Leviathan is playing Sims 4. He insists that MC makes all his brothers in one house.
He makes MC so they will be added to the house later on. Using mods to get the look just right and everything.
It all goes wrong when, twenty hours into the file, MC ends up marrying Solomon. So he intentionally plots for Sim Solomon to just "not be in the picture anymore". Grim Reaper shows up. But Sim Solomon gives a death rose and escapes death.
Naturally, Leviathan is not happy. Low key glares at real Solomon in class. To which MC finds amusing to kidnap Leviathan after school for an impromptu activity.
The obey me boys!!! It took me around 2-3 hours to make all of em! Hope you guys enjoy!!

While MC is in the past after the whole time travel nightbringer situation, the brothers in the original timeline have to go on with their lives without MC including celebrating their birthdays without MC
And that's why there's no birthday events
But that's just a theory! A GAME THEORY!!!
