Mudwings! ✦ generally inspired by water buffalo and crocodiles

for some headcannons - their horns can curl whichever way, but not up, as that would reveal them when they are hiding below the bog surface / mosses and small determined plant life grows on them bc they are ambush hunters who love relaxing, plus it helps them camouflauge!

Bongo! This is my sky/mud wing hybrid Bongo! He's a big silent boy who just wants to do the right thing no matter what! He's apart of a Wings of Fire AU story called Divided wings that I'm working on with my friend group!

Bayou

My mudwing royal guard character whos a bit of a lonely girl. After a harsh winter took her family she spends her time protecting the royal family and feels motherly care for the royal heirs. I based her off a cool toad I saw and Im happy with how her design came out!

The big main anti-heroes to antagonists are Vitrium and Nile. They're an adorable hybrid couple of super-tall dragons!

Wings Of Fire X My Little Pony g4 crossover! Part 2

I. Mane six:

1) Fluttershy: Silkwing/Sandwing;

2) Princess Twilight Sparkle: Nightwing (mb with icewing gens, because her mom and brother, Shining Armor, is icewings);

3) Rainbow Dash: Skywing/Rainwing;

4) Pinkie Pie: Rainwing;

5) Rarity: Icewing;

6) Applejack: Mudwing/Sandwing.

II. Some villains:

1) King Sombra: Nightwing/Sandwing;

P.S. design of the dragons is slightly different from the official designs from books. The reason for this is my headcanon designs for all 11 tribes, which I will also try to post soon

Art with anthro mudwings for my anthro AU. This tribe possible got least love than others and not very popular, forgotten by Tui herself. I think, they deserve more attention in books and other stories. I really like how it turned out on my art. I made them big as they should be.

Her personality is still in the works but I got a general feel of her. Taking some inspiration from Ambessa from arcane for it lol. Just, like a nicer version.

This is an old OC of mine who actually has a name. I'm pretty sure mangrove was a rain wing name but there is considerable overlap between the two tribes loose territory that I think works as a mudding name too.

She's a lil darker than I expected, I think I need to counter the coloring with some lighter horns, but I like her a lot

Since she's an old OC, of course she has a tragic backstory.

She got lost as a dragonet playing with her siblings and ended up floating down stream. Unable to find her way back home, she started following other older sib groups. Not always welcome but eager to learn, she developed a generally friendly repour with the population around her. As she grew she started to wonder about her lost family from years ago and started traveling up stream to find them.

I want to use her development to explore the mudding cast system. If not by blood, then how do they decide who is more important or who should be allowed in the palace? What are their jobs, how do they grow crops, canals????

Little toad guy! Rescued a toad from my grandma's pool. Thought it's colors were pretty and drew this guy.

Sometimes I am a little unsure of my drawings. I want them to be the best I've ever drawn, but my skills aren't usually up for the task. This little guy is a reminder for myself that my art doesn't have to be amazing, it just has to be fun. And I did have fun.
