Not sure if you're still doing it, but how exactly are the SCPs placed in the Murder Drones? Is it a copy of their consciousness placed in the drones and their original forms are still awake and functional? Or is it that they no longer have their original bodies and the murder drones are their new ones? If that's the case how did they react?
It's been some time, but from the old notes that I had written down about this SCP Murder Drones AU. The SCPs that were selected whether by willingness or involuntarily were placed into special chambers, something similar to the ones in Avatar (The movie not Last Air Bender) where their minds were transferred into the bodies of the Disassembly Drones. All while their physical bodies were in a comatose state in these tubes, keeping their physical bodies alive. After their consciences were downloaded into their new bodies, the researchers began phase 2 where they were testing, training, and trying to replicate their abilities into their Drone form. While 049's was the most difficult, the best the foundation could do was give 049 a death touch that only works on inorganic life. While you could say they could have been possible to modify it to be lethal to organics too. They didn't want 049 "curing" scientists and other humans. Which editing later on-
Spoilers For MD
Cyn would take hold of the SCP drones and give them their proper respective powers. She favors 682 and 076 greatly and has made sure to make more bodies for them, though 682 never needed to use his extra bodies. 076 (able) however is starting to run out, but Cyn is willing to sacrifice a few of the less... insufficient Disassembly Drones. 076 is the one that has the most high body damage than any other Disassembly Drone. If it wasn't for the fact that Able is good at his job Cyn wouldn't have the patients for him.
Sorry, I'm getting off track- but pretty much their physical bodies are in a comatose somewhere and their current minds are stuck in a sort of loop in the event that their current Drone bodies are too damaged. I'll admit I had to change a few things after the Murder Drone series ended. But I'm happy with the changes.

SCP Murder Drones AU Crossover!
So, I've been wanting to talk about this for a LONG while. However school needed to be done at the time. But now that I'm done with High-School I can now put my focus on other projects! So let me explain.

It all started with the company JCJenson (In SPAAAACEE!), a company set on mining exoplanets for their resources, with the help of Worker Drones. The Worker Drones worked under the humans for their parent company. Of course, the SCP Foundation had gotten wind of the company and had decided to partner alongside the company before any other anomalous organization did. The SCP foundation offered JCJenson protection from anomalous space threats and some of their anomalous robotics research. In return, JCJenson would offer the foundation some of their unoccupied exoplanets for containment and research preposes and some of their Worker Drones to help around the foundation. Ever since then, the foundation has been able to make trips through space and were able to further their research while JCJenson continued as normal. That is, until one of the exoplanets that the foundation occupied, Anomalous 322 had an Exoplanet wide containment breach on the Anomalous 322. This exoplanet wide containment breach had caused almost all human life to be wiped off the exoplanet, some say the remaining humans underground were turned into zombies by scp-008 in the more deeper underground labs of tbe buildings they had built on Anomalous 322. leaving on the Worker Drones and scps on the exoplanet to roam free with both sides have agreed to live in peace, making sure no word of their freedom was brought back to the foundation.
However, under unknown reasons, a message was sent back to the 05 council about what had happened on Anomalous 322. The person or thing that sent the message was unknown, but what the Foundation did know, was that they needed to send a team of MTF Beta-7 and MTF Gamma-4 to go deal with the exoplanet wide breach. Unfortunately, once the teams had reached the planet not two days later, the Foundation had lost contact with the teams. Thinking of other options to deal with the matter, the 05 Council were debating about sending MTF Last Hope to deal with the matter, until they had received a message from their partners, JCJenson about the matter. JCJenson had told the Foundation about a similar situation with one of their exoplanets Copper 9, and suggested that they offer to send them blueprint for their new latest "special" kind of Drones.
Disassembly Drones. The foundation happily excepted, wishing them luck with their own exoplanet fiasco, and the foundation got to work. During tge middle of planing and creation of the new team of Disassembly Drones, who would be However, one of the members of the project team to create these Disassembly drones suggested they put their own little twist on the Disassembly Drones. If it was anomalous that they would also be dealing with, they would need more than just disassembly to be required on the matter. They also required containment. So they began some experiments with the Drones, until one idea was thrown amongst the foundation to use the minds and abilities of a few of their SCPs to help deal with the breach on the exoplanet. At first denied by the Ethics committee, it wasn't approved until a sudden change in goal among the 05 council was discussed. The concuil concluded that a team of scps would be selected to have their minds and powers placed into the new Disassembly Drones, which now renamed Containment Drones. The team would be known as MTF Disassembly Require. The three scps that were selected were scp-682, scp-076, scp-054, scp-079, and scp-049. These three chosen scps would be sent out to exoplanet Anomalous 322 and recontain the breached anomalies. . .

