trying to prove something to my dad

I’m rising from the dead for whumptober!! This is my first time doing any writing challenge, so I’m excited to see how it goes!! This work does prompts 1; Panic Attack and 2; Hallucinations.

I plan to do 7 works for whumptober, and I’m really excited to write them! For now, enjoy some dazatsu (I’m so sorry Atsushi)

You ever see your friends all happy cause they're dating eachcother, and they're hanging out and all their conversations are about love because of it, and it's sweet, it's so nice seeing your friends happy, but it just makes you feel a little lonely? Like, I wanna be part of it too, but I can't. Normally I have no issues with my sexuality, but I'd be lying if I said I never wished I was allo.

[guy who is aromantic voice] sexual attraction just makes more sense than romantic attraction. like ok, you want to fuck someone. this is quantifiable. it is quite easy to grasp what "i want to fuck someone" looks like, even if you have no idea what it feels like. romantic attraction, though? this is a nebulous construct which seems to largely be "glorified friendship with sex" in the popular imagination. what even is the difference between friendship and romance? the line between friendship and sexual attraction, though both can coexist, is that when there's sexual attraction present, you want to fuck someone. the line between friendship and romantic attraction, so far as i can perceive it within a heteronormative, amatonormative framework, is that it is... friendship where you want to fuck someone. what?

Atsushi: *panics* do you need help?

Chuuya: ..... Help would be appreciated

Atsushi helps Chuuya clean the motorcycle

Chuuya: I need to pay you back somehow... You hungry?

Atsushi: *slowly nods*

Chuuya: great let's go

They get some tea on rice, chazuke?

Atsushi: thank you Mr..?

Chuuya: Nakahara, Chuuya Nakahara

Atsushi oh I'm Atsushi Nakajima and thank you Mr. Nakahara

And Atsushi unintentionally followed Chuuya to the Mafia HC to which when he turned into a tiger alone with Chuuya, Chuuya treated him with the respect he ever rarely got when he was younger and now Chuuya just has a "pet" tiger and was just accepted as a respected member of the mafia

The mafia recognizes that they should not do anything to the tiger or Atsushi

Atsushi and Chuuya become close and at some point Atsushi meets Kenji and they become friends as well

Atsushi thought at some point it was okay to introduce Kenji to Chuuya

And thus forming a friendship circle of three people lol

Kenji: so Atsushi is my friend and your friend...

Chuuya: yea??

Kenji: We shall be friends!!

Chuuya: *smiles* then we shall kiddo

Atsushi: *smiles*
