to collapse, separating Sabretooth from Wolverine. Wolverine continues through the rooms, ensuring that there's nothing deeper inside that can help them make more of him. He has enough nightmares. Sabretooth stays back to help finish the job. All those tubes don't destroy themselves, you know?
He finds a room full of his samples, and a woman in a chair. A woman with a bullet in her neck instead of her head. Poor thing had probably gotten caught in between him and the guards. But why was she just sitting-
The woman has a baby in her arms, tubes still attached. He growls for a moment, moving to finishes her off, but freezes when she and she's groans.
"Laura...Laura..."
Logan looks at her little beady eyes, mousy brown hair, and knows...she's his.
Before he's even thought about it she's cradled in his arms, evidently all wrong because she starts to wail and Vic skids in, shoulder denting the doorframe as he stops and stares at the scene in front of him.
The woman gives one final shudder, and her head lulls. Dead.
Still, there's no time to think. Victor hears thuds getting closer to the room, and as he looks to his right he realizes there's only one way out. The window. Oh well.
with a swear, he lifts Logan by the back of his jacket and gives him a shove, and his back goes strait through the paneling and out of the fourth story. Victor whoops, and follows him down. By the time he's already made his much more elegant landing, Logan is groaning and cussing him out as much as his winded lungs will let him, which is a surprising amount. Still, Vic scruffs him again and sets him on his feet, and nods in the direction of the woods.
"Lets go."
And they do.
They end up being surrounded by the X-Men somewhere in Maine and are "Invited" to Stay at Xavier's school. Logan decides for them this time. A house, a promise that the government will be dealt with for them, and that he can get all of his memories back are very good motivators. And they an finish their education.
Victor actually...enjoys classes. He likes being smart, and it's easy. Logan does Charter school. He had lasted exactly a week in public education before deciding that if he had to deal with one more idiotic comment from one of those stupid fucking kids he was going to-
Well. His words were Not Child Friendly, so he made sure to cover his kid's ears. Besides, he's bonded with fellow teen Rogue and preteen Jubilee and Kitty (his daughters) like little sisters, but he never really settles unless he's with his Kid. His Laura.
He had to fight to keep her, a young unstable mutant like him was not the ideal parent, but for the first two months, she sobbed if anyone else held her, terrible screeches, and would reach for him to the point of falling out of people's arms. And, he had imprinted on her too. He swore he could tell when she was happy or uncomfortable before she could, would burp her or flip her back onto her back before she got fed up with tummy time.
Vic is Terrified of touching her but refuses to admit it. He carefully runs his finger down her pudgy little cheek, in awe of her soft skin against his knuckle, when she moves suddenly, and she attempts to nuzzle her way into his palm. He, obligingly, opens his hand. When one of his claws scrapes her hair, he freezes, waiting for her to cry out. Instead, she burbles happily, honey brown eyes giving him long, slow blinks.
She likes his head scratches the best.
Logan sometimes falls asleep with her on his stomach on the couch, leaving Victor to carry him AND his clingy baby back to bed, the crib next to them so Laura can still grab onto Logans finger. They sleep together now, in a nest of blankets and pillows, Logans hand always off the bed but still somehow still touching Vic, as if to make sure he's still there.
Their codependency is back full swing, and the only time they can be reliably separated is when Vic goes to school, because he goes with Scotty, and the Boy Scout would never let anything happen to another mutant, even if that mutant makes him want to shoot him with his laser-beam full power just to see what would happen.
Thankfully, because of Victor's presence, the Mind Adjustment does actually work, but it leaves Logan questioning his parallel memories for years. In the process they realize that...Victor's memories have been tampered with too.
But that is a story for another time.
Canon, 100% canon, happened in every universe they ended up together, yes.
Logan, drunk af: “I love Wade… he’s so pretty, I want him now. I want to love him and kiss him and fuck him. He is so- I love him. Don’t tell him Kay?
Wade: Kay.
Tell me, who gave them to him? 𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒
I thought about my latest sketches for a very long time and eventually realized that I really like to draw Wolverine calm or sincerely joyful, in delicate watercolor tones, because I rarely see him like this. I was also recently very impressed by a frame from a comic book where he was a damn careless, stooping tramp, but in this frame he was lighting a cigar and it wasn't exactly a typical pose, usually this process draws cool and brutal, but there it was such a relaxed, almost elegant pose that contrasted with the image of Wolverine. in this comic. I honestly thought "wow" and saved it, huh
(maybe I just have a very wild imagination, haha, this is from "Havok & Wolverine: Meltdown")
