We have been through many wars before, but this war was not like the ones before it. Our lives were turned upside down. We became displaced from one place to another. We are the Anas family, residents of northern Gaza, specifically in the Shujaiya area. In the first week of the war, we fled our home because everyone considered our home to be in a dangerous area. We moved to the Rimal area, specifically in the middle of Gaza. There, we received the news that our home, which contained all our beautiful memories, was bombed. Suddenly, it was gone!!! Just thinking that your home, which you worked hard on and built from scratch and took a lot of your life, was gone in less than a second ! After a while, we left the sands to the Al-Zawaida area because of the heavy shelling. We stayed there for about two weeks, and then the terrorist army asked us to go to Rafah. We actually fled for the fourth time to Rafah and stayed there for two months, some of the most difficult days of our lives, as there was no way or means to live a normal life. 😔😔 After that, because of the invasion of Rafah, we moved to Deir al-Balah. Now, we are in very difficult and oppressive circumstances.
Listen to the cries of innocent people, you will not let us down
Today, the tents of the families considered to be in the humanitarian zone (mawasi Khan Younis) were targeted, as the Israeli occupation army informed us, and everyone was forced to live in this area under the pretext that it is safe in the southern Gaza Strip. These families were targeted with deadly rockets that burned tents, including tents, and many lost entire families.
Saved my family 😔🙏
As we are facing a major food crisis these days
The price of a bag of flour reached 1,300 shekels, equivalent to 350 dollars, as no one was able to buy flour due to lack of money.
Everyone is living in real famine these days. I hope you will not forget us, as your compassionate hearts will stand with us and our children.
Save my family from this famine and war we are going through.
With your kind hearts, we will overcome this tragedy.
Just Another Story
I write with a heavy heart, not for financial help, but so our voices can be heard.
We live in a tent — my wife, Manar, battles kidney disease without any comfort.
My children, Muhammad and Haneen, lost their chance at education because of the war.
My young son, Yazan, was severely injured by an explosion.
Recently, I was blessed with a newborn who needs milk, diapers, and special care under these difficult conditions.
All I ask is to be remembered. A few kind words, a moment of care — that's enough to give us hope and remind us that we are not alone.
I will remember you. Even when the last olive tree is burnt down, even if it already has, even if palestine is liberated and rises from the rubble like a phoenix. I hope your children survive and can tell their story to another person. I hope you and your wife live together happy forever. It may be an impossible in your circumstances, but i wish you defy all odds
This is not just a picture, it is our daily reality in Gaza.🥺
I am a father of three children, living in the harshest conditions. My children go to bed hungry most nights, and I feel helpless watching them suffer. There is no food, no clean water, and no safety.
I'm under psychological pressure. I want to provide for my children, to see them smile again, to provide them with a warm meal—even just one.
What's happening here isn't a natural disaster; it's a forced famine. It's the slow death of innocent people, especially children, as they are deprived of food and aid.
Your donation can change everything for us. Even a small amount can feed my family for a day. It can help me get medicine, water, and the bare essentials to survive.🍁
Please, if you have anything to give, I ask you to open your heart.

Mohameds family is in dire need if help. This isnt just anither post, this is peoples lives.
I spent my life caring for my wife and children, never sparing any effort to support them. But today, having lost the hand that once provided for them, I find myself unable to afford its treatment alone. Please, extend a helping hand—my need is great, and my hope lies in you.
basically, not all of us people with eds are hypermobile, and we shouldnt reduce ehlers danlos to just being hypermobile with stretchy skin.
I have hEDS, the most common type of EDS, where you do get hypermobility, but even hEDS is more than that.
i really wish that ehlers-danlos syndrome wasn't basically just thought of as the "bendy" disorder. firstly, there are more than 13 types of eds, and they all have varying relations to and degrees of hypermobility. secondly, eds are a collection of congenital connective tissue disorders - connective tissue makes up a vast majority of your body and, because of this, eds, hsd, and other congenital connective tissue disorders like loey-dietz, marfans, stickler syndrome, and osteogenesis imperfecta are multi systemic.
having eds or another connective tissue disorder is SO much more than just some flexibility and it's especially frustrated that they're often thought of solely in relation to that one aspect of them because it leads a lot of people down the path of misdiagnosis.
as an advocate and educator regarding ctds and especially eds, i have spoken to SO many people who simply wrote the possibility of them having a ctd like ehlers-danlos off simply because they aren't flexible. it's such a dangerous misconception and really frustrating to see especially given the fact that the muscles of hypermobile people often overcompensate to make up for joint laxity, which can actually lead to a lack of flexibility/high tone/spasticity
so yeah, tl;dr: if you have a bunch of multisystemic symptoms that seem largely unconnected, look into connective tissue disorders. they're much more common than people think, frequently go under the radar, and can really wreck havoc on your body - ESPECIALLY when you aren't aware that you have one
If you voted, please take the time to read about Nader’s story.
Nader @abdalsalam2000 is only seventeen and has been displaced more than ten times because of the genocide in Gaza. During the ceasefire, him and his family were finally allowed to return home, but found their home destroyed by bombs. Since the ceasefire ended, they’ve been forced to flee again, and are living in fear from the bombs all day and night. Just yesterday, Nader told me that he and his brother narrowly escaped death from bombs that were dropped on them. The reality in Gaza is that this can happen at any time. They are living with fear and trauma most of us can never understand.
Nader is fundraising for his family of eight to survive the war and hopefully evacuate. The cost of food and necessities is extremely high, and the destruction of the healthcare system means medical care is difficult to access. Nader’s father has suffered from cancer since before the genocide started, and if he doesn’t get the treatment he needs his illness will continue to get worse. They also have a little girl with them, Nader’s niece Iman, who is only one year old and has lived with war her whole life. Please give them a chance and donate to help save their lives 🇵🇸❤️

They are not allowing any food or aid to be sent into Gaza. This is not a famine, this is ST-RV-TION.
Hello everyone
Unfortunately, the news now does not bode well. It has been decided not to allow the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. We are now facing a real famine. No aid will be allowed in, and we do not have money to be able to buy food. The last donation we received was three days ago. We depend on your donations for our livelihood. Please, my friends, do not leave us. Please share our posts and donate to us so that we can stay alive. Please donate to us for the sake of my innocent children.

How can I fulfill the hunger of three children in the midst of this mass starvation?
After my husband's capture, I'm responsible for providing for them.
I see my children tossing and turning for hours before going to sleep because they are hungry, knowing that I can only provide one meal a day.
My heart hurts when I can't provide them with the most basic rights (food and safety).
I am in a difficult situation after miscarrying my four-month-old daughter because of the fear and panic of running from the constant bombardment.
Every day I send thousands of requests for help to many, but few respond.
If everyone who watches my story sends 25€, it will contribute to my treatment, my baby's treatment and feeding my children.
Please please please donate my family
