Who confessed first? Ody or Dio?

The thing is I have 2 separate stories on Odydio. One is for the happy go lucky everyone is happy and lean more on Headcanon (OdyDioPen AU ofc). The other, is what I actually think would most likely actually happened in my hc of Diomedes and Odysseus relationship.

The happy one, Dio definitely confessed. King of Ithaca will spend hours explaining his complicated relationship with Dio without actually confirming nor denies it. Diomedes becomes part of the Ithaca family and happily married Ody and Penelope. 💙

As for the other, none confessed. While Odysseus does love and appreciate time they had, Dio was a comfort for him, someone that he managed to depend on emotionally at war and the only thing closest to ‘home’ for Odysseus. Diomedes is deeply in love with Odysseus because he is someone who truly sees him as himself, not his father. Someone who finds humanity within him. Odysseus is aware of that affection, but both dare not to speak about it, Diomedes knows Odysseus ‘home’ is at Ithaca and not himself. They parted at Troy and had their goodbye. Odysseus expected Dio to finally confess his feeling but Dio chose not to do so. He doesn’t want Ody to feel guilty about his own feelings. He wouldn’t want to be selfish so he’ll keep that feeling to himself forever. His only desire is for Ody to happily return home.

Oh lord I need to consume OdyDioPen content immediately after typing this, god😞

Summary:

He heard the footsteps before he saw their owner, quick and determined. When the slight night breeze blew one tent flap open, Odysseus caught sight of Patroclus emerging from between the rows of tents, his face set with purpose. Something heavy settled in Odysseus's chest at the sight. He had known—or would know—this was coming. He had known Patroclus would come back. He waited as the young man lingers outside his tent. He could hear him pacing, the scuff of his sandals in the coarse sand easy to follow. Odysseus was patient, there was plenty of wax left of his candle. "Odysseus," Patroclus called out finally, slightly breathless, lifting a flap of the tent, the lantern casting the young man's features in a soft warm glow as he appeared from the darkness. "I need your counsel."

AKA EPIC!Ody finds himself back to the fateful day Pat wears the armor. Odysseus is different.

this is a bit embarrassed, but accually…I WAS SUPER *HATE* LUFFY before watching One piece lmaooo long story short : I hate Onepiece, especially Luffy because I see him litterally EVERYWHERE. he was too overated in my eyes back then. like, what’s with this dude? lmao lame af. but then almost 4 months later when I did a Luffy fanart for my brother’s rq, I decide to give it a shot and now I’m obsessed with Luffy. I understand why he’s everywhere now. He litterally turn ME, who is hate him since birth. to love him in first episode is like ??? ?? ? ?? ? so this is the “Luffy effect” everyone’s talking about
