I just gotta get my ideas out there for this AU or my brain may explode.
Anyway I feel the concept of undergoing ego death and becoming a person of love and understanding in that death fits Twilight exceptionally.
Twilight is Phil Conners (Main character)
Pinkie is punxsutawney phil (punxsutawney pie)
Rarity is Rita Hanson (love interest)
Rainbow Dash is Ned Ryerson
Fluttershy is Larry the camera man
And
Apple Jack is Buster Green (mayor) or possibly the other love interest

I also made a movie poster mock up earlier this year during post op 😔 I can definitely tell my arm was big messed up for this one xD

Their wedding ring gems are the exact colours of the other's element of harmony. It was Twilight's idea and Rarity executed it to perfection. As she always would, but with extra care to her newly betrothed.

Nosfurarity or Vampire Rarity dressed as Vampirella
The vampire pony wings were a bit tricky, mainly because I wanted to make sure they were different from bat pony wings. So here’s one of my attempts at vampire wing drawing practice. I eventually got carried away moving on to becoming lighting and shading practice and eventually escalating to becoming this piece.
I combined Rarity’s vampire appearances in the comics, specifically during the Night of the Living Apples storyline, both from during the story and one of the book’s covers. One of the covers has the mane six dressed as vampires from various media. Rarity seems to be dressed as Vampirella. I also tried to copy the cutie mark Rarity had in the story, rather than the one she had on the cover. I’m not sure what it supposed to be, I originally thought it was a glass filled with a reddish pink drink, but on closer inspection, it could also be a coffin based pendant. Anyhow, I had fun drawing this piece and maybe I’ll eventually get around to drawing the rest of the mane six in their vampires costumes.