Sooooo I came up with this idea while listening to the Murder Drones soundtrack and daydreaming about crossover ideas. Scp 049 popped into my head then- DING! what if SCP 049 was a murder drone!?
So here's a rough sketch idea of what his murder drone form would look like!
I have also thought about several headcanon backstory ideas for him in the Murder Drone SCP crossover too! But I might make that a separate post-rant. Anyway! Hope you enjoy the rough sketches!

He is obsessed with your warmth. Like, he physically cannot get enough of it. You touch his face? He’s losing his mind. You hold his hand? His fans are working overtime. You cuddle up next to him? RIP, he’s dead (metaphorically).
Biggest simp in existence. If you so much as breathe in his direction, he’s all heart eyes and flustered circuits. He trips over his words, stutters like crazy, and is constantly rebooting his brain because oh wow, you’re so pretty.
Terrible at flirting, but tries so hard. “So, uh…you’re like…wow. Like…hahaha, wow. Uhhhhh—” bluescreens
If you flirt back? He literally does not know how to handle it. “Oh, you think I’m cute? Haha…haha…wait, seriously? WAIT, HOLD ON—”
Talks to Uzi and V about you constantly. They are so tired. “N, we get it. They’re great. Now shut up.”
If you pet his hair, he will melt. Like, straight-up collapses into your lap, face-down, making weird happy drone noises. “This is the best moment of my entire existence.”
His wings puff up when he gets flustered. You kiss him on the cheek? Wings FWOMP out like an excited bird.
He tries to be cool, but he’s the dorkiest boyfriend ever. He’ll attempt a cool pose, immediately fall over, and then just laugh it off while you’re trying to help him up.
Loves hearing your heartbeat. It’s fascinating to him. You let him rest his head on your chest? He’s just lying there, completely zoned out, listening like it’s the most beautiful sound in the world.
Carries you places even if you don’t ask. “Your legs looked tired. I got you.”
Randomly picks you up just because he can. “You are now being relocated to the cuddling zone.”
His hands are cold, but he always wants to hold yours. “Am I freezing you? I can stop.” “No, it’s nice.” Cue him freaking out internally because you actually like holding his hand omg.
LOVES forehead kisses. If you kiss his forehead, he just goes completely still like a computer freezing, then hides his face in your shoulder to recover.
He’s so bad at understanding innuendos. You make a suggestive joke? He either misses it completely or suddenly realizes 20 minutes later and short-circuits on the spot.
Will absolutely try to fight mosquitoes for you. “Wait, these tiny things drink your blood?! OH NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT—”
Would rather self-destruct than ever hurt you. If he even thinks he’s being too rough, he backs off immediately, apologizing a hundred times.
Insists on walking you home. Even if it’s broad daylight. Even if it’s literally five feet away. “You never know! What if a rogue drone shows up? Or a bear? Or—”
Mimics the way you talk and doesn’t realize it. You say “bruh” a lot? Congrats, now he does too. He thinks it makes him sound cool.
Accidentally calls you cute pet names without thinking. “Okay, sweetheart—WAIT—” cue full system crash
The definition of “golden retriever boyfriend.” His tail would be practically wagging constantly whenever he’s around you.
Loves to spin you around when he hugs you. Just picks you up and does a little spin like a rom-com protagonist.
Wants you to ride on his back when he flies. The first time he offers, he’s so nervous, but once you agree, he takes off like an excited kid on Christmas. “THIS IS SO COOL, RIGHT?!”
Would fight the sun if it ever hurt you. “It burned you?! THE BIG SPACE FIREBALL DID THIS?! I’M TAKING IT DOWN.”
Sings to you when he thinks you’re asleep. It’s usually awkward little hums or silly made-up songs about how much he loves you.
Tries to learn human things to impress you. “Look! I learned how to…uh…use a spoon! Kinda! I broke five but this one is still good.”
If you give him a nickname, he will cherish it forever. Call him “N-Bug” or something cute, and he’ll be floating from happiness for days.
Lowkey possessive but in an adorable way. He doesn’t get jealous, but if someone flirts with you, he’ll just hover behind you, staring at them with his unsettling drone eyes until they leave.
The ultimate cuddle machine. He will wrap his arms, wings, and even his legs around you to keep you close. “Nope. No escape. This is your life now.”
Writes little love notes but never actually gives them to you. You find a stash one day, and he panics.
If you cry, he doesn’t know what to do at first but immediately jumps into comfort mode. “Who do I need to destroy? Wait, no, hugging first, then destruction.”
Loves going on random adventures with you. Even if it’s just running errands, he treats it like an exciting mission. “Alright, let’s obtain this milk with maximum efficiency!”
Would lay down his entire existence for you without hesitation. But would rather spend every single day proving how much he loves you instead.
This man (drone?) is an absolute mess over you, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. (You almost forget he's a literal murder drone.)
